Did you set resolutions for yourself?? If so, do you have a plan of action to stick with them?! Emily's Resolutions: 1.) Implementation before consumption. Actually putting into action things I learn IMMEDIATELY before I continue to learn additional info. 2.) Money mindset. Being resourceful. Finding ways to make more money versus always cutting things from my spending to afford other things. 3.) Trusting myself. I know more than I give myself credit for. Not waiting until I know everything to take action! Tip: Invest in your resolutions!! Kim's Resolutions: 1.) Eat more whole foods & less processed foods. Prepare food at home instead of buying packaged foods. 2.) Eat more intuitively. Really think before I eat; am I hungry or am I really just thirsty or tired? 3.) Change my money mindset. Work with a coach to understand my current situation & money belief systems & determine what I need to do to change it to have a healthier view of money. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube, Snapchat 4. What are you selling? a. Product, coaching, e-course, e-book 5. Content Creation a. Telling your story-sharing vulnerability b. Teaching/Giving away your info for free (people pay for implementation) c. Brainstorming d. Types of content- Social Proof, sharing your perspective, Be polarizing/share your opinion, share your lifestyle e. Include your face/video--book a photoshoot (even if you sell a product, have pictures of you with product--people like to see people) 6. Share offer a. Share emotions associated with end result b. We all have FOMO - fear of missing out! There is so much going on all at the same time that we don’t want to miss out on! Between our computers, mobile phones, social media, YouTube videos, webinars, etc. there is always something interesting or educational in our mailbox or in our feed. So how do we learn how to silence all this noise so we can focus on what we need to do for our businesses right now? In this episode we talk about some actionable steps to use to do just that. 1. Make a schedule and put your most important things first so you focus on these things when you have the most energy. 2. Do only one thing at a time. It is impossible to give 100% of our attention to more than 1 thing at a time. A great book to read on the subject is: The One Thing by Gary Keller 3. Consume info Just in Time. Don’t try to consume info weeks or months before you actually need it. Focus on what you need to know right now and don’t waste your energy and resources on things that aren’t important right now. 4. Unfollow/ mute accounts on Instagram or Facebook that no longer serve you. 3. Sometimes we don’t recognize it because it is so much a part of the average person. Forms of self hate: Sabotage Taking blame but not credit Blaming others Being secretive Holding grudges Not being able to receive Seeing what is wrong with everything Trying to be different than who u really are Attempting to be perfect Accident prone Putting yourself in abusive situations Maintaining an uncomfortable physical position Maintaining an uncomfortable mental position Not wanting to be how you are is one of the most significant aspects of self hate.
