Anthony Sowell, known as The Cleveland Strangler, was a former Marine who became one of Ohio's most notorious serial killers. Between 2007 and 2009, Sowell lured vulnerable women to his home on Imperial Avenue in Cleveland, where he raped and murdered at least 11 victims, hiding their remains throughout his property.
