The isolation of going through infertility and loss is so tremendous it can bury you. Going into all the details of my trip from Dulles International Airport to Atlanta GA on March 5, 2020. Seeing the normally bustling airports nearly like ghost towns was quite shocking. No matter how you feel about a possible Pandemic (Which this has been declared by the WHO) it would take you aback to see. The feel of the air and the emotional state of so many of the passengers was different than I had seen before and I thought an episode was the perfect way to describe how it was. Going into 2020 I see so many people picking a word or a resolution. My word for myself and for you is so simple it's possibly confusing. Enough. In the simple fact that you are enough. No more comparing. No more short changing yourself. No more seeking out peace from sources of anything but. You have enough. You are enough. You are worth enough. You love enough.
