Today is Transfiguration Sunday and the last Sunday of our S.A.D. sermon series. As we hear the Gospel of Matthew's account of what happened up on that mountain the day that Jesus was transfigured before his disciples, I'd invite you to think about the ways that you have seen God's face and heard the voice of God in this world. Have you been afraid? Today we are reminded that encouragement can be what we need to help up "Get Up and Don't Be Afraid."

This week we think about the ways that we are called to Walk THIS Way with God. How can we make sure that we are walking in the way God desires for us? How can we make sure that we don't stay on that path?

This week, we continue on with our Spiritual Affective Disorder (SAD) sermon series. Where is God's dwelling place? Where do you find God the most?

This morning's worship service was a little bit different than we had planned. Our guests from Flathead Lake UMCamp were unable to join us in person due to the weather, and they will be rescheduling again soon. We got to go through their slideshow and think about what it means to be the Body of Christ (1 Cor. 12: 12-27).

This week, we continue with week 3 of our S.A.D. sermon series by taking a look at Micah 6:1-8 and what it means to live into the words of that scripture: do justice, love kindness, and walk humbly with God.

Today we hear the beautiful words of Psalm 40:1-11 and join together to learn about the spiritual practice of "making a playlist." This is week two of our sermon series on Spiritual Affective Disorder.

Happy New Year! In today's worship service, we joined together in the gift of singing, renewed our personal covenant to God through the Weslyan Covenant Prayer, and joined together in Holy Communion.

This is our fourth and final Sunday of Advent. Our scripture reading today (Luke 2:1-14) tells us the story of Jesus' birth and the story of the Shepherds. We also enjoyed wonderful special music from Rich Clough.

This is the 3rd Sunday of Advent and we light the candle this week as a symbol of Christ's Love. Our Advent series continues with listening to the voices of "The Angels of Christmas" and taking a deep look at the experiences of Joseph when the Angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream (Luke 1:18-25). We are again joined by a special guest who helps us to understand the story in a new way.

Today we lit our 2nd Advent candle and listened to the story of Jesus' birth foretold according to the Gospel of Luke. As we hear the familiar story of Gabriel appearing to Mary, may we find peace in the words of this encounter. May we find peace in Emmanuel as we ponder the question: how can this be?

Today we light our first Advent candle of this season: the candle of Hope. We also kick off an excited new Advent sermon series, "The Angels of Christmas," that will take us through a journey of listening to God's voice in new and different ways. Our first Angel encounter is with Zechariah and Gabriel. (Luke 1:5-25) Hear what the messenger is saying this week...

As we prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving this week in the US, we take a look at John's gospel this week during worship to see what Jesus has to say about the "Bread of Life." What are you thankful for this week? In what ways do you give? This week's message takes thanks and giving beyond our normal thoughts of this week's theme.

Today we joined together for Stewardship Sunday and had a special worship service consecrating our pledges for 2023. A special thank you to our Finance Chair, Brooks Coffland, who gave a wonderful message over the five aspects of stewardship: prayer, presence, gifts, service, and witness. Pastor Julie gave her time this morning in a different way than usual as our pianist. This was a fun, different kind of service. Join us as you consider, "Who Are You?"

This Sunday, we remember the Saints who have passed over the last year and celebrate the communion of ALL Saints in this special service.

This week, we conclude our "meet the minor prophets" sermon series by taking a deep look at Hosea and his prophesy.
