Hello Point Pleasant and surrounding areas! I'm very excited to be launching a new podcast geared to the residents of the Point Pleasant communities. (I say communities as my focus will be on the Beach, the Boro, Bay Head and other surrounding areas). The goal of this podcast is to provide info to residents about upcoming local events, local charities, as well as, to provide a platform for local businesses to introduce their products and services to the community. I'm the owner of Haven's Sweet Shop, a new candy store and ice cream boutique which opened late July 2020. As a business owner in the downtown area, I've already had the opportunity of meeting many other business owners, residents, and visitors. There is an unbelievable charm and pride found within this beach front town. The plan for the podcast is to have (at least) once a week guests interviewed on the podcast. I also intend on providing the content of this podcast in a live stream setup on our facebook page. I'm honored to have 300 followers already in less than a few days. Enjoy this introduction to the Point Pleasant Podcast. Far more content is coming next week! Regards, Michael Langsner Founder, Haven's Sweet Shop www.HavensSweetShop.com
