“Mark My Word” – Professor's SHOCKING EARLY Prediction About Bryan Kohberger EXPOSED! The latest document release in the Bryan Kohberger case pulls back the curtain on unsettling private details investigators uncovered — and they paint a darker picture than we've seen before. According to newly unsealed police files, Kohberger's phone contained just 18 contacts. Many weren't even names — they were cryptic, impersonal labels like “girl I ran with,” “second girl I ran with,” and “hair.” Outside of “Mother,” “Father,” and sister, there was almost no sign of a social circle. Investigators noted the eerie absence of communication with anyone beyond his immediate family. Even more chilling is an email from a Washington State University criminology professor, sent months before the murders, warning colleagues: “Mark my word… if we give him a Ph.D., that's the guy… we will hear is harassing, stalking, and sexually abusing.” That kind of blunt, predictive language about a graduate student is almost unheard of — and now feels haunting. Digital forensics dug deeper. Despite attempts to wipe his phone, investigators recovered search terms involving non-consensual acts — “forced,” “sleeping,” and worse — stored in autofill data. And on Christmas Day 2022, just six weeks after the killings, Kohberger downloaded files on more than twenty notorious serial killers, including Ted Bundy, John Wayne Gacy, and Danny Rolling, the Gainesville Ripper. Rolling's crimes — knife attacks on college students in their homes — are eerily similar to the Moscow murders. Then there's the photo roll. No crime scene images. No pictures of victims. Just countless shirtless mirror selfies and saved images of scantily clad women, none of which were shared. Detectives compared the vanity and self-focus to American Psycho's Patrick Bateman — a man in love with his own reflection. This isn't the evidence that convicted him. But these are the details that show the mindset behind the crimes — isolation, obsession, and a disturbing inner world now laid bare. #BryanKohberger #IdahoMurders #TrueCrime #AmericanPsycho #WSU #SerialKillers #Criminology #CrimeNews #TrueCrimeCommunity #IdahoFour Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? There's something timelessly unsettling about a painted smile. Clowns, once symbols of laughter and childlike wonder, have taken on a much darker reputation in recent decades. Behind the greasepaint and oversized shoes, we find something far more sinister—a twisted mockery of joy that has wormed its way into our collective nightmares. From dark carnival tents to desolate country roads, the image of the killer clown has become a modern myth stitched from real terror, folklore, and the unexplained. In this episode, we're peeling back the colorful mask to expose the shadows beneath. These are stories not just of murder and madness, but of fear itself—where comedy curdles into cruelty, and facepaint hides something monstrous. So lock your doors, dim the lights, and prepare yourself. Anthony Sowell, known as The Cleveland Strangler, was a former Marine who became one of Ohio's most notorious serial killers. Between 2007 and 2009, Sowell lured vulnerable women to his home on Imperial Avenue in Cleveland, where he raped and murdered at least 11 victims, hiding their remains throughout his property. Despite complaints of foul smells and reports of missing women, authorities failed to act until a woman escaped his home in 2009, triggering a gruesome discovery.Subscribe to our YouTube! https://www.youtube.com/@bangdangnetworkBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/outlaws-gunslingers--4737234/support.
Alivea Goncalves's Statement & Kohberger's Cold Demeanor In this gripping segment, defense attorney Bob Motta breaks down the moment that stopped the courtroom cold: Alivea Goncalves's searing victim impact statement directed at Bryan Kohberger. Coming after deeply emotional remarks from other families, Alivea's words stood out as defiant, personal, and soul-shaking — taking back power from a man who tried to strip it away. Motta dissects not only the legal parameters surrounding victim impact statements, but also what makes Alivea's address unique: it wasn't just cathartic, it was tactical. She spoke directly to Kohberger, something not always permitted under Idaho law. And as Bob notes, Judge John Judge let it ride — and the impact was undeniable. We also explore Kohberger's demeanor throughout sentencing — how he sat emotionless, eerily calm, even at times smirking during moments of unimaginable grief. What does that reveal about who he is? And what does it say about how people like him process human pain? Bob pulls from decades of experience, including insights from his own father's representation of John Wayne Gacy, to explain why men like Kohberger — like Gacy — simply don't break. They don't feel. And they never explain why. If you're looking for analysis that cuts through the courtroom optics and straight into the psychological rot underneath, this conversation delivers. Send us a textSeries four of four of the serial killers episodes. Our boys in blue wrap things up with John Wayne Gacy, the clown killer. No, he didn't kill clowns, although if he had, I would have referred him to the movie "IT." Steven King scares the shit out of me. With a body count of 33 young men, Gacy made it easy for the scholars of all things known to man to fill the one-hour episode with his crime spree. So be like Gacy on the day of his execution and Enjoy the Ride.Support the show Please find us on Facebook @ Bourbon Badges On x On Instagram @ bourbon and badges, the podcast As always, Enjoy the Ride Drink responsibly. On this month's serial killer episode we profile Herbert Mullin, who terrorized Santa Cruz, California, in the early 1970s. Born in 1947, Mullin's life spiraled from a promising high school student voted "Most Likely to Succeed" to a paranoid schizophrenic driven by delusions and hallucinatory commands. Believing his murders were necessary to prevent catastrophic earthquakes, Mullin claimed 13 lives over just four months in 1972–1973.Subscribe to our YouTube! https://www.youtube.com/@bangdangnetworkBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/outlaws-gunslingers--4737234/support.
In this episode of "Normal World," Dave Landau, 1/4 Black Garrett, and Angela open with headlines about Alex Cooper's disputed misconduct claim, Netflix's pay gap between Robin Wright and Kevin Spacey, and the unexpected vinyl release of "Brokeback Mountain." From there, the episode takes a darker turn into true crime, conspiracy, and cultural history. They break down the growing suspicions around the so-called Lady Bird Lake Killer, after several bodies have been found in Austin under eerily similar circumstances. The conversation spirals into theories about serial killers being part of larger operations, with names like John Wayne Gacy, Jeffrey Dahmer, Ted Bundy, Ed Gein, and Richard Ramirez woven into stories about MKUltra, satanic symbolism, and government psyops. Also on the table: the Laurel Canyon music scene's strange military ties, the Franklin cover-up, and whether the Manson murders were manipulated to fracture trust in the 1960s counterculture. Melissa Hager and Matt Bechtel join for stories about pen pals in prison, city council at 22, and cars that doubled as death traps. Today's guests on "Normal World" are author Matt Bechtel and comedian Melissa Hager. Gacy frequently performed as “Pogo the Clown” at charitable events or children's parties. This is one of the most shocking and horrific cases in True Crime history. In this episode of "Normal World," Dave Landau, Angela, and 1/4 Black Garrett (out today, returning next episode) are joined by guest host Derek Richards. Yoshi Obayashi returns with firsthand insight from the Diddy trial, a visit with Mindhunter inspiration Dr. Ann Burgess, and a deep dive into the origins of FBI criminal profiling. They cover serial killers like Ed Kemper, BTK, and John Wayne Gacy, explore how fantasy drives violence, and question why institutions often protect predators over victims. The group unpacks why high-profile trials are performative, how media and power structures hide abuse, and what happens when justice systems silence victims in the name of sensitivity. They connect stories from the courtroom to failures in youth sports, the porn industry, and cultural repression around sex. The logic behind "99% of LA is not burning" is asinine. So because Ed Kemper or John Wayne Gacy or Charlie Manson or any other serial killers didn't kill 99% of the population, that makes it okay?

“The Devil You Know… And the Ones You Don't” What if John Wayne Gacy wasn't the end of Chicago's nightmare — but the beginning? In this week's episode of The Devil Within, we unearth the twisted, terrifying story of the Chicago Rippers — a cult-like quartet of sadistic killers who prowled the streets of the Windy City in the early 1980s. Their crimes weren't just brutal. They were ritualistic.
This week we cover Randy Kraft, one of America's most notorious serial killers, known as the Scorecard Killer, Southern California Strangler, and Freeway Killer. From 1972 to 1983, Kraft is believed to have raped, tortured, and murdered at least 16 young men in California, with some estimates linking him to as many as 67 victims. We will explore Kraft's life—from his upbringing in Long Beach, California, to his time in the Air Force, his shift to liberal politics, and the dark path that led to his horrific crimes.Subscribe to our YouTube! https://www.youtube.com/@bangdangnetwork Become a supporter of this podcast and get all episodes 2 DAYS EARLY and AD FREE! https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/outlaws-gunslingers--4737234/support

This isn't a recap—it's a human look at the fear, the silence, and the systems that failed to see what was right in front of them.In this episode:A teenage boy heads out for a job interview and never returnsA mother waits for answers that never comeNeighbors question strange smells—and get no real responseA survivor speaks, but isn't believedThis is about more than Gacy. Now, it's time to talk about what really happened—and why it was allowed to go on for so long.In this final episode on John Wayne Gacy, Brian and Dani sit down to unpack the case from every angle. What were the warning signs? Why weren't they taken seriously? And how did someone like Gacy, with a criminal record and a growing number of red flags, keep slipping through the cracks? In this conversation:The missed opportunities that let Gacy keep killingHow law enforcement failed the victims and their familiesThe role bias, image, and assumption played in the investigationAnd what this case still teaches us about accountability and powerIt's not just about understanding Gacy—it's about everything that let him hide in plain sight. This is the final episode in our three-part series on John Wayne Gacy.Missed one? The Headlines: Texas Woman Might Lose $83.5 Million in Lotto Winnings – Read more People Are Buying Serial Killer Memorabilia on Facebook – Read more Texas Woman Might Lose $83.5 Million in Lotto Winnings Winning the lottery should be a dream come true — unless you don’t actually get the money. A woman in Texas is anxiously waiting to see if she’ll receive the $83.5 million she won in the lottery after purchasing her ticket through a courier service. Here’s the deal: The woman, who’s chosen to remain anonymous, paid a courier service $20 to buy her tickets. The Texas Lottery Commission is questioning the legality of tickets purchased through third-party services that charge a fee to buy tickets on behalf of customers. The woman’s lawyer is arguing that withholding the winnings would shake public trust in the lottery and would likely lead to a lawsuit. Adding to the drama? The woman is reportedly being grouped with others who purchased $25 million worth of tickets through couriers for a single drawing — raising red flags for the lottery commission.
