Ahead of the release of the first Just An Insight Charity Sampler we find out more about the organisation that we will be supporting. We speak to one of the co-founders of the organisation Heads Above The Waves, Si Martin. Heads Above The Waves is a not-for-profit organisation that raises awareness of depression and self-harm in young people. Si also plays drums in the pop-punk band Junior, and during the conversation we get into how drums really helped him with his own mental health, how it led to the formation of HATW and what the organisation hopes to achieve long term.
