Inspiration for Life

In this episode, guest Author Kimberly Henderson gives thanks and praise to God for her healing from the pain of betrayal and learning to forgive. She tells her story in her book, "Grace to Conquer," available on Amazon.

In this episode, Author, Psalmist Lady Yolanda Pittman Hill, an evangelist and pastor's wife, shares her testimony of abandonment, abuse and abortion, BUT gives thanks and praise to God for her emotional healing from depression. From the age of six until her adolescence, Yolanda Hill experienced inappropriate behavior from men she trusted. It fostered feelings of insecurity, guilt, shame, fear and depression. How healthy are you? In this episode, Dr. Amanda Adkins shares her health journey that transformed her life and now she' s committed to helping others with lifestyle medicine. Hopefully, her story will inspire others to consider lifestyle medicine if they have health challenges.
