I was planning to take a week off the podcast this week, but then I had an idea to share something a little different - a short story. I write short stories on my blog every month. The one I’m going to read today is called ‘Pancakes’ and while it is fiction, it’s based on a very real experience had by myself and Dan.
As we're getting closer and closer to Christmas I really wanted to dive into the topic of overwhelm. So, this week I'm talking about a recent experience of overwhelm I had, some steps you can use to cope with overwhelm and finally when to seek help because overwhelm can quickly spiral into burnout.
