O half Ironman de Cascais de 2019, foi o primeiro dos desafios desportivos que juntos querem e vão superar. O Pedro decide nascer aos seis meses de gestação, algumas complicações fez com que nascesse uma criança especial. Possuidor de uma inteligência e de um humor genial, é muito consciente das necessidades dos outros, como descreve o Miguel. Já este, move-se pela força, tem uma capacidade inata de lidar com a dor e o sofrimento, para ele o que tem de ser, tem de ser, inspira-se no AMOR que o Pedro lhe transmite a toda a hora. Os momentos que passam em prova são experiências avassaladoras, que marca para o resto das suas vidas. Dizem que se inspiram um no outro a cada minuto que passam juntos. A cumplicidade entre ambos é reveladora do AMOR e admiração que sentem um pelo outro.
