Flashback - A LOST Podcast

Well, this is it... In this special final episode, we look back on the whole show, our favourite memories of both LOST and Flashback, and we determine once and for all who is the real MVP of the Island. Thanks so much to everyone for listening, and see you somewhere else real soon! - Jay and Andy

It's our final season review as we tackle the highs, the lows and the long dreary middles of Season 6. We also check in with Rob who's just finished Lost for the first time, and give out our final set of Flashies. It's a bumper week!

It's finally time! After 6 long seasons of polar bears, hatches, dynamite, shipwrecks, smoke monsters, sonic fences, freighters, cages, time flashes, and Nikki and Paulo... we are finally at The End. Join us for a bumper length discussion of Lost's epic finale.

It's a packed episode as we rocket towards the finale. This week we bid a fond farewell to Danielle, a chilling cheerio to Charles, and a satisfied see-ya to Zoe. One week to go!

We finally tackle one of Lost's most infamous episodes, as the backstory to the show's two most vital characters - Zoe and Paulo - is revealed. Just kidding. Jay and Andy head back thousands of years to discuss the story of backgammon, betrayal and bonks on the head.

Don't worry guys, after a torturous absence last week, FINALLY Zoe is back. Also we once again demonstrate our total lack of medical qualifications as Sun develops a plot-irrelevanr sickness, and Widmore delivers a plot-relevant package.

Guys, where are we? The answer, Charlie, is Tenerife. At last we're exploring our favourite ageless Other as the answers start coming thick and fast, and Andy and Jay find themselves struggling not to gush. It's a good one, guys.

This week it's CSI: Sideways as Detectives Ford and Straume solve such mysteries as: who's that woman trying to commit murder without a weapon in front of dozens? Who's that dreadful liar with a bunch of bodies? And most importantly, who stole the plot?

Jay and Andy have a lot positive to say about this Ben-centric episode, Season 6 is finally starting to pick up steam!

This week we have Sayid's final flashback, and we all know how much of a barrel of laughs they are! The boys also make a shocking connection between LOST and a terrible movie that leaves them stunned.

Claire properly returns this week and has gone through some... changes? Outside of that it's a big episode of Jacob answers and Dad Jack.

Jay and Andy chat about a good episode this week but still manage to get sidetracked talking about heavy metal songs and workplace law.

Hot off the heels of one of the best episodes of the show comes... this one. We were just thinking LOST didn't have enough soap-opera infidelity drama, so here we go...

It's the big one this week! Time travel is here to stay as Jay and Andy discuss whether or not Lost's Best Episode lives up to the name all these years later.
