She's served on the Accessibility Standards Canada board, the Ontario Human Rights Commission, and the Minister's Disability Advisory Group. As the National Director of Disability Without Poverty and CEO of DEEN Support Services, she's also a co-founder of Race and Disability Canada. Rabia, a motivational speaker, has earned awards like the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for her humanitarian work.
