In this episode Tracy goes deeper into the theories surrounding the Villisca Axe Murders. There are a few wild characters in the bunch, a couple of false confessions, and we find out that whoever the killer was may have been train hopping to cities across the US for years committing murder after murder. Midori Melon Liqueur1/2 oz. simple syrupEdible green glitterMuddle the cucumber vigorously in a shaker. Add all other ingredients. Dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into martini glasses. On June 10,1912, Josiah and Sarah Moore, along with their four children and two of their children’s friends, were found dead inside the Moore home. After they were murdered by axe, the bodies and windows were all covered, bacon was thrown around the house, and the doors were locked. There were multiple suspects, but no one has ever been found guilty of this crime. It’s said the spirits of the children still roam the house today, but there are stories of more sinister spirits haunting the house as well.
