To help us understand the emotions people undergo at the theater was Michael Anthony, and he knows firsthand how special the theater is because he is a bartender on Broadway. Half the Sky's Artistic Director, Bill Berry, and the co-writers Tidtaya Sinutoke, and Isabella Dawis came on today's program to talk about this amazing musical and let us know what it was like putting this together during a lockdown. Then we got plugged into the movies with Adam Holts who gave us some excellent new and old movie recommendations.

Christmas Eve Special - the radio drama Grateful

On this entertainment review we talked to Karen Lund who is the creative director for Christmas at home at the Taproots Theater.  This performance will bring the holiday spirit through songs and stories of Christmas, in hopes to bring people together for a happy holiday. We also got Plugged In to the Movies with Adam Holts and he gave us some exceptional Christmas movies titles that are a must see, and last we shared some weird news stories you do not want to miss.

This show was a behind the scenes look into conversations Michelle has with the guests after their interview is over. First, we have Billy Hallowell who is the communications and content director for PureFlix, talking passionately about his favorite pizza. Adam Holtz from Pluggen In, discusses his excitement with getting an In-N-Out burger that just came to his city.  Lastly, the Rabbi discusses the similarities between Hanukkah and Christmas.

Bruce Hartman gave us some great Christmas movie recommendations. Followed by Hallie Todd talking about her amazing movie The Last Champion. Next, we had Scott Silven who is a mentalist talking about his show The Journey that will awaken your imagination and inner child. Grace finds herself thrown out of her lavish academic world and into the harsh reality of teaching at-risk youth, she begins to find emotional restoration as she gets to know the teens she is helping. Next, we talked to Brian Bird who is the executive producer for the show When the Heart Calls. This show is about community, love, and people working together. Last, Adam Holts joins us for some Plugged In movie reviews.
