Fluff d'Eldrad Ulthran, ancien Grand Prophète d'Ulthwé exilé et soutien des Ynnari. L'un de plus puissants psykers de la galaxie ayant guidé les Eldars pendant près de 10 000 ans.

Bien qu'ils se soient rendus maîtres du vent lui même, Les Asyryani de Saim-Hann ont un caractère moins éthéré que leurs cousins des autres Vaisseaux-Mondes. Ils accordent une grande importance aux liens du sang et ont une organisation tribale. Chacun des clans de Saim-Hann arbore fièrement son héraldique et n'agit que selon les impulsion de son Autarch. L'habileté de leurs pilotes est sans égal, et lorsqu'ils s'en vont en guerre, les clans de Wild Riders s'élancent dans les airs sur leurs motojets ou a bord de leurs véhicules antigrav. Ils vouent une haine particulière aux Orks et aux Nécrons, mais le schisme récent de leur race suite à l'apparition des Ynnari à conduit chacun des clans de Saim-Hann à prendre position, si bien qu'on peut les trouver dans le ciel de tout champs de bataille.

Apparus dans l'univers de Warhammer 40,000 lors des événements de "Gathering Storm", les Ynnari sont la plus récente faction des Aeldari. Leur credo funeste semble unir les Asuryani, les Drukharis et les Harlequins. Mais qui sont-ils réellement ?

Parmis les Aeldari -que l'on nomme également Eldars- les Asuryani sont ceux qui vivent à bord d'immenses arches spatiales, les Vaisseaux-mondes. Chacun de ces Vaisseaux-Mondes suit ses propres traditions livre bataille à sa façon. Les Asuryani d'Ulthwé veillent depuis plus de dix mille ans sur la faille Warp de l'Oeil de la Terreur et à ce titre, dispose de bien plus de psykers que les autres Vaisseaux-mondes. Menés par leur Conseil des Prescients, les milices de soldats-citoyens nommés Gardiens Noirs frappent depuis les ombres pour influencer le cours du destin selon les visions de leurs prophètes.

Paging Rex Tillerson: Sætre says the future of his business is green, but that it won't give up oil and gas anytime soon. Would he call U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson — a former oil and gas CEO himself — to push a green message? “You know I could call Rex, but I think the U.S. politics is more complex than that. So I don't know ... I'm very open about this when I go to Washington.” Beating the dependency on subsidies: Scaling up the use of renewable energies such as wind and solar power has tended to require big upfront public investments or tax incentives. That landscape is changing quickly, Sætre said. “I remember the first projects that we engaged in requiring massive subsidies. And what we've seen in the latest project is that you're very close to having and installing offshore wind actually more or less without subsidies ...
