Stephen was a 19 year old guy from Hampton County whose body was found in the middle of Sandy Run Road in Hampton County. The MUSC pathologist ruled it a "hit and run" even though there was no evidence of a car hitting Stephen and his injuries were NOT consistent with that of someone who was hit by a car. SLED has officially taken over and reopened the case as of the airing of this episode. The only people who had motive for his disappearance, conveniently have an alibi... but is it a solid one?? There HAS been an arrest in the case, but is it the right one?
