Big updates for this new episode! First off, I introduce my new co-host Olivia Ho. I am really excited to have her as my partner on this project. Then we bring on body positivity advocate and boss babe in general, Bertha Chan. We discuss things like what it's like growing up in Hong Kong, toxic masculinity, toxic femininity, unrealistic beauty standards, mental health, body positivity and also discuss the possibility of the three of us starting a band called "Bertha and the Add Oils". Keep an eye out for our upcoming single, but in the meantime enjoy the discussion between the three of us.
