It's that time of the year where most of us reflect on what we did or didn't do in 2022. Looking forward to an upward emotion in 2023. I'm hopeful. Even though, like many others, I've had a challenging year in various aspects of my life. I feel hopeful and excited about the new year. It might be a dream, but I'm okay with it. After a loooong break, I have decided it was time to get back to it to prove to myself and to you that I hadn't given up on the Podcast.  Where the heck has this year gone anyways?  Between wasting time playing with AI and learning relief printmaking, I have done  only some of the things I wanted to get done and achieved only about 10% of the goals I had set for myself... Can you believe this year is almost over, boo?! That flew by! The end of the year means a lot of things but as a CEO, it means planning for the next year. I want to share a few key things that I do when planning out my new year.
