Keep your phone out of the bathroom! Hemorrhoids are so much more common when we sit and scroll while doing our business. Considering that next time. Maybe make a TikTok limit. AI vs organic speeches. After graduation, speakers have been using AI and taking the stage sounding like robots, Anna needed to bring back her speech as a refresher. Raven reads his AI speech. The Knicks are the talk of the town. And the... wallet. Fans are paying hundreds of thousands of dollars to watch the NBA final championship games, with not a regret to be found! Anna recently found out the bigger your thighs, the longer you have to live, supposedly. Today, Anna, Raven, producer Sophia and producer Justin all measured their thighs and Anna decided what age they'd die at. Phew. Raven opened his pool and found a WHOLE lot of frogs. Could be worse, though, some of these findings are horror stories! What did you find in your pool? This week, Raven goes head-to-head against the top of the class! It's Cant Beat Raven: Valedictorian version! Congrats Emma! 90 celebrities showed up to the knicks game last night. Plus, a controversial appearance. Ben stiller and Timothy Chalamet, per usual. But some surprising other attendees. Is there a right or wrong way to do laundry? Laundry expert, Richard Handel joins Anna and Raven to discuss laundry and the art of it. Are you doing yours correctly? What's your protocol? Beth and Brian's son is asking for a Jeep for graduation. She thinks it's a ridiculous waste of money, he can't take it to college with him, and it'll just sit in the driveway. He says that he'll use it when he's home, and part of graduation is getting a rite of passage, and he's never had his own car, this is it! She says they'll be paying insurance on a car that's never getting used. What would you do? Steve has a chance to win $2,200! All he has to do is answer more pop culture questions than Raven in Can't Beat Raven!
After Anna's husband, Paul, told her off for her laundry skills, she needed a second opinion. Richard Handel, Laundry expert, joins Anna and Raven to discuss if there is a right or wrong way to do laundry!

The conversation moves through blackout drinking, crew nights out, anxiety, isolation, onboard safety, emotional coping, social pressure, and the difference between giving something up and choosing something better. This is not a lecture. It is not about telling everyone to stop drinking. Yacht crew work across borders, contracts, flag states, management structures, and onboard procedures, but many do not fully understand what those details mean until something goes wrong. In this episode of Superyacht Laundry, host Cherise Reedman is joined by Lucy Goff and Jenny Harris from Ocean Legal for a practical conversation about yacht crew rights, marine law, employment contracts, NDAs, jurisdiction, reporting, evidence, and the realities of working at sea. This is not a fear-based conversation. It is a knowledge-based one.Lucy and Jenny explain why yacht crew need to understand their contracts before joining a vessel, what governing law and jurisdiction clauses can mean in real life, why union support such as Nautilus can matter, and why NDAs do not automatically silence crew after serious incidents. They also discuss one of the biggest myths in yachting: that working in “international waters” means there are no rules. For crew, captains, senior crew, yacht managers, recruiters, owners' representatives, and anyone involved in the superyacht industry, this conversation belongs in the wider discussion around safety, accountability, welfare, and professional standards. In this episode: Yacht crew contracts and red flags Governing law and jurisdiction Nautilus, union support, and legal backup NDAs and privacy limits Onboard reporting versus criminal reporting Evidence, timing, and documentation Why crew should ask questions before there is a crisis How Ocean Legal is making marine law more accessible Guests Lucy Goff, Ocean Legal Jenny Harris, Ocean LegalHost Cherise Reedman, Superyacht LaundryLearn more about Ocean Legal: https://oceanlegal.co.uk/Prefer to read? Hey you filthy little listeners… welcome back to another dripping episode of Nikky After Dark. Tonight we've got three absolutely sinful stories that will leave your panties soaked and your morals in the trash:A naughty 22-year-old trans wife who couldn't resist her best friend's boyfriend… even while her own girlfriend slept upstairs and his girl was passed out on the couch just ten feet away. Raw, risky, and dripping with guilt.A married woman on a solo Miami trip who spent one wild night on her knees and back for three hung strangers — swallowing load after load and begging them to fill her married pussy while her husband was hundreds of miles away.A flight attendant who keeps her uniform on but her panties off — working entire flights with a thick anal plug in her ass, teasing passengers, and secretly rubbing her soaked pussy in the bathroom while imagining them bending her over.Plus more filthy confessions including cuckold humiliation, watching your wife's old sex tape, 24/7 free-use submission, risky laundry room sex with family nearby, naughty maid roleplay, and much more.Stick around… these stories are nasty.Join the community:
Most couples think they're fighting about chores. The dishes. The garbage. Laundry. The forgotten text. The missed appointment. The thing that didn't get done. But most of the time? That's not the real fight. In this episode of Reignite: Love, Sex & Truth for Conscious Couples, we unpack one of the most common relationship patterns they see… couples arguing about surface-level logistics when the real issue is emotional disconnection, unmet needs, resentment, and feeling unseen. They break down why the same fights keep repeating, how emotional pain gets expressed through criticism and defensiveness, and what actually creates real repair, connection, and intimacy. What You'll Hear in This Episode: Why couples are rarely actually fighting about the dishes, garbage, or chores The deeper emotional needs underneath recurring conflict: support, appreciation, respect, and connection How to start naming your truth instead of projecting pain through criticism The toxic cycle of criticism, defensiveness, resentment, and emotional shutdown Why repair conversations matter more than avoiding conflict altogether The simple shifts that help couples reconnect, communicate honestly, and feel like a team again It's not really about the garbage. Or the dishes. Or the forgotten task. It's about what those moments trigger underneath. Feeling alone. Feeling unsupported. Feeling disconnected. Feeling unseen. And once you learn how to speak the real need… everything shifts.
“Value shifts from things that are in abundance to things that have more scarcity.” In this live Object Subject Form session, Simon Clowes is joined by PJ Richardson for a follow-up conversation to Simon's Safe Space LA talk, “Motion Designers Are Cooked.” The original talk opened up a discussion around the emotional reality of working in motion design and creative industries being reshaped in real time by AI, accelerated workflows, and shifting expectations. This conversation continues that thread. AI is often discussed as a tool for speed, efficiency, and output. But underneath the surface, the deeper question is much more personal: identity. What do motion designers, creative directors, animators, and designers hold onto when a job title no longer explains their value? Together, Simon and PJ explore where value migrates when more of the creative process becomes easier to produce, and why creative point of view is becoming more strategically important. As Simon puts it, this is a shift from building a body of work to building a body of thought. This is a conversation about AI and design, creative identity, studio culture, and how creative people can navigate uncertainty, protect their sense of self, build reputation, and stay adaptable without losing the deeper human qualities that make the work meaningful. –– Chapters 00:00:00 Cold Open: Are Creatives Losing Their Purpose? 00:00:49 Welcome Back to Safe Space 00:03:08 Career Uncertainty and Creative Identity 00:04:23 Titles, Identity, and Creative Advantage 00:09:57 Why Point of View Is Becoming More Strategic 00:14:23 Advice for Young Designers Entering the Industry 00:23:44 AI, Experimentation, and the Identity Crisis 00:31:59 Why AI Still Needs Strong Artists 00:35:18 From Body of Work to Body of Thought 00:41:19 Why Hard Creative Problems Still Matter 00:49:21 Remote Work, Community, and Creative Exchange 00:55:57 Relationships, Reputation, and Trust 01:17:32 Creative Culture, Critique, and Leadership 01:37:42 PJ on Identity, Purpose, and Leadership 01:46:14 Closing Thoughts –– Connect with PJ Richardson PJ Richardson on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/pj-richardson-845599/ Laundry: https://www.laundry.studio/ Safe Space: https://www.safe-space-la.com/ –– Contact Simon / Object Subject Form Website: https://objectsubjectform.com/ Object Subject Form on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/objectsubjectform/ Object Subject Form on Instagram: https://instagram.com/objectsubjectform Simon's LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/simonclowes Simon's Instagram: https://instagram.com/simon_clowes Simon's X: https://x.com/simon_clowes –– About Object Subject Form Object Subject Form is a podcast and creative platform hosted by Simon Clowes, exploring the human side of creativity, identity, and emerging technologies through conversations with artists, designers, technologists, and cultural thinkers.

We're tuning in from Saigon after two bowls of pho, one too many iced coffees, and a full-on battle with Vietnam heat and humidity. What starts as a conversation about linen shirts and hotel laundry somehow turns into an unexpectedly deep dive into sardine fasts, shrimp tail psychology, proper s'mores etiquette, and the strange comfort of eating the same thing every day.Along the way you'll learn about:-> the best canned sardines they've found-> laundry culture differences between Colombia, the Philippines, and the U.S.-> growing up between Puerto Rican family parties and academic Spanish dinner tables-> the science of a proper s'more-> wine bottle protocol and the pitfalls of potluck dining-> why enjoying pho on a tiny plastic stool somehow feels like a perfect dining experienceKeep up with our part food podcast, part travel diary (plus a lot of other stuff that will surely keep you entertained). You Did the Spring Reset… So Why Doesn't It Feel Different? You cleared the clutter. You reset your space. Things finally felt in place… …and now a few weeks later? Counters are filling up again. Laundry is piling up. Papers are stacking. And you're thinking: “Didn't I just do this?” If that sounds familiar, this episode is for you. Here's the truth: It's not that your reset didn't work. It's that your systems may not be built for real life yet. In this episode, we talk about: Why spaces slip back after organizing The difference between resetting and maintaining How daily life impacts your systems What clutter returning is actually telling you The shift If your system only works when you have time… it won't work when life gets busy. Where to start Instead of redoing everything: Notice what filled up first Simplify one step Make it easier to maintain—not just look organized Your Fresh Start Challenge Choose one space that feels like it's slipping. Ask: What is making this harder than it needs to be? What is one step I can remove? Start there. Final thought You're not behind. You're just at the point where real life meets your systems… and that's where real progress begins. Recently, I found myself asking "How did I get here?" I have more laundry somehow. So I thought about it and wanted to share how when your family changes it has ripple effects on your housework cadence and functionality. So, how did I get here? Don't Get Oversold First of all, I wanted to share that I have yet again gotten a new wash machine and dryer. I shared the many reasons for the upgrade, if you call it that. I am now using two black Speed Queen machines that look like they are from the 1960's and I couldn't be happier. Now, I can add clothes mid wash, throw an item in just the dryer, shimmy them if I want, our clothes smell amazing, and get washed quickly, not delicately, but quickly! (If you know you know) I really wish I had not listened to the sales person each time and gotten these machines in the first place. Do not let yourself get oversold into bells and whistles you don't need. Take it from me. Learn from my costly mistakes. Ok so now I have the correct machines for my liking. Household Changes In the last 120 days, a few things have changed that have broken my clothes washing cadence. The first one being my mother in law broke a vertebra. We have been going to her house for Sunday dinner. If we leave when I am in the middle of the wash I forget all about it by the time we are back home. Next, I have a new grandson. I am helping my daughter a lot with Grayson so she can tend to herself and her new baby which indirectly has caused more laundry so I find I am not completing it over the weekend as I normally had been. And I am no longer doing the PhD so I want to find a new laundry cadence. So Friday night I got ready to throw in my "littles" load and low and behold the wash machine was already half full, but how? Grayson has been coming up in his jammies so when he changes I have him throw his clothes right in the washer. Then when he takes a bath, again, he throws his clothes into the washer. And since the washer is on the same level the family hangs out on, burp clothes and stuff go into it. That's how I got here with 4-5 loads to do each week. Now I could send all those clothes down to Abby but honestly laundry is not her friend and since the new baby she continues to stay behind. In fact she asked "How do you keep up on laundry and cleaning?" I shared the tips I shared with her in this episode for you too. I like doing laundry. It's not a problem, just a change in our family. I'm trying to find a new cadence and figure out this line drying thing. Like, do LuLu Lemon clothes really need to be line dried? Give it to me straight. Trial Run -> Habit I think the reason why it takes most people a year and a half to complete The Productive Home Solution is this trial run discovery time before we can really tackle the goal. They spend the first trimester trying out different times to organize until it starts to become a habit to organize at a specific time. Then the next planning day they focus on a new goal because the organization time is "set." So the new plan is to trial run my idea of doing laundry on the mornings that I take Grayson to school. I will see if that works and continue to tweak for the month of May. This is what I will propose to myself on Planning Day. Hopefully by June, the kinks will be worked out and I will be off and running outside to play while still getting laundry done! This is the level I want you to think about the housework you do everyday and how it affects your family. What has changed in the last 120 days for your family and what systems are broken as a result? Join me for Planning Day and get a plan in place.
