On the weekly Innuendo & Outuendo pOZcast, the innuendoandoutuendo.com staff will give a quick run down of news and media published in the past week. Additionally, we will hold trivia contests, discuss WICKED news (with a group of opinion panelists), and interview people associated with the show.
We know it's been a while, but we have an exciting podcast for you this week, with special guest Lesley McKinnell! Lesley has some fantastic credits, including covering Glinda and Nessarose in both national touring companies of WICKED! She has performed regularly in regional theatre as well, including the roles of Adelaide in GUYS AND DOLLS and Elizabeth in YOUNG FRANKENSTEIN. She is now one of the stars of the new vlog TICK TALK BOOM, which we recently posted about. It's a hilarious vlog and we're sure you'll enjoy it!
Today, we are excited to share an exclusive pOZcast interview with Desi Oakley! Desi is the alternate for Eva on the national tour of EVITA, but previously was a universal swing with the North American companies of WICKED, where she was responsible for covering ensemble tracks in each American production of the show. She has also just released an EP called DON'T LOOK BACK, which is available on iTunes, Spotify, and Amazon, among other places. The music is fantastic (all written by her), and she chats with us about it in her interview. Give it a listen!
