I am discussing some of the worst cults you've probably never heard of, so you're probably wondering why I'm bring Jehovah's Witnesses in to this, right? Well most wouldn't classify it as a cult, but rather a religion. That keeps being questioned as more and more people have been escaping and sharing their stories of their own experiences while apart of the congregation. Does Jehovah's Witnesses have rules and doctrines that protect abusers and exploit victims. Jesse Goosen, a survivor will be sharing the details of years and years of abuse she was subjected based on the teaching of this religious faith. I want to thank Jesse for coming on the show and being open and vulnerable about her story. Jesse's hope to open up people's eyes to the dangers of being part of this religion and expose their cultic practices. Let's all make sure to honor Jesse help her spread the word. Lauren Agee was a 21-year-old student from Tennessee who was found dead in a cove off Centre Hill Lake after attending Wakefest on the weekend of July 25th to 27th 2015. The official story is that, after consuming a large quantity of alcohol while partying, Lauren fell off the cliffside where she was camping with friends and into the water below. But friends, family and consumers of true crime believe something much darker happened…and so do I.
