I started playing guitar when I was 10 or so and I haven't stopped writing songs.I released my first song when I was newly 14. With my lengthy back story and my musician lifestyle I never seem to run out of material .I even wrote my debut album " hear me out" and had it released before high school graduation. Writing has always been the one way I always knew I could communicate .The thought of providing an escape or connection with another person, just like so many artist and bands have done for me .I consider it sacred and my purpose in this life.

There was once a time where LOST was so hot that a fictionalized novel based off a manuscript in the show cracked the New York Times and Amazon best seller list. Kevin tracked down a copy of the book and gave it a read. Kevin and Ben discuss the relevance of the book to the show (or lack thereof), the connections it makes, and whether or not it's worth your while. This leads into a discussion about other fandoms and the relevance of their tertiary properties to their overall lore. Then it's on to the penultimate episode of Season 3 where the beloved Charlie Pace comes to terms with his destiny and decides to chronicle his "Greatest Hits" before doing so. The other survivors prepare for an ambush of the Others which hopefully could be the beginning of the end of their life on the Island.

This is the first of two episodes on Stoicism; in this episode, we learn about stoic physics and logic. We learn how the Stoics would likely react if faced with a zombie apocalypse and how a shipwreck caused a guy named Zeno to start dabbling in philosophy. We also learn about Diogenes, a man who lived in a tub, urinated in public, barked at passersby, and somehow managed to be envied by Alexander the Great.
