In this new episode, Tim Pilleri and Lance Reenstierna speak about the disappearance of Zebb Quinn from Asheville, North Carolina since January 2nd, 2000. Robert “Jason” Owen, was a 21 year old co-worker who Zebb occasionally played pool with.  On the night of January 2nd, 2000, Zebb had been working and clocked out of Walmart at 9:02 p.m.  He met up with Jason in the parking lot.  They headed south on Hendersonville Road and stopped for drinks at the Citgo gas station. Zebb Wayne Quinn was just 18 years old when he disappeared after finishing his shift at Walmart. Zebb Quinn, an 18 year old from Asheville, NC, is out with a friend on the way to see a car when he receives a page from an unknown person.  He left his friend on the side of the road while he went to return a phone call.  When he returned from the call, he accidentally rear ended his friend's car.  He apologized, promised to pay for the damages but explained he had to immediately go tend to something.  This is the last time anyone ever saw Zebb.  Fast forward 22 years later and while law enforcement believe they know what happened, Zebb has never been found.Music by Bryan AndersonCover Art by Marley Soden

18 year old Zebb Quinn was your average teenager fresh out of high school. He was working at a local Wal-Mart and taking college courses. He would disappear without a trace after making plans with Robert Jason Owens a former co-worker from Wal-Mart. Owens would claim that he got in a serious car accident when he would later show up at the ER with curious injuries such as a fractured skull. He later makes a phone call to Zebb's employer calling in sick and pretending to be Zebb. Did Owens have something to do with the disappearance of Zebb? or was it a love triangle gone wrong? At around 9:00 p.m., on Sunday, January 2, 2000, Zebb Quinn leaves his job at the Walmart in Asheville, North Carolina. He had plans to buy a new car that evening. Zebb meets a friend in the Walmart parking lot and the 2 men head off to look at the car. The two were seen on security camera footage at a nearby gas station at approximately 9:15 pm and this would be the last known sighting of Zebb. Zebb Quinn. January 2nd, 2000. Asheville, NC. After work one evening, a young man named Zebb follows an acquaintance, Jason, by car to look at a vehicle he is interested in buying from an auto dealership. A call to his pager, though, would interrupt his intended drive and cause him to become very anxious. He would leave in his car to find a pay phone. When he returned to where Jason was waiting for him, he was so upset that he struck Jason's vehicle with his own. He promised Jason that he would settle up with him later, but that he had to go. About two weeks later, Zebb's car is found in a parking lot across the street from the hospital his mother works at. There was no sign of Zebb. Bob Ruff, host of Truth & Justice Podcast, will join us for a discussion of the case and what each of us thinks led to the disappearance of Zebb Quinn.

After receiving a mysterious page on January 2, 2000, Zebb Quinn cancelled his plans with a friend and drove away, never to be seen again. His car was found two weeks later in a parking lot with lips drawn on the rear window. He has never been found, and despite other suspects, the last person to see him alive was arrested just this year for murdering a Food Network star.
