Our validation should come from our relationship with Christ, not our ministry. The purpose of salvation is to have a personal relationship with Jesus. We must seek God for who He is, not just for what He can do for us. Intimacy with God involves revealing our hearts to Him. The work of ministry is not the same as spending time with Jesus. True worship comes from a heart that longs for God, not just a duty to perform. The gift of Jesus is more valuable than the box of ministry we often focus on.
