How can I improve my sales? How can I serve my clients better? How can I be a better leader to my team? But there's a fine balance between being ambitious and celebrating wins.  I often find this balance a bit tricky to navigate.Finding that balance can be tricky, but here's what I do that has worked fairly well. With our GU clients, we work really hard to navigate this productively.  We definitely hold each person accountable. Your coach will get tough with you when they have to, to make sure that you're hitting the numbers and goals you're capable of. We also celebrate wins in a huge way!
