Summary In his sermon, Packia Raj emphasizes the critical need for personal integrity and a deep relationship with God among church leaders. He warns against the dangers of misplaced priorities and calls for a return to intimacy with God. Raj urges listeners to focus on the heart of worship and prioritize knowing and loving Jesus above all else. Chapters 00:00 Introduction to the Crisis in Leadership02:54 The Danger of Misplaced Priorities06:08 The Importance of Intimacy with God12:00 The Call for a Deeper Relationship17:47 The Heart of Worship vs. The Work of Ministry31:56 Conclusion: Winning the World, Losing Yourself Takeaways We are witnessing a crisis in church leadership due to moral failures. Misplaced priorities can lead to losing our own souls while trying to win the world. Intimacy with God is essential for effective ministry. Our validation should come from our relationship with Christ, not our ministry. The purpose of salvation is to have a personal relationship with Jesus. We must seek God for who He is, not just for what He can do for us. Intimacy with God involves revealing our hearts to Him. The work of ministry is not the same as spending time with Jesus. True worship comes from a heart that longs for God, not just a duty to perform. The gift of Jesus is more valuable than the box of ministry we often focus on.
