Every drill will have a winner and a loser. We will keep score. Why? Because pressure is a privilege, and we need to learn to thrive in it. The toughest opponent you face all week should be the player wearing the same jersey as you in practice. If you can win your battles here, against teammates who know your every move, then facing another team under the lights will feel like second nature. This isn't about being bad teammates. It's the exact opposite. It's about respecting your teammates enough to give them your absolute best, to push them beyond their limits so they can do the same for you.
