Today, John opens up about the emotional complexity of leaving Los Angeles for a new chapter in Costa Rica. He delves into the ideas of the "remembering self" and the "experiencing self," revealing how our memories often shape — and sometimes distort — the way we make decisions. I'm running a 7-Day "Done with the Bullsh*t" Detox — this isn't the kind with green juice and caffeine withdrawals. It's a soul-level cleanse. Here's what you'll detox each day: Day 1: Cancel old contracts — the silent agreements you never meant to make. Day 2: Break up with people-pleasing and reclaim your no. Day 3: Unfollow the fantasy and stop chasing someone else's timeline. Day 4: Mute your inner critic and replace it with compassion. Day 5: Cut out comparison and come back to your own path. Day 6: Starve the reflex to fix everything — choose stillness instead. Day 7: Fast from the noise and finally hear yourself again. This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about coming home to who you've always been. This challenge is only $7 and starts June 16th. SIGN UP HERE. Order John's new book, Break Up. On Purpose, HERE Jump into John's new Single. THE WORKFollow Break Generational Trauma, One Trauma at a Time“Healing is a daily event. You can't ‘go somewhere' to behealed: you must go inward to be healed. This means a dailycommitment to doing the work.”—Dr. Nicole LePera, The Holistic PsychologistOur purpose is not to create a perfect life for our kids or ourpeople. It is to show our humanness and to raise our kids toknow they are deeply loved by their deeply imperfect parents. And to show our people we are flawed humans who are doingthe best with what we know, right now.Our work is to become aware of our traumas and triggersand the impacts they can have, if unchecked, and then todecide which ones have the biggest impact on our people.Have you ever met an adult with no issues? No parentissues or people-pleasing, boundary issues or control issues?Me, neither... What you see on social media can stand in your way of being shamelessly sexy. Here's what to do about it.Short Answer ⏰Comparing yourself to others on social media creates a shame spiral that traps you in four ways: expectation, comparison, striving, and validation. To counteract this, change your media diet (follow fewer accounts that make you feel terrible, and more accounts that make you feel good), reflect on what exactly you are jealous of in a post so you can take action to make it happen, and consider taking a social media break altogether.Longer Answer

Navigating Anxiety Caused by Social Media: Finding Faith and Resilience Social media can be considered both a blessing and a curse. For many people, especially the younger generation, anxiety caused by social media has become a growing issue. To figure out how to find balance in interacting with social media, you need to turn to your faith. The Impact of Social Media on Mental Health Though designed to connect us, social media often does the opposite. The constant comparison to others' highlight reels can easily lead to anxiety and feelings of inadequacy. When you scroll through endless feeds, turning off your brain, you absorb content without truly processing it. In this state, you're not filtering what is true and what is false. Without mindful engagement, social media can become a source of stress rather than a tool for connection. Faith as a Source of Strength Leaning into your faith can be so helpful in combating anxiety caused by social media. Reading scripture and immersing ourselves in God's word provides true comfort. Scripture reminds us that our worth is not defined by likes or followers but by our relationship with God. Strategies to Limit Anxiety Caused by Social Media For those who want to engage more responsibly with social media, follow these strategies: Curate Your Feed: Follow accounts that inspire positivity and align with your values. Unfollow accounts that evoke feelings of inadequacy or negativity. Engage with Faith-Based Content Do Devotions: Start or end the day with a devotional or scripture reading. This practice can help center your thoughts and provide a faith-driven perspective on daily challenges. Seeking Professional Help Faith is a powerful tool, but sometimes, it's necessary to seek additional support. If the anxiety feels overwhelming, reaching out to a mental health professional can provide you with valuable guidance. Therapy, counseling, or even medication may be necessary to restore emotional balance and ensure you're on a healthy path. David Waldman and Greg Dworkin return to today's KITM. You didn't think ever miss this, did you? For those of you keeping a tally, Donald K. Trump also does not understand what the word “beautiful” means. The stock market continues to crash here and around the world. There was that moment when people became insane enough to believe that Trump might have suddenly become sane, but then another Trillion bucks went away forever, and reality snapped back. This is an economic catastrophe orchestrated by Republicans, but one they don't know how, don't care how, and are afraid to fix. Follow Lawrence H. Summers on Blue Sky. (Unfollow him anywhere else.) All of this FAFO will be just the medicine MAGA needs. Trump will crash the economy and thus all of his support. Silicon Valley and Wall Street are shocked that their boy would do this to them. So are all of those regular folk in rural, red… Ok, maybe don't expect a “wave of woke” to roar across America awfully soon. After all, the White House is fighting the return of an immigrant that they admit they kidnapped and disposed of in El Salvador. They'd rather send their own lawyer, who confessed to the crime down there, to join him. 60 Minutes found no criminal record for 75% of the Venezuelan migrants sent to El Salvador. A guy who left Mexico at 4 years old, got married and had kids was finally caught and deported when he visited his grandfather's grave. Who out there can save us from this horrific tragedy? Well, let me check the roster and see who's scheduled… Oh yes, it's you, right on the top of the list again.

Today, we are diving into a topic I haven't talked about much lately: Body Image. I know this is a topic that we need to continue to come back to time and time again as SO many of us struggle with it. And honestly, for many of us, it's something we're going to constantly have to work on and that's okay! So if you have been looking in the mirror and felt less than, if you've been picking apart your body instead of appreciating it, or if you've been thinking, “I'll feel better when I lose five pounds,” this episode is for YOU. What I discuss: The mirror is not reality – Your perception is distorted by emotions. AND you need to stop body checking. Rewrite the narrative of your “flaws” – Your body is not an object, it's an experience. Social media is warping your perception – Unfollow anything that makes you feel “less than.” Stop using your body as a before and after – You are so much more than a number on a scale. Your body is the least interesting thing about you – Who you ARE is what people truly love. If you want more from me, be sure to check out... In this eye-opening episode, we dive deep into the science and spirituality of the subconscious mind. Antonio reveals that the real battleground for change isn't just in your conscious efforts but in your auto-suggestion—the filter that decides what gets stored in your subconscious.Through personal stories, humor, and transformational insights, we uncover how three core factors influence your subconscious programming:The story you tell yourself and others – How your internal and external narratives shape your reality.Your limiting beliefs – The unseen barriers holding you back from achieving success.Your fear of consequences and judgments – The subconscious resistance that prevents you from stepping into your full potential.By understanding these factors, you'll learn how to take control of your subconscious mind, rewrite your narrative, and manifest the life you truly desire. This episode isn't just about motivation—it's a blueprint for lasting transformation. To contact Antonio T. It decides what thoughts enter and what gets rejected. If your auto-suggestion is programmed negatively, your subconscious will reject new, positive ideas before they even take root. The most powerful way to reprogram your mind is by consciously feeding it new, empowering beliefs and stories. The Story You Tell Yourself & OthersEvery day, you reinforce a narrative about who you are and what is possible for you.If you constantly say, "Making money is hard," your subconscious will make sure you struggle financially. If you say, "I am always lucky and things work in my favor," your subconscious will seek proof to make that true.Pay attention to the hidden stories you tell yourself about love, money, success, and self-worth.Limiting Beliefs & How to Overcome ThemYour biggest enemy is not external circumstances, but your own subconscious conditioning. Most limiting beliefs come from parents, community, education, and religion—but they can be rewritten.A powerful exercise: Write down your biggest limitations and ask, “Who told me this was true?”Replace limiting beliefs with powerful affirmations and repeated exposure to new perspectives.Fear of Consequences & JudgmentMany people stay stuck because they fear what others will think if they change.Your subconscious tries to keep you safe by avoiding risk. But that “safety” keeps you in the same cycle.Every successful person had to break free from fear-based thinking—this episode teaches you how to do the same. The Law of Compensation & Your Subconscious ProgrammingYou are currently receiving exactly what you subconsciously believe you deserve.Success, wealth, and happiness don't come from wishing—they come from deep subconscious alignment. If you have inconsistent results in life, your subconscious is probably sending mixed signals to the universe. The solution? Become laser-focused on changing your internal self-image. Notable Quotes“Your subconscious isn't against you—it's simply following orders. Give it better instructions.”“The real you isn't the version you practice—it's the one that shows up when life catches you off guard.”“If you don't like checking your bank balance, that's a sign you believe money is always running out.”“Your subconscious mind is like soil. Whatever you plant will grow. Stop planting weeds.”“Wherever you have a need, plant a seed. Abundance starts with shifting your subconscious expectations.” Actionable Steps to Retrain Your Subconscious MindStep 1: Identify Your Current ProgrammingJournal about your beliefs around money, success, love, and self-worth.Ask yourself: Where did these beliefs come from? Are they serving me?Step 2: Reprogram with Auto-SuggestionReplace limiting beliefs with intentional, repeated affirmations.Surround yourself with positive influences and success stories.Step 3: Take Inspired ActionYour subconscious learns best through experience. Start acting as if your new beliefs are already true.If you want to be wealthy, start making financial decisions like a wealthy person would. If you want confidence, practice showing up boldly, even before you feel ready.Step 4: Eliminate Negative InputsBe mindful of who and what you allow into your mental space.Unfollow negativity, stop complaining, and replace toxic conversations with empowering ones.Step 5: Track Your ProgressKeep a journal of small wins and shifts in your mindset. The more you notice evidence of your subconscious shifting, the faster it will transform. Take the first step today: Start observing the stories you tell yourself and challenge any that no longer serve you.Share this episode with someone who needs to break free from subconscious conditioning.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/secret-to-success-law-of-attraction/exclusive-contentAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

THE WORKFollow I am ResponsibleI didn't decide to be responsible for my ONE.Life. I becameresponsible, one action at a time. It's not a decision, but adoing.I have chosen for over fourteen years to show up formeetings, to have hotline parties, answer the phone, and topick up newcomers, like Sheri did for me. I have chosen to goon retreats, to call my sponsor, and to be a sponsor. It's action. It was my thought to call the hotline. It was my decision toget in Sheri's car. What are you thinking about now?Who are you blaming? What are you blaming?Maybe you had a rough childhood. Maybe you wereabused. Maybe you lost a parent young. Maybe it is none ofthose, and yet you still know there is more to this ONE.Life.Maybe the victim mentality was taught or learned, and maybeit was neither. And yet here you are.List areas of your life you are responsible for:List areas you wish you were, and ways you canchange that reality:What action can you take today? This is not, I repeatnot a thought prompt. This is a do prompt. What can you do today to stop blaming and startdoing? Are you terrified? Good. Do it with nausea and butterflies.Be so close to not doing it, but do it anyway. When my clients join my six-month coaching intensive,EMPOWERED.Life, we start here. They are not addicted todrugs, alcohol, sex, or money. Often, they are addicted topleasing people, to perfectionism, to busyness—things thatare quite literally as deadly as my addiction.Often, they blame the kids' sports schedules and theirfamily for stepping on their boundaries. They claim it'sbecause they have the job they have and they can't change. They tell me they were born in a certain state and they cannot“just move.”What if all that changed just by taking some actions ofresponsibility and not blaming your kids and parents orbowing down to every societal norm we have been fed? What is one action you can do today, and for the nextseven days, you can repeat it without fail?If one action could change your ONE.Life in a positiveway, what would it be?As you begin to answer these questions, do it with thecloud of excitement over you. With the hope and joy of whatself-responsibility can mean in your life. What can choosing toUnFollow blame do for you, in the most exciting way.Choosing to Follow, I am responsible is exciting. It'sfreedom. It's joy. It's possibility. THE WORKFollow FreedomWhat would a morning feel like waking up sober? What would a day not consumed by fear of whether Iwill black out look like? What would I do with my time and energy, if it wasn'tconsumed by my obsession with alcohol? When you question from there, instead of out of fear andshame about how you got here or why you can't stop orbelieve you are just like your family, you can't move forwardwith the same momentum.Instead, close your eyes:What is the first thing that comes into your wee noggin? What prison have you imposed on yourself? What if, today, you told one other person that?Shame cannot live in the light, sweet friend. I have neverpublicly told the story of being arrested, never shared it onsocial media, and because of this book and the value I feel thisstory will bring, I had to tell my children about this before wepublished it. I had to show them that I made mistakes, that perfectionism is against our religion in this home, and how, instead, we strive for knowing ourselves and becoming our favorite version of ourselves. Thank you to Melissa Parsons, who was the first person I ever heard talk about favorite version over best self. My life has never been the same.Does your favorite version of yourself do this thing? What would your favorite version of yourself tell you?Write down everything amazeballs that will happen in your ONE.Life, if you take yourself out of this selfimposed prison and you are free to be that favorite version of yourself.Who can help you?Who will support this shift in you?Tell that person you want their help. After 5 years, this is the final (maybe, yes pretty sure) UNFOLLOW podcast episode. The boys briefly recap life, faith and death since their last public talk at the end of 2022. Since the last convo, AP has returned to the Spirits Industry in a presidential way and is teaching regularly. DC's late-wife Johanna passed away after 20 years of marriage and he gives us a redemption story in-spite of it all. We hope this brings closure to your listening journey with us.
This week on the pod, the girls chat about the very important questions—like how Michaela's past life involved slinging cigarettes, and why Hunter's weekend plans consist solely of rotting on the couch with her kids. They also tackle the mysteries of money: Is it real? Is it just being printed? What even is crypto? Are we a financial product now? Tune in for zero financial advice! Plus, the ethics of therapists unfollowing their clients, and the 90-minute horror (first world problem) that had Hunter's skin crawling and led to a self diagnosis.
