We start the show off with some news that can give us a little relief.  Robert Lewis Singeltary, the suspect wanted for shooting a six year old and his neighbor in North Carolina was apprehended in Florida. This shooting happened after a ball went into Singeltary's yard. It is good this man is off of the street. One of the defense attorneys in the YSL/Young Thug trail, Anastassio Manettas, was arrested in court for having a prescription pill outside of a medicine bottle and throwing a phone at an officer of the court. Another attorney said that Manettas was not throwing the phone at the officer and was trying to toss the phone to another attorney and missed. This case is becoming a spectacle. So many celebrities have decided to not pay for their blue check on Twitter. After Elon Musk has made it that everyone can now be blue check verified if you pay $11/per month. On Mind, Body and Business with Maria Moore, she talks about healthier parenting. She touches on the three pillars of this segment (the mind, body and business of our children). We're talking about Surviving Breast Cancer with Trish Burwell! Trish is a 16-year survivor who shares her testimony to shine a light on this disease and its impact. She tackles life's ups and downs with joy, humor, and hope. Trish retired from South Carolina State government with more than 33 years of dedicated service. For the last 16+ years, she worked as the Administrative Coordinator under three Chiefs of Police with the SC Department of Public Safety Bureau of Protective Services. In August 2006, Trish was diagnosed with Stage 2 breast cancer. She endured six chemotherapy treatments and 35 radiation treatments in March 2007. She was diagnosed with congestive heart failure in 2015, which was caused by the chemotherapy drug combined with radiation treatments. This resulted in her retirement in 2016. She has recognized that just as God selected Job for his journey, she was chosen as a vessel and a living testimony to demonstrate that God is real and a healer! Trish had two beautiful children, Tiffani (40) and Andrea (29), and one granddaughter, Ayeola (19). She has a zeal for life and living and knows that the hand of God is upon her always! The stress of being home, working, managing the kids' schedule and online/hybrid learning, husband, and everything else is overwhelming. But, it won't last forever. John Ruffin-Writer, Director, Producer & Actor Premier playwright and film director, John Ruffin is a native Chicagoan. He was born on July 3, 1971, and began his career at the early age of twelve, directing a play consisting of his two brothers and two sisters and his parents for an audience.  Having a natural love for the performing arts, Ruffin went on to gain a lead role in a children's play, "The Emperor's New Clothes" and "Aladdin" at Thornton Township High School in Harvey, Illinois.     Other works accredited to Ruffin include: "I Won't Go Back," a biography about his former Pastor, the late L.T. Hutton, "It's Too Good To Be True" and “We're Dreaming of You, Selena".  Ruffin directed and produced a bi-weekly variety show, "Gospeltime, Live At The Legacy".  Others have sought Ruffin out for his talents as he has directed Imani Productions, "New Beginning…Startin' All Over", TJW Productions, “He Loves Me..He Loves Me Not” and he has also received calls to direct a Shakespearean piece, "The Age of Othello" (written by Anthony Norman) and "Trouble Don't Last Always".  Ruffin has also written many skits for churches around the Chicago land area.
