How do we MLM'rs use modern and current marketing techniques and trends without bothering and pestering friends and family, but still want to grow a profitable business? How do we recruit A players into our downline and yet still have time for our life? We use automation, Funnels, and chatbots to re…
New business owners are under an incredible amount of pressure and stress. Here is how you relieve that so you can focus on what you're great at and let other people handle what you might be weaker in. Outsourcing you MLM can be a time and lifesaver.
Accessing influencers of your target market will save you tons of time, energy, and money to get in front of people who are interested in your offers. This is the most important list you can make for your business.
Let's add some clarity to turn what are your problems into what are you marketable solutions. By identifying your own pain points you can then create solutions for yourself and for your ideal avatar. Once you discover that you now have the basics to build a self-liquidating offer and something to market to your audience. Then decide which one of the 3 core desires your solution meets.
Starting your team off right is one of the most important things you can do. Using a membership site is a great way to ensure that everyone is getting the same training no matter when they come into your team.
The thing that makes us different now is Higher Learning. The training is night and day. This thing is so much more business-oriented. It's no longer just like strip it down to a seventh-grade marketing level so that anybody can do it. Anybody can do it. It's not a seventh-grade level though. Okay. This is the next step up.
The MLM Manifesto. What does it mean? It's the rules of the village. It's the thing that sets the culture. It's the thing that says how things are going to go in your business and your team from you down. This is what you stand for, what your team stands for, what makes them unique. What makes them, what brings them all together. What binds you and unites them. this is the manifesto.
I'm going to host my first summit. The end of September is the goal. And I'm going to ask 30 other network marketers all in various stages of success, some brand new at having success. Some have had success over a long period of time and, and have that perspective. Cause I want a bunch of different perspectives about what's working. I'm gonna invite all 30 people. I'm going to interview each one of them and ask them all the exact same question. If you lost your business today, you lost your list. You lost your influence, you lost your, your, your revenue and you had to rebuild from scratch today. What would your first 30 days look like?
[00:00:25] What's going on. Downline automation, radio family. I, I was a little late to get that transition, to get me on the screen. If you're watching on YouTube or Facebook. Hey, how are you? Good to see ya. Hey, I am very, very excited. I did not have a lot of time to talk today. Unfortunately, there's ton going on right now. [00:00:43] I have a lot of exciting announcements to make. I finished my application funnel it's up and running, and I'm very excited about it. I think it looks amazing. I think it provides tremendous, tremendous value. I don't know how to share it with you though, without promoting my own MLM. And that's not what, like I promised you guys, I won't do that. [00:01:07] Right. So I'm not going to share that URL with you where you can find the thing, but I really want you to see it and see how it works. And I'm trying to work through that in my mind. Okay. Listen. I can't think of any other way to do this. How can I do there's no other way to do this. This is not a pitch. [00:01:23] Okay. It's not a pitch. This is not a, Hey, join my MLM. I just want to show it to you. Is that fair? Okay. I'm not asking you to join my Maya. If you're in your MLM and you're happy. Great more power to you. Stay there. Not, not trying to get you to come to me, but I want to show you how this works, how the process works from listening to this podcast, to getting put on an email list, to, purchasing a course. [00:01:47] So an upgrade course to application funnel where, how this all fits together. And I want to share it with you just because I think it's very cool. Promise me, you won't get mad about this. Okay. Like this is not like a game changer. If it's going to be a game changer for you to know where my application funnel is, skip this episode. [00:02:08] How about that? Is that fair? Is that fair? Okay. It's at www.jointhismlm.com. My one time, I'm going to say it and that's it. You can find it there, but, I'm very excited about it. Cause it has the opportunity for people to get to know me, to understand what I'm bringing to the table. Now, this funnel is already designed, understanding that people are already familiar with me, familiar with how I build the MLM business. [00:02:43]and they want to work with me. Okay, so that, that's what I'm bringing to the table. Okay. This is not listed on Google. You can't like Google this, it won't show up in search engines. based on, on SEO, like I've, I've removed it from that intentionally. I don't want people just coming to this and seeing it and being confused and not understanding. [00:03:06] I want them to go through a process to get to this page so that when they get there, They're ready to go. Like they're all right. They're chomping at the bits. I don't want cold or warm traffic going to this site. I want hot traffic going to the site. I want people who want to work with me, who are excited to work with me and are ready to just like, yeah, like, let's go like join hands. [00:03:32] Like let's let's apply. So. That's what this is. This is an application funnel where you do have to apply to work with me. And all of the stuff is in there. I've got a really, really super cool strategy going on. When you scroll down just a little bit, you can see the people as they're applying that updates every five minutes. [00:03:55] It's real time. It's real people applying to work on my team. They go there, they sign up. And that information is then uploaded up onto, a, a Google Excel spreadsheet and that Google Excel spreadsheet is then transferred so that no private information, no information that people might be sensitive to, that I'm asking in the, application funnel they are, then, That's then like filtered out and put into this, spread into another spreadsheet, which is then presented that you see on the website. [00:04:27] I'm so proud of it. I love it. I think it looks amazing. I'm so excited by it. and then there's the stack. Like I think the stack is really valuable as you go further down, just telling you what you're going to get by working with me and, and all the things that I'm going to be providing for you over $13,000 worth of stuff, frankly, it could be worth a little bit more. [00:04:46]but I didn't want to make an unbelievable some of the stuff. So that's, that's kind of the numbers that I'm working on. I may change some of this as we go, but, that's it that's it for the front page and it goes so well. And then from there they put in their email and their, and some information for them so I can call them and finish off the, the signup process. [00:05:05] If I want to, or if they're ready to get started right away, they can do it through the webpage. They don't even have to talk to me and we can get started right away. So. That's the first bit of big news. Wow. That is a good one. That application funnel is a game changer. I'm telling you people, when people start implementing this, it's going to bring so much professional believability to your business no longer are you asking people to work with you? [00:05:34] They're asking to work with you. It's a complete, complete reversal. It's easier to pull a rope, right? Like that old story of, you know, the, the sailor trying to curl up the rope he's brand new. He doesn't know what he's doing. He's a 12 year old kid. He's just on the docks for his first day. And the old seasoned sailor tells him to curl up this, this or the rope. [00:05:55] And he's trying to push the rope into a coil. Doesn't work that way. The old sailor grabs his hands and shows him and pulls the rope so much easier to pull a rope. It's so much easier to work with people who want to work with you by polling them, instead of pushing yourself onto them, which is what all the hun bots out there are doing. [00:06:15] Okay. And I'm not for that. I don't want to do that. I don't want anybody else to do that. It is an awful strategy. I don't like it. If you've listened to this podcast even a little bit, you know, I that's just not for me. Does it work? Yes. Is it the best way? Debatable, highly debatable. Okay. So I'm very excited about this because I'm only going to be talking to and working with people who want to work with me, who have gone through my entire funnel series and found their way to this point where they want to work with me. [00:06:47] And if that's not you totally cool. I get that. Please take the strategies, implement them yourself. Work with where you're at. That's totally fine. That's totally, totally cool. That's not the whole point of this podcast. This podcast is to educate you on a new way, on a new idea, a new philosophy of building this business and how powerful it can be for you as an entrepreneur and what this can change for you. [00:07:11] So don't go to this site, please. Don't go to the site and just like, fill it out just to hack it or whatever. Like this is an actual working site. Like I don't want. To have your information. If, if you're not serious about working with me, It's not a hundred percent on. I have not written all of the followup emails that go along with this site. [00:07:31] I'm building out the membership site. That's going to be a part of this. the first page is done and we should have that absolutely completed by the end of July. my partner is, is doing all the filming and stuff like that. And, it's going to be really good. It's going to be really good. I'm laying out all the funneling and stuff like that for the flow and how it all works. [00:07:49]and, that'll be up and running any minute. Now, like I said, in the next 30 days, probably in the next week, we should start actually having the site up and running with the training and we'll just be filling it out at that point. So, we're ready to go. We're a hundred percent live at this point. [00:08:03] I'm so fired up guys. This is so great. So now. The first step in my process has been this, get the podcast up and running so I can start educating people about this idea. Start bringing people into my world, getting, getting them into email lists, getting them excited about what I'm doing. Okay. I've other strategies of which I'm recruiting and selling a front end lead in a squeeze page where I have an offer. [00:08:29] I'm also going to be creating a summit. In summer and September, it looks like the last three days in September, I'll be going to be putting a summit together with other leaders, in the network marketing space who are doing incredible things. Some of them building the business the way I do, some of them building the business old school, some of them building it with social media, all sorts of different ideas, all coming together about how to recruit people. [00:08:53]In in this industry. And, I'm very excited about that. That's going to be huge too. So I have like a bunch of leaves out there that I'm bringing people into my world and exposing them to my ideas and my concepts. And then, I'm offering, a course, basically teaching the, the basics. Right. [00:09:10] And, and intro one Oh one class, basically, if you will, to automation and it's called, MLM MythBusters. and we're going to be selling that again soon. we're revamping it, making it even better, and it was great beforehand. We, all the testimonials that we got so far from that thing are, are absolutely, breathtaking from my perspective, I was like, wow, I'm really blown away by how blown away they are. [00:09:32]and I'm really proud of it. I'm very excited to continue to develop that. So we're going to develop that out even more this summer and put that back on the market, make it available for everybody. So that you're kind of getting like a, a watered down, not a watered down version, but a scrubbed version of all of, all of our personal, like I'm in an MLM. [00:09:50] So it will be all the training, the MLM training without mentioning which MLM I'm in. Okay. And we'll be selling that for those of you who, who love what I'm doing and are very excited about what I'm doing. That'll be selling that entire course for you. and you'll be able to use that however you choose to. [00:10:06] So there's a lot happening right now and that's why I'm so busy. I took two weeks off, just to rest and recuperate and get ready for this big charge. I was frankly, burnt out and I needed to take some time for myself. and that's what I love about this is because while I was resting and recuperating and spending time with my family and, you know, just clearing my head. [00:10:25] My list still grew. There were still some of you who signed up for my list. Thank you so much, by the way. Love having you here. I'm so glad that you're listening and enjoying this content, but I'm so, so fired up about this application funnel, guys. This thing is a game changer. I don't, I don't want you to just go through this, hack it for yourself. [00:10:45] Maybe what I'll do. I'll I'll probably put up, I'll probably make one available in the email list. So if you're not on my email list, Sign up. and I'll find a way to, I'll find a way to, to, to, to modify that. So that there's a link so that you can get, a copy, basically, a stripped down copy with, you know, all, all the important parts. [00:11:06] And you just have to put in your own information and videos and stuff like that. The video, by the way, I'm super pumped about the video, for our business plan that we put together. This thing is automated so brilliantly. We took a, I'm not going to tell you that I'm not going to tell you that cause it's so good. [00:11:26] I don't want that out yet. That's going to be a, that's going to be a team secret for a little while before I released that. To be honest with you, I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna just give that one away. Listen, check it out. Check out the website. I promised I wouldn't say it again. So if you are curious, rewind back and check out the website. [00:11:44] And, and, and just look at it, if you want to, just to kind of give yourself an idea, but I'm very excited, for this, for this thing. and I, I hope you are too. I hope you're excited to put this in for your team so that you stop working with people. You gotta, you gotta push, you gotta push them to go do something. [00:11:59] It's like, come on, get out of there. Go, go talk to somebody, go, go, sell something, go, go create some volume, go, go sponsor somebody. You get exhausted doing that. Don't stop. Don't be the young sailor. Be the smart. Kraft, the older sailor who pulls the rope. Okay. That's my, that's my message to you. Thank you so much for listening. [00:12:16] I'm so excited for, all the great feedback I've been getting on the podcast and, and all the new listeners. Thank you so much for sharing the podcast. I really do appreciate that. it helps every little bit helps and, let's change this industry for the better, so that we're, you know, We're we're doing good things in the meantime. [00:12:32] Have a great day, everybody. [00:12:39] Hey, thanks for listening. Please remember to subscribe and leave feedback. Would you like a copy of the book that changed everything in my network marketing business? If so you can get a free copy of network marketing secrets at downlineautomation.com.
What's going on. Downline automation, radio. I am in the middle of a self-imposed break. The reason I didn't put a podcast out last week was, um, I was feeling just frankly, a little overwhelmed. I needed to step back and take a break and, uh, and gather my thoughts and, um, and just take some time for me as an entrepreneur. Uh, you know, when you're the guy or the gal, it is rough, right? Like you're responsible for everything and it's important to take care of yourself. And, um, I'm lucky to have a business partner within, uh, in gen that, uh, Recommended that I take some time. So thank you very much, Jen. I appreciate, uh, taking some time out, but I did want to put out a podcast today, even though I am still taking the, the rest of the week off. And here's, what's great about that because of the systems that we've built, my business is still operating. My business is still recruiting. My business is still running. I don't have to be actively involved, in every aspect of that. The pieces that I've built, continue to function, even when I'm not. Truly a walkaway income, truly marketing at its best in my humble, but accurate opinion. Okay. But that's not what I'm here to talk to you about. I'm here to talk to you about what it means to be a marketer and why some people in this industry don't succeed. Because I believe that when you, um, when you're going to go do something, any kind of thing. Um, let's say you want to learn to play a musical instrument, right? Um, let's say you want to, um, want to be a pilot. You want to fly planes, right? You become a pilot. You take on the role of pilot. You're not like, ah, you know, I'm just, you know, I, I kind of do it as a side hustle as a pilot. No, no, no, no, no, no. You're taking a plane. I'm putting it in the air. Thousands of feet in the air, you better be a pilot. You better not have a side hustle or a side gig as a pilot. You better know what you're doing in case something goes wrong. You know what to do with those instruments, too. Many of us get into the game of network marketing and don't become network marketers. We don't take on the mantle of a network marketer. We get, we get all excited about the dream. We get all excited about the process. We get all excited about the money. We get all excited about cars and trips and everything. And then we say, okay, now we need you to go out and market and you need to network and you need to market, you know, and people go, uh, I don't know, maybe not why, because they're not narrow network marketers. They haven't internalized that yet. They haven't said, this is what I'm going to do. They haven't made a decision. That's another secret of success is making a decision. Once you make a decision, that's it, there is no other choice. As Tony Robbins said, you take the Island by burning the boats, man. You don't kind of be a network marketer and expect to have massive success. Yeah, you can, you can kind of piddle with it and you can make a couple of thousand dollars a month for sure. But if you really truly want to be a top income earner, a top recruiter, a player that changes the game, and how people think about this industry, you've got to be that person. You've got to look people in the eye with conviction and say, I am a network marketer. You've got to be able to look yourself in the eye and say, I am a network marketer. And that would be totally okay. Be proud of that. Be excited about that. Be able to talk to people about that. And do you do that by making a decision to be that, you know, we can use the example of, um, you know, piloting or, or even playing, playing, playing a musical instrument when I was in high school, um, Y I, when I was in, let me tell you a story. When I was in elementary school, I went to a small private school that private school had a small band program. And, um, I remembered the year they get, they got a new band teacher. It was the year that I was supposed to be like, be able to join in band. I was old enough finally. And, um, I really wanted to be a drummer. I really wanted to play the drums. Like that's the instrument I wanted to play. I walked into the room where they had all these different instruments. My eyes were over on the drums. I was like, yeah, drums, drums trumps. And the, um, I guess the bandleader had a drummer already and he looked at me and was like, we need a trumpeter. You could play. We're going to teach you how to play trumpet. Okay. I became a trumpet player in my heart. I was never a trumpet player. I never enjoyed it that much. I was okay for my age and what I was doing. I was never going to go on and, and be a professional trumpeter or whatever they call them. Uh, and it was okay. I, I learned to play the instrument. I never loved it. I never enjoyed it. Uh, I was just adequate because it wasn't, you know, school was what I was required of me. As I got older and my parents had to listen to me, practice playing the trumpet. I was blessed to have a mother who was like, I don't enjoy you. Listening, listening to you, like go through this. She was like, what, what do you want to learn to play? What would make you happy? Cause she'd see, like I was playing and I was adequate, but it just wasn't into it. I wasn't enjoying it. I wasn't a trumpet player. I, I didn't like, you know, carry my mouth piece around and practice constantly and really focus on the, on lip control and all the stuff that you had to do to, you know, in scales and stuff like that. All the things that you have to do to be a trumpet player. I wanted to be a drummer. In my heart. I was a drummer at that time. I wanted to be a drummer. I loved watching people play drums. I love listening to drums. We would go to drum and bugle core things. And my mom thought I was paying attention to the bugle horse. I was listening to the drummers. So finally, finally, when somebody asked me and gave me the opportunity, what instrument do you want to play? I said drums. I want to be a drummer. And I took on the role of drummer. I took on the attitude. I, Trump sticks with me everywhere. I went, I was constantly tapping out rhythms and counting rhythms and, and practicing my coordination left. Right. You know, and, and getting all my body parts, moving and syncopated rhythms and stuff like that to play drums. And so when I had that opportunity, I embraced it full force. I was a drummer. I took on the attitude, the beliefs, the, the structure, the, the regimen of being a drummer. But when you join a network marketing company, because of the way that it has been built, because of the way that people have, have marketed this, this industry for so long, Do you know what understand that you need to do that because you're not really that interested. It's like, Hey babe, do you want to, you want to try out this thing? We got, uh, you know, you want to make a little extra money on the side. You know, if it didn't interfere with what you were doing, if it didn't interfere with what you were doing, isn't that the whole point, isn't that the hope I'm not looking for people who want to make $500 a month. What is that? That's nothing you can go get a job at Walmart for that. And put up with a lot less grief. I'm looking for people who want to be marketers who want to be business owners who want to be successful, proud network marketers. $500 a month. Get out of here with that. If that's where you're at. Cool bro. No pressure, man, but that's not who I'm looking for. I'm looking for people who want to run people who want to make money. That's who I am. I am a network marketer. I don't want to sit around and play with it. I want to be, I want to do the damn thing already. And so I'm a network marketer. I am a marketer. What does that mean to be a marketer? I want to read to you. Uh, I did a quick Google search and I found a blog that I think really sums it up really well for what we're talking about. Today's essential marketing skills. There's 11 of them, according to this article and I'm going to read them to you. I think they're good. I think it's pretty accurate. Number one of essential marketing skills. They are revenue driven. Marketers. I don't do anything if I can't make money from it. If I can't track dollars and cents to it anymore, I don't do it. That's why I don't contact anymore. That's why I don't spam on social media, direct messaging anymore. I can't track that. I can't track my return on that. I have no way of knowing what I'm putting in and what I'm getting out. This is really all dependent upon your time. Right? How much is your time worth? What could you, what else could you be doing that would be profitable? Some people would say, well, uh, there's nothing more profitable than building on ductwork. Okay. You have a 98% failure rate, man. There's plenty of things. More, more profitable than doing that. Okay. Let's keep going down the list. They know their customers and their markets. It was the first thing I said that I teach my team. You've got to have an avatar. You got to know who you're trying to attract. You got to know who you're going after. So you can tailor your marketing messages to those people. Because if you don't, you're just spraying and praying, and hope is the worst business strategy of all time. You have got to get better at at focusing your messaging, your marketing on exactly who you want to work with. Remember Harley Davidson, Harley Davidson knows exactly who they want to work with. Two other people love Harley Davidson. Absolutely, but they remained focused, dedicated. They don't veer from the messaging that they have for their core audience they create. And this is number three. So they said that they are revenue driven, marketers. They know their customers and markets. And number three, they create remarkable customer experiences. They go above and beyond. We create offers. Guys. We create offers around the products and the services that we sell and market, and we make it better. We make it even better. Anybody can go to Amazon and get a book on. Everybody can go to downline automation.com, get a free book plus shipping and handling and get thousands of extra dollars worth of information. Not only for me, but from Russell Brunson as well. Was one of the greatest marketers on the planet bar. None right now you get all that information for the cost of a book at my website. You're not going to get that from Amazon. You're not going to get that at Walmart. You're not going to get that anywhere. I'm creating an experience I'm creating value. Does that make sense? Okay, so we've got revenue driven, marketers. They know their customers in the markets. They create remarkable customer experiences. They're great storytellers. Ah, great storytellers. This is an area I am struggling to improve on. I have got to get better at sharing stories. I'm great at sharing experience, my own personal experience. I'm really, I have to collect more stories to be able to tell that example, because what you're doing when you're telling stories is you're breaking down people's false beliefs and replacing them with a new false belief. So when you go to somebody and say, I'm a network marketer, they go, Oh, one of those things I'm not interested, it's a pyramid scheme. Uh, you got to lose all your family and friends with you. They have all these false stories that go on in their head. Um, uh, you know, if I talk to you, you know, if I do this, um, I'm just going to lose a ton of money. Um, nobody ever makes it in that industry. They have all these different, all these different false beliefs, uh, about the industry. And it was interesting. Cause I was, I just spent three days, uh, at a conference with a zoom conference with nothing but marketers and it was amazing how many marketers feel that have those false beliefs about network marketing? I say, I'm in network marketing. They go, Oh, we got to get you out of that. Why, why would you have to get me out of that? What happened? Oh, well, you know, you get, you know, you're going to lose all your family and friends and nobody ever makes any money in that. So you get, let me tell you a story. I've made money in this. I didn't think I could either, but I've made, I had a quarter of a million dollar business doing this the whole, the hard way. Okay. Like, and that's not an income claim that that's how much revenue we produce through that, that company. It's not a big deal. It is what it is. We didn't even know what we were doing. That's the, don't give you that. So let me tell you a different story to replace the story that you think, you know, You've got to get great at telling stories. Okay. Revenue driven, marketers. They know their customers and markets. They create remarkable customer experiences. They're great stories, telly, great storytellers. Okay. Number five, they test everything and they assume nothing. Woo. Let me tell you something. I screwed this up. When I got started in this, I, uh, I assumed I knew what my market wanted. I didn't ask my market, my, my ideal market, what they wanted, I just assumed. And they made it through a couple offers out there. They did not want, they did not like they did not buy. And the only reason that I was able to fix it was because I asked and I was able to test. Okay. So I put out an ad that drove traffic to a funnel. The funnel didn't convert. They liked the ad because they were clicking on the ad, but they didn't like the offer because once they got to the funnel to the offer page, they stopped, they stopped the process. I can track all that now, powerful. That is how many marketers network marketers out there are able to do that. Unless they're doing this type of marketing, none. They don't have a clue where it's breaking down for them. They don't have an idea. Of what's working and what's not working. They are only guessing. I don't want to guess this is money. This is, this is, this is business. I don't want to guess again, hope is the worst strategy ever. Okay. Number six. So we just said there, test everything and assume nothing. Number six, never stop acquiring new marketing tricks. Here's where network marketing died. The day that they just focused on networking and stopped focusing on marketing. 30 years ago that worked make a list of a hundred names and call your friends and family, blah, blah, blah, all the, you know, three way calls and all that other stuff. That's when marketing died. And then that's the story. That's the story. And here's the new story. We're building into new way. We're building in a different way. We're building it away. That is using new and current marketing techniques, tips and tricks that are applicable to every single person who is listening to this podcast right now, especially you, you can take this stuff and develop new ideas out of it. You're going to create new offers. You're going to create new ideas because you're doing the other things that we are talking about, especially testing everything and assuming nothing and knowing your customer and your market, you're going to give them exactly what they want solve the problems that they have. That's the greatest thing ever about entrepreneurship is it allows you to solve problems. Okay. So we got a revenue driven, marketers. They know their customers in the markets. They create remarkable customer experiences. They're great storytellers. They test everything and assume nothing. They never stop acquiring new marketing tricks. And number seven, they use data to make decisions. I don't make emotional decisions in my business. It's very easy. When you're way up to look at everything and be like, this is cake, I'm never changing a thing that says perfect. I nailed it. And it's very easy when you're down to just look and be like, I got to change everything. This isn't working, nothing's working. I'm just burning it all down to the ground. If you let your emotions run your business, if you let your emotions run your life instead of data. You never know if you're making the right decision. You think you're making the right decision and making the right decision for me right now. Okay, bro. Okay. Well, uh, okay. Maybe, maybe not. What does the data say? The data says your ads working. Why are you stopped running your ad? Oh, because I wasn't making, I wasn't making any sales, but the ad is working. It's your funnel, your offer, your story, your hook, isn't working on your funnel. One of those three things isn't working. Fix that don't fix the ad. Oh, I'm just so you know, I'm scared. I'm worried. I'm going to lose some money. Yeah. Okay. We all are a hundred percent. That's why you need to make it on data and not emotion so that you're making the right choice. Okay. Number eight, they enjoy working with technology. That just freaked some of you out. You're like, Oh my goodness. I am not good. I don't know how to do any of this stuff. I can't build websites. I don't know what a chat I'm run a chat bot. I don't know any of this stuff. I'm downline like that. I get it. I'm a tech guy. I love technology. It's a tool I've learned to use tools to make my life easier back in the day when I first got started in this industry. We would use CDs as tools and handout CDs, seven 95. Here's a CD. Listen to this, I'll get back with you and get the CD back. Not going to happen, man. I lost so many CDs that way. Hundreds of dollars of CDs, ah, they're out there somewhere, probably in a junkyard or in somebody's desk drawer somewhere, but it was a tool I, you know, use I've found in use better tools. To make my time better. I've videos. I've interactive videos that I, that I share my plan with, you know, uh, funnels. I have chatbots of all these different things now of technology that, that free me up to do the things that I'm really good at, right. Number nine, manage their work according to a schedule. Lord knows I need to get better at this. I have ADHD. And let me tell you something. It is the biggest struggle ever for me to stay. Focused. This is so hard for me and I heard, Oh, I can't remember the guy's name. It just heard him say it, um, from zero to about $65,000 in your business at that phase of your business, where you're making that much money. One of the most important things you can do is build structure is build structure into your calendar and routine into your time and into your life. Because otherwise it all kind of snowballs and becomes overwhelming. And if you don't have those pieces built early in place as your business grows, it's just going to snowball out of, out of, out of effect. This has happened to me multiple times, multiple times, and I'm fine when he finally learning the lesson of like, okay, I really need to build structure. I need to, and not just like. Structure of your business, but structure of your day, your time, what are you accomplishing? What do you really want to do today? What are the three most important things that you can do today to move your business forward? And staying true to that. Staying focused to that and not let anything else interfere in that. Okay. All right. So we have revenue driven marketers. They know their customers in their markets. They create valuable customer and remarkable customer experiences. They're great storytellers. They test everything and assume nothing. They never stop acquiring new marketing tricks. They use data to make decisions. They enjoy working with technology. They manage their work according to a schedule. Number 10. They write very, very well. Now summer, you were like me. And let me tell you a story about, about writing. Very, very well. In high school, I was in a group of friends and, uh, we were all nerds, super nerds, playing Dungeons and dragons and reading comic books and Hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy. And like, we were just super nerdy and, and. One of my friends wanted to be a writer and he he's gone on to become a writer and his books are great. I love reading them. And, and, uh, we were all kind of in that world. Like we were like, yeah, like, you know, when we think about what we're going to do or like, yeah. Like I would love writing. I love reading. I love writing. I've always enjoyed science fiction. I was like, I would love to be a writer that sounds so cool. We go off to college. I start up and become an English major and, um, I'm trying my best. I'm trying my absolute best. And I remember one day my, uh, my advisor says to me, you're not very good. You're just not a very good writer. Like this is not who you are. You need to do something else. Ah, devastating, devastating. So. I stopped being a rider. I dropped out of the English program, jumped into history. I enjoyed it a lot more. I still wasn't very good at it, but, uh, that's a lot to do with the system of the educational system. It just didn't match for me. And it probably doesn't match for a lot of venture entrepreneurs out there. Like it just doesn't work for us. I don't think it wasn't that I wasn't a good writer. I think it was that educated. The education system didn't work for me. But when you hear that, you're like, all right, well, I guess I'm not a great writer. I guess I am not going to be a writer anymore. And I stopped being a writer and I regret that because it would come in very, very anti right now. If I could write my own copy extremely well, I can do serviceable copy. I can do ma copy, but I'm not like winning any awards with any of my copy. If you're on my email list or have been to any of my funnels, you know, look the copies average at best. Um, and I'm working on that, but I can pay somebody who. Is great at copy to do that for me while I work on my own process to get better at it. So that's something that I know I need to work on. I'm working on being a better, better writer. So that's something that marketers do well into central marketing skill, last thing. Okay. Last thing, one revenue driven marketers to know your customers and market three, create recreate remarkable customer experiences for. Be a great storyteller, five test, everything. Assume nothing, never stop. Acquiring new marketing tricks is number six. Number seven, use data to make decisions. Number eight, enjoy working with technology. Number nine, managed their work according to a schedule 10. Right? Very, very well and 11 deliver specific identifiable results. Again, this goes back to everything that we've been talking about in this podcast. How do you, how do you get better at something you track it? If you want your revenue to increase, you want your leads to increase. You track it back in the day. When I first started out, my sponsor told me, draw your group out, put a big whiteboard up and draw your group out every day. Draw your group out and then draw your group out the way you want it to look. Put in a couple extra circles in there. So you have your structure, right. And what you're trying to accomplish, what was he trying to teach me? He was trying to teach me how to deliver identifiable results of how many people am I sponsoring. The problem was is that's the middle? That's the end of the process. I needed to have something in the beginning. About how many people am I contacting? How many people am I talking to? How many people are in my funnel, how many people are going through are taking in my offers and stuff like that. And I, we didn't have any of that back then. So there was no way to keep track of that now. Absolutely. I keep track of all that stuff. I keep track of my ads, how many people are clicking on it? How much where's my average cart value? Uh, what is my cost to acquire a customer or, or a business partner? All of that is being tracked. I know exactly where, where my, my, my metrics are that I measure for my business to determine whether or not I'm being successful or things are working or not working. So then I can make a non-emotional decision, a data driven decision, going back to number seven. To decide how to fix or tweak, whatever it is and I'm working on it. And I'm constantly tweaking. I'm constantly adjusting. I'm constantly rethinking things as I'm getting more data in. So those are the essential marketing skills that you need. And this is why I say people need to be a network marketer. Like that's not going to happen. By accident, unless you choose to put on the mantle of business, owner of marketer and become that thing, become the drummer, become that person. Who's obsessed with your craft, not just poking at it with a stick nobody's ever become successful by poking at it with a stick and you're going to fail. You're gonna fail a lot. You're going to suck a lot in the beginning and that's okay. We all do every single one of us. This isn't my first rodeo. I was awful in the beginning. I've told you plenty of stories of how, how I've failed and screwed things up, but you keep going to keep getting better because the two, I am, I have to do this. There's nothing else for me to do. There's nothing else for me to think about and go, well, I bet, like, I guess I could go do something else. You could go get a job. Uh, the thought of it makes me sick to my stomach. I feel confined. I feel restricted just thinking about it. So I encourage you to put on the mantle of network marketer, put on the mantle of market or put on the mantle of business owner, become that person, make it, who you are. Look yourself in the eye, in the mirror and say, I am a network marketer. Believe it, go strong with it, go deep with it, go powerful with it. And people will start being attracted to that. Cause you're standing for something. That's my, uh, that's that's my tail for the day. Uh, I hope that helps some of you. I hope you understand what you need to do to become. Better marketers. Um, I hope you understand what you need to do to, uh, to, to be better business owners. I hope this helps you remember, you can always reach out to me if you have any questions, um, and, and comments, you can head to the website@downlineautomation.com and check out the free book and all that. Uh, we have a lot of really cool stuff coming for you. I'm very excited about some of the things that, uh, I'm putting together. It's going to be amazing. I think it's going to add just a ton of value to you. I look forward to hearing your success as well. Keep me posted. I'm really loving having, following some of your stories. Somebody who reached out to me started telling me some of the great things that you're implementing, and I absolutely love it. I'm getting to meet some of you and talk to some of you and, uh, it's been fantastic. So thanks again. Looking forward to talking to all of you soon. I'll see you next week.
So here's the thing. How do we MLM'rs use modern and current marketing techniques trends without having to bother or pester friends and family, but still grow a profitable business. How do we recruit a players into our down line? And yet still have time for our busy lives. We'll find out this and more on downline automation radio. What's going on. Downline automation, radio. Glad to be here with you. I'm so excited. Um, Culture let's get right into it. Culture is so important in this industry, in any business, right? Like we've all had a, that one job where the culture was bad and it was just miserable going to work. Now, add that into your business and what that's like. And you can imagine when culture is wrong, how awful businesses. So I want to talk to you a little bit about culture. I want to tell you a little bit of a story about culture. And how important it is. Okay. Um, and this is a story of one of my former mentors, his name's John Crowe. And, um, John was a successful gymnast in college, uh, superstar athlete. Um, good looking guy, beautiful wife had the world, uh, by its. By its toes or what do I don't even know what that saying me is, but, uh, he, he, he started a business, started a home business, um, and started to build it with his wife. And they started out just like everybody else, like needing the money and, and, and, uh, you know, wanting to do big things, but not having a lot of resources to do it. And he built it from scratch. And this is back in the early eighties, we're talking like 1980, early eighties. And he built himself a diamond ship business. Now almost almost a diamond ship business. Um, he had, it was a unit level plan, meaning that everybody is sponsored, just went personally beneath him. And then it grew from there. Um, he had three legs at the top of the bonus scale at that point and a whole bunch of volume and other legs outside of that, you needed six legs to go diamond. He had. Five, five of them already. Uh, at the top of the bonus scale, he needed one more. And, uh, he was on fire. He was like, he was the cat's pajamas. He was everything that you want to be. He was sought after, as a speaker and a trainer, he was, you know, rolling in money at that point in time, things were just common to him. Things were cracking. It was amazing. Amazing time Rolexes. And Bentley's you name it? John had it. John. Um, and his wife decided that, uh, their son was sick and that John's wife and their son was we're going to go to a different, uh, home. Uh, they were going to go to, if I remember correctly, it was a John's wife's mother, his mother-in-law, the wife and the son were going to go to the, to the inlaws and, uh, to help with the kid. And, um, John was still building business. He was going to meet him there after he got done. This is back in the days of hotel meetings. John goes out to the hotel meeting crushes that there's like a hundred people there, something silly. And, uh, you know, he's just crushes. It. He's feeling great comps home. And, uh, it turns out his wife and son are still there. They hadn't left yet. They were supposed to have gone. Hadn't left yet. There's a knock at the door. John goes, opens the door and this is like one o'clock in the morning. He just got home. He's just trying to relax, calm down off of, off of the high of teaching and training. He's feeling great. His wife is there. Everything's good. Everybody's sleeping. He opens the door. Knock opens knocks on the door, opens a door and there is a woman there and two guys, and one of the guys shoots John right in the head point blank range with a three 57. Now that's devastating. Absolutely devastating. John went on to survive that attack. They were robbing his place. They had seen him at a, at a meeting decided, Hey, this guy has got a Rolex. He drives around in a Bentley. I bet he's got a lot more at his house. Followed him home. And, uh, scoped the place for a couple of days. And then, uh, just so happened. He happened to be home that night and they shot him to Rob the place. Um, I don't tell you that because you know, to scare you off of doing hotel meetings, that's not my purpose. What happened next is what's fascinating to me, the culture that John had built. Kicked in one of John's guys who was with him at that time, who had already been up to the top of the bonus scale was actually on a run to diamond himself. He had four legs over at that point in time in a unit level plan, he needed six to go diamond. He was real close. He put his calendar aside, set it aside and said, I'll go diamond eventually, but we need to square things up for John's wife. Cause they didn't know if John was going to live. For John's wife and family and that guy, his name was Jack and a bunch of other people took over John's business for him. And they started to build his business for him. Now, there was so much passion and energy around John and the culture was so good around John, that when they started to do that, not only did they get that last leg. Over for the six that he needed to go diamond, but they did another three that bumped him up yet. Another level in that business plan, he skipped diamond altogether and went to whatever the next one is. He had nothing to do with it. He had exed himself out of the equation, unwittingly unknowingly, and his culture took over and created this massive business. For him. I mean, he, he laid the groundwork, but culture made the difference. Their culture is so important. Guys. Culture is huge. And if you don't have good culture, it's really tough to grow. How do you create good culture by raising belief? This businesses has traditionally been built around belief. You got to believe that what you're doing. And what you're asking other people to do is really gonna work for them. And that's why I love this system. All right. Now we're going to bring it home. I love this system because it's so easy to build belief. It's so easy to build belief because it's a system. I don't have to train people how to inflect their voices so that at the end of the sentence, it goes up or it goes down depending on what you're trying to accomplish. I don't have to train people to do that necessarily. They can learn that if they want to, if, if part of their publishing platform is learning how to speak publicly and stuff like that. And if you want to be a good leader, then yeah, you need to do that. Um, but, but I don't have to do that. I don't have to teach scripts. I don't have to teach like, okay, now here's how you close and here's how you do X and here's how you do. Y I hand them a kit and I say, publish document your journey. Drive people to these sites. Boom, easy peasy. And let me tell you what I found in my own business right now. We are putting together a small team already, right? And we're building these things and we're, we're, we're putting an application funnel together. We're building the membership site right now. The application funnel is 99.9% done. I just gotta tweak a couple little things in that bad boy will be done. I'll probably tell you about that next week. Maybe later this week, if I get it done, I might put out two this week. I don't know. I'm so excited about this. Um, but what ends up happening is our team is having so much fun. Like they're, they're loving it. They're loving this process. There's, there's not a, a dread of building any of this stuff. There's not a dread of like, how do I, what do I do? Like, they're like, okay, I gotta, I got to overcome my fear of publishing and publish. And then for the people that are doing that, it's going swimmingly well. And almost everybody is doing that because there's, you know why you're publishing, you have something to publish about. You're not just making it up. You're not just inventing something to talk about that day and you're repurposing your content. So you're not having to come up with new content every single day I get to struggle. Right. So it's very exciting to be able to do that. And, uh, and, and our team is super excited. They're super happy when I talk to them and I see them, they're like, this is amazing. We love this is right. Yeah. Whereas before I'd be like, okay, um, make a list for me. What'd ya? Alright, well, um, I gotta go wash my Chinchilla, you know, they're you can't get them white, so you gotta do like this dry rub thing and it's, it's a whole process. Oh, you don't want to get involved. And I go, yeah, you're right. I don't. But. Now they're like, okay, well, I'm building this and this is my offering to TA and I'm publishing and they're happy and they're engaged and they're excited. I haven't had this kind of culture in any of my business teams that I've built before this, early in the process. And that is so exciting to me. So exciting to me. So I wanted to share that with you. I wanted to share you like what this does for culture, what this can do for culture. Uh, And, and, and how it can really help you with culture because culture is going to make a big difference for you at some point in your business, as you're building a team, it's I promise you it's going to make a big deal. So I want to encourage you guys to go ahead and do this. If you haven't even started yet, check out a downline automation.com, get the, the offers that are there. And, ah, man, we're going to have an amazing, amazing time together. I'm really looking forward to hearing all the stuff that's coming out of, of your business. And what's going on. Have a great day. So here's the thing. How do we MLMers use modern and current marketing techniques and trends without having to bother or pester friends and family, but still grow a profitable business? How do we recruit A-players into our down line and yet still have time for our busy lives? We'll find out this and more on Downline Automation Radio. What's up Downline Automation Radio? Woo. It is Monday and I am excited to be here. Oh, so much to tell you guys, so much fun stuff happening right now. Where do I start? Let me start with a story. Let's start with a story about me and my experience as a trainer, what that was like. And I love training people. Don't get me wrong. I love trainings. It's one of my favorite things to do. I'm not a teacher. I don't like teaching. I love training. I love this industry and explaining this industry and breaking this industry down. But if you ask me to set foot in a classroom and just teach a bunch of kids or even adults, I'd be like, "Oh, this is so stupid." But I'm passionate about this. So let's get to it. I had reached a certain level of success in my first business where I was starting to be asked to do trainings, like travel around and do some trainings which was fun. Very exciting, very good for the ego. Very bad for the ego, too, in a lot of ways for me. I have an ego that tends to get out of control quickly and I really have to work to not let that happen. And it definitely did. It definitely happened through that process. And I learned a lot through it. I'm a better person for it, but that's not what I'm trying to tell you. Let me get back on track. Sorry. There was so much fun. There was so much enjoyment in training, but this is what it looked like for me. Monday night, I would go out and I would contact. Tuesday night was training. So for three hours, I was showing the plan and then doing a training session afterwards. And this is hotel meeting style, right? We're doing hotel meetings, like 50, 60, 70, 100 people sometimes. Not huge meetings. I wasn't that big a deal. I was really fairly low on the totem pole, really. But it was great. It was a great experience. So I would do that Tuesday night. I would do it again Wednesday night. And again Thursday night at different locations. I would do one 20 minutes from my house, another one an hour from my house. And then another one was another hour away from my house in the other direction. And I would do these three times a week. And I did that for months on end, trying to grow teams at each one of those hotel meetings. And let me tell you what I learned. It's a freaking waste of time. What? How do you say that? I ran all over God's creation, trying to do that. And it was exhausting and I would teach the basics of the business, the four habits, the four this, the three that. Whatever they asked me to teach that week that the local team thought that they needed or I thought that they needed. And I would teach that and then I would go home. And then I would get up the next day, go to work and I'd work all day and then I'd put on my suit and I'd run out to the next hotel meeting. And I would go do it again. I did that three nights in a row for three weeks or three nights a week for months and months and months on end. And if I wasn't teaching, I was still there to support my team, to answer any questions that they had, try to provide support for their growing teams. And it was exhausting and it was expensive and it was time consuming. And what ended up happening was the more I taught these things over and over and over again, the less excited I got about them. It became old hat. It became, yeah. I mean, duh, four habits, go out, contact somebody, add them to the list, show them the plan, follow up, get them started, boom. Rinse and repeat. Over and over and over and over again. And I remember thinking, "Oh my God, is this what I got to do for the rest of my life in this industry? I got to teach the same thing over and over and over again? That's not exciting to me. That's not going to get me out of bed." And my teaching, my excitement went down and the quality of my teaching went down and soon, I wasn't asked to teach anymore. Fairly. I'm not upset about that at all. I just was just phoning it in. I got bored. I have a problem with boredom. I will get bored. So this time around, as I'm automating my business, bringing it back to current day, and this is why I'm excited to share with you, I'm thinking about this. Like, "Okay, you're excited now you're teaching all this stuff, Ben, but how do you bring it back so that you don't get bored again, teaching this stuff?" And so I thought long and hard about it. I looked around at what my different options are because I see a lot of upline leaders in all the different businesses that I follow and look at. I like to learn from the other leaders in the industry. Not just in my own upline, I like to look around and get different ideas and see which work for me and which ones don't. I always honor my upline and what they teach, but not everybody knows everything. So I look around and I see a lot of people, maybe this is you too, they're doing Facebook lives. They're doing Zoom calls with their team. Or they got Voxer going on and messages going back and forth. And they're constantly in the state of training somebody. They're constantly answering your questions. They're constantly going, "Here's where you go to find this information. Here's how you do this. And let me answer a question. Here's how you do this. And here's how you do this." And it seems exhausting to me. It seems like it has got to be horribly boring, to be perfectly honest with you. It seems awful. Right? And then the other ... So some people have figured that out, right? Some people are like, "Okay, I don't like this." So they save all of their trainings on Facebook in a group, put them up there, tag them. And after three months, it becomes so difficult and confusing to use Facebook groups and pages to find the information that you need, because there's been so many videos and so many posts and the tagging system is wonky at best. And how you name it doesn't necessarily translate to what somebody is looking for. And so you end up like people are like, "Oh, forget it." And so they move on. So they move, they go, "Okay. Okay. Okay. What have we got to do?" And then some people take it another step, "Well, let's just warehouse them up on a site and put them in categories online. We'll put them into four or five categories online and make a membership site people can go to, and they can just scroll through this stuff and figure out which one they want." But they still have to guess on the category and they still have to guess based upon the title of the thing. That's better, that's about as good as it gets, right? For a lot of teams. Okay, cool. From my own personal experience, those sites are really not great for me. I have a hard time finding the information. I have a hard time finding the energy to search for the information, right? It doesn't really guide you through the process. There's a getting started section, but it's still not quite enough to really truly run a business. And so you're stuck learning your upline's teachings, which are now a year and a half in and he doesn't want to go back to teach things he's already taught before, because they're up on this website. You're coming in, you're like, "Wait, I don't have the basics. I don't understand what he's talking." It's confusing. And it doesn't work real well. So what's the alternative, what's the solution? And that's what I thought about these last two weeks. A membership site is the way to go. And I'm building a membership site for my team. Now stay with me because this is also for you. Inside that membership site, it's going to be 30 days, unlocked each day, a training. Exactly what you need to do that day to move your business forward. Exactly what you need to accomplish in a bite size achievable goal so my downline is not getting overwhelmed. They're not like, "Oh my God, look at all these videos. I got to watch 17, 20 hours of video just to do this? What? No, man." Here's a five, 10, 15, 20 minutes at the max video, explaining to you what you need to do today in order to set up your business and get you moving and making money. I'm putting that together for my team. It's almost done. All the structure is laid out, we're just finishing up some of the content copy. And then from there, we are going to do something really cool that's going to help you out. Tell me, Ben, how are you going to help me? Well, here's how I'm going to do it. I'm going to take that site. I'm going to clone it. I'm going to make it available for you. I'm going to take out all the things that are specific to my business and my company. Listen, again, I go back to this. I said it in an episode one and if you didn't hear it, go back and listen. I have no intention of pitching you to join my team on this podcast. None. This is a business pitch-free zone. You'll never get pitched for me on this business. I'm not going to tell you what business I'm in. I'm not going to tell you where my application funnel is. I'm not going to tell you all these things, but what I am going to do is I am going to build this website for you. I'm going to build this membership website for you and I'm going to make it available to you. I haven't figured out exactly how I'm going to make it available to you, where the price point is or is it going to be a paid membership or is it going to be a onetime fee? Definitely lifetime access. I don't know. I have to figure that all out. But that part I'm figuring out this week. I'm going to talk to some of my mentors and really get to the bottom of that and nail it down. But it's going to be available for you and you can give it to your team and you can sell it to your team, whatever. Okay? I don't care what you do with it. I really don't. But what I do want you to do is use it for your team. Okay? I want this industry to change. So while I was running around as a trainer, getting bored, teaching the same old stuff, same old stuff. If I had had this, I could have just recorded a video. Here's the four basics. Here's the four habits. Here's the nine course, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, boom. A video for each one. Now I don't ever have to teach it again. Here it is. And each day, it breaks it out. They're going to get it. They just have to watch a video once a day. And then it prevents overwhelm for them. That's why so many people quit in this business. It's overwhelming. They got to learn all this new jargon. They got to learn how to sell. They got to learn how to market. They got to learn how to close. They got to learn how to go to these meetings and they got to work on themselves. It's a lot guys. It's a lot. And if you can find ways to relieve that overwhelm for people, that's an offer in and of itself. Think about that. Think about if you can say, "Listen, man, relax. It's okay. Here's a 10, 15, 20 minute video. You're going to watch one a day. That's it. We're going to work you into the pace. We're going to teach you slowly. You don't have to do anything else than what that video says. And if you have questions, we'll figure it out. But there's this. You have questions? Look it up on this website. It's frequently asked questions and we've labeled it and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And here's the training aspect of it. If you're looking for training and how to chat bots, if you're looking for training in funnels, if you're looking for training on copy, if you're looking for training on traffic. It's all here and it's all broken down and explains exactly what each piece is." How much of a competitive advantage are you going to have? Put that on your application funnel right there. That's a huge advantage. Who else is doing that in your upline? Anybody? Is anybody in your upline doing that, solving those problems? Or are they just going, "Read these books, listen to these audios and show up to these meetings and make sure that you're making a list of 100 names." No, man, it's too much for a lot of people, too much for a lot of people which, I mean, I have my own feelings about because I feel like you should be getting some better people that aren't overwhelmed by that. But that's just my own personal feeling on that. I don't like to work with people that are easily overwhelmed. I'll be honest with you. I like working with people that are hungry and go getters and pros and I don't have to do a lot of handholding. I can just say, "There's the information, go get it. It has everything you need. Come back to me after you've ingested all that information. And then let me know if you still have any questions." And if they do great, great. Now there's an opportunity to do an additional training. Now there's a chance for me to take it a step further and be like, "Okay, well, that was the basics. Now let's get into the nitty gritty of it, right?" So when people come back to you with a question, it's an opportunity to create content for your membership site. You're missing something. They come back with questions. You're missing a detail somewhere. They're telling you, "Okay, that was great. But you created a problem for me. And I don't know how to fix it because this is what I don't know." Fix it for them. Boom. Here you go. Let me solve this problem for you. Now you're even more valuable to them. The loyalty, the comradery, the teamwork that is created out of that is so powerful because what they get for most people is from their upline is, "Make a list of 100 names." Man, girl, you're doing so good. Girl, you're a winner here. You're going to make it, but I need a list of 100 names. I already gave you a list of 100 names. Well, you're going to make it, girl. You're a winner. You're a star. I love you. You're powerful, but I need a list of 100 names and it goes on and on and on and on and on. And that's why people are just like, "Okay, well. I'm done, right?" So can you teach people how to generate traffic to your offers? You can teach them how to make offers and you teach them how to drive traffic to their offers. If you can do that, it's game over man. It's just a matter of time. And that's how I feel like. That's the most exciting thing about this business for me right now is it just feels like it's just a matter of time. I don't remember feeling that. I remember feeling stressed out. I remember feeling anxious and stressed, am I good enough, am I not going to be able to do this? I don't feel that anymore. I don't feel that anymore. I feel like it's just a matter of time. And you just keep doing these things. Keep putting this content out, keep building the things that automate the process. It's just a matter of time for people to find it and the word gets out. And when people find it and the word gets out, it's going to be amazing. Amazing. This kind of funnel. I'm not the first person to develop this idea. I'm not an original on this. One of the people that I've been studying who has been doing this for a while, gets two to three applications a day. A day. Two to three people a day ask him to join his business. What would that look like if that started happening for you? I'll tell you what it will look like for me. I'd been doing the hallelujah dance all day long, all day long., Every time one of those boop, hey, somebody asked to join your team. Cool. Am I going to accept every single one of those people? No. No. They're going to be the right fit. So I'm creating the right culture for my team. I'm going to share an application funnel with you guys. I'm currently building it. I've got the last two pieces for my own application funnel to build this week and it will be done and up and running. I'm not going to tell you what it is, because again, this is not a pitch fest. I'm not here for you guys to join my team. I'm here to better the industry and to make this a better place for all of us. Okay. So I'm going to give you that stuff, too. Just hang in there with me as I build this stuff, it's taking me a little longer than I really wanted it to. But that's because I don't know what the hell I'm doing. I'm having to learn. And I'm having to go back and fix things and be like, "Oh yeah, that doesn't work. Okay. So let me fix that." And that's okay. That's totally okay. I don't mind that at all. I enjoy that. I enjoy that. I enjoy finding out and being able to track the data, like, "Oh, this doesn't work. So now I need to fix it." We talked about it in the last episode. So I'm starting to ramble, but listen guys, I'm pumped up for you. I'm so excited that you're not going to have to do the same trainings over and over and over again but you're going to have access to this stuff and that it's going to be amazing. And I can't wait for all of you to have it. I can't wait for you guys to see it and experience it for yourself. It's unbelievable. So listen, keep hanging in there with me. Keep hanging into this podcast. I promise in the next couple of weeks, some really amazing things are going to be coming out. It's going to be so exciting. Hang in there with me, stay working, stay true and keep believing. Hey, thanks for listening. Please remember to subscribe and leave feedback.
