This week Coach Jesse Wright joins us before the holidays to discuss his work through his book “The Intent is to Grow”, his consulting company TruPro Systems and his extensive experience in strength and conditioning. We jump right in discussing communication within the workplace and the dangers of developing silos versus collaboration.
