The concept of intuitive eating is pretty simple, listen to your body, eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full and trust that your body intuitively knows what it needs. We all know that person who has no issue maintaining a healthy body weight, eats just enough but knows when to stop, and just seems to have a relaxed, healthy relationship with food. Manuka honey is a unique type of honey from New Zealand and comes from the Manuka tree. Manuka honey has long been used for its healing properties both internally and externally.
