Applying Jesus to Wellness - Interview with JJ Simmons In Season 3, we are exploring with our guests how people of faith can pursue wellness in all their different parts - mind, body, spirit, and community. We are talking bout mental health, physical health, and the health of our souls and spirits because each has a relationship with the other and can affect for positive or negative. Our guests have experience, wisdom, and expertise to share! In episode 1, we explore boundaries, soul wellness and what it means when we take time away from toxic relationships to heal.
