BiographyEricka Herd is an individual of many talents. After securing a BA in Journalism from Eastern Kentucky University and competing as a collegiate athlete in track and field, she decided to begin a career in education. In 2006, she also obtained a MBA from the University of Phoenix and is now on track to graduate with a doctorate degree in education from the University of Phoenix as well. She will soon be Dr. Herd. Herd has been teaching for almost 23 years. She currently teaches 6th grade English at Roy Martin Middle School in Las Vegas, Nevada. She recently took a leap of faith and relocated to Las Vegas from Louisville, Kentucky. The move has brought about a new focus for her and that has been on her 6-year-old daughter Izabela. After coaching high school track and field for 22 years and high school football for two years, Herd decided to trade in her whistle for more time to devote to Izabela. Herd has earned a reputation as a fitness model as she often competes as a National Physique Competitor (NPC) in the figure division. She has been competing for more than a decade now. She has earned many titles in the fitness arena and is set to be back on stage the later part of 2022. As a fitness enthusiast, she strives to lead an exemplary life of health and fitness. The gym is like her sanctuary. One of her favorite passions is working with young people and helping them discover who they are. Recognizing that success only follows work ethic and consistently, she constantly exemplifies this message to her students and athletes. Whether teaching in the classroom, preparing for another fitness competition or spending time with Izabela, Herd works hard to translate the importance of chasing your dreams. When Herd settles down after work, she looks forward to hearing about her daughter's day. She gives all her credit and accomplishments to her faith in the Lord. “I can't do NOTHING without Him,” Herd said. “Every day is a new challenge that I welcome. It's those tough times in life that we find out what we are truly made of. Some hurt more than others, but in the end, we are always stronger if we simply endure,” – Ericka Herd See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Khoree 'The Poet' is a Contemporary Spoken Word/R&B Artist who delivers clever, thought-provoking, mesmerizing poems with silky smooth music that leaves his listeners applauding, talking, laughing, and gasping while his eloquent words take them on an exciting and unique lyrical journey. DJ Chuck Chillout He began his career on New York City's WRKS 98.7 Kiss FM radio station in 1982. He was one of the first hip-hop artists to become established, which also includes Run-D.M.C., LL Cool J, Salt-n-Pepa, and Slick Rick. “Hip-hop was fun and energetic during this time. Hip-hop was just growing, so there was a lot of creativity and great live performances,” says Chuck. “Run-DMC and Whodini were some of the best live performances during this time” After leaving Kiss FM in 1989, Chuck joined 107.5 WBLS FM in 1990 for two years. Chuck worked in 1995 by becoming one of the first DJs to play hip-hop music in Japan. Hip-hop artists such as Busta Rhymes, A Tribe Called Quest, and Run-D.M.C. became known in Japan as a result. "Hip hop was very popular in Japan", said Chuck, "The people there knew the history of the artist I was playing as well as mine. Japanese people were totally into the culture".In 1989, he released an album with emcee Kool Chip called Masters of the Rhythm, which was released by Mercury/PolyGram Records. The album featured two regional hits, "Rhythm is the Master" and "I'm Large."In 1996, Chuck helped DMX with his debut smash hit, "Get at Me, Dog".Chuck established Full Blast Promotions in 1999. "I established Full Blast Promotions in New Jersey because there was a need for a premier record pool in New Jersey," Chuck stated. Chuck's affiliation with old- and new-school hip hop and R&B has helped him remain a popular DJ. Most recently, his participation in the Essence Music Festival and cruise helped his career. Couples who sign up for our workshop agree to give one hour of their time each weekend for three weeks to the process of sexual exploration and fun. Each week couples explore a different key component to the relationship's sexual evolution. Session one develops trust, session two vulnerability, and session three targets intimacy. To create new sexual energy between partners, it is important to trust one another. Trust is the belief in the reliability or strength of something or someone. Session one will test your trust in your spouse and build and repair the sacredness of trust in the relationship. To transcend a couple's sexual energy partners must learn how to be vulnerable. Vulnerability in a relationship is the quality or state of being exposed to the possibility of being fully seen emotionally and physically by your partner. Session two cultivates the space to open your heart and be vulnerable. The final session focuses on physical and emotional closeness or intimacy. In this last session, couples combine what they previously learned to aid them in the harmonization of their vibrations. After completing the program, couples are better able to express what they need from their partner. Preparing for ClassCome to our workshop with no expectations. Before an individual class, you might want to think about setting an intention for that hour to focus on softening your heart to your partner. In an effort to preserve the trapezes, all rings, bracelets, earrings, and necklaces must be removed as they can snag/tear the trapeze fabric. Workout shirts that cover the underarms are required. If you have certain medical conditions consult your doctor before participating. Special Consideration should be given to pregnant women and those with stage 2+ herniated disc, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, and glaucoma.
