Join The 6AM Club Bible Study! Bible Study: https://www.youaremore.com/bible-study Have you ever found yourself caught in worry… replaying situations over and over, trying to control outcomes you were never meant to carry?I woke up this morning with a simple but powerful reminder: Cast your cares. In this episode, I'm breaking down what that actually means—and why so many of us struggle to do it.Because here's the truth…The cares of this life are constant. They're always trying to pull your attention, distract your focus, and get you off purpose. And whatever has your focus… ultimately has your life. But we were never meant to carry it all. When you hold onto worry, anxiety, and fear—you stay stuck in it.But when you release it… something shifts. There is real power in casting. Not ignoring your situation. Not pretending it doesn't exist. But intentionally saying—“God, I give this to You.”In this episode, I walk you through how to:Recognize the thoughts that are pulling you into fearReplace them with truthRehearse your track record with GodAnd take back your focus so you can stay aligned with your purposeBecause you cannot walk fully in what you're called to do… while carrying the weight of everything you were never meant to hold. You are called to live with clarity. You are called to live with peace. And you are called to move forward without being consumed by worry. So today—whatever it is…Cast it

Ocean fishing brings its own thrill—strong fish, steady currents, and the satisfying moment when a line is cast out over the water. That same imagery reminds us of the invitation God gives His people: to release every burden, fear, and worry into His care. October 31 2025 Friday Your Words Matter / Week 39 Cast Your Cares On Jesus #findoutwhoyouare My Vision My vision is to teach the world Who They Are In Jesus Christ their Lord and Savior! To Teach them what the Bible says about them and who they have been made to be in the promises of God's Word. This changed my life years ago and completely transformed me from a person full of doubt, fear and unbelief to a strong confident Christian that knows I can do anything through Jesus Christ my Lord and Savior. And I'm determined to teach the world what God has taught and commissioned me to teach and that is His Word. That commission takes me to jails and detention centers weekly along with other open doors at many churches and ministries that are wanting to teach these important truths to the world. My podcast goes out 6 days a week to help the people I am ministering to grow in the truths that God has taught me for many years now. This podcast is free to all that want to listen and grow strong in who God has made them to be in Christ Jesus their Lord and Savior. My Prayers For The World Ephesians 1:15-23 NLT 'Ever since I first heard of your strong faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for God's people everywhere, I have not stopped thanking God for you. I pray for you constantly, asking God, the glorious Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to give you spiritual wisdom and insight so that you might grow in your knowledge of God. I pray that your hearts will be flooded with light so that you can understand the confident hope he has given to those he called—his holy people who are his rich and glorious inheritance. I also pray that you will understand the incredible greatness of God's power for us who believe him. This is the same mighty power that raised Christ from the dead and seated him in the place of honor at God's right hand in the heavenly realms. Now he is far above any ruler or authority or power or leader or anything else—not only in this world but also in the world to come. God has put all things under the authority of Christ and has made him head over all things for the benefit of the church. And the church is his body; it is made full and complete by Christ, who fills all things everywhere with himself.' Ephesians 3:14-21 NLT 'When I think of all this, I fall to my knees and pray to the Father, the Creator of everything in heaven and on earth. I pray that from his glorious, unlimited resources he will empower you with inner strength through his Spirit. Then Christ will make his home in your hearts as you trust in him. Your roots will grow down into God's love and keep you strong. And may you have the power to understand, as all God's people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep his love is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is too great to understand fully. Then you will be made complete with all the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think. Glory to him in the church and in Christ Jesus through all generations forever and ever! Amen.' His letter to the Galations is a vigorous attack against the gospel of works and a defense of the gospel of faith. Paul begins by setting forth his credentials as an apostle with a message from God: blessing comes from God on the basis of faith, not law. The law declares men guilty and imprisons them; faith sets men free to enjoy liberty in Christ. But liberty is not license. Worry can often feel like an uninvited guest that refuses to leave — overwhelming our thoughts and stealing our peace. In our daily prayer and devotional, Emily Rose Massey writes about how she lived in that space, battling anxiety and panic attacks that left her feeling helpless and alone. But through her journey of faith, she discovered the powerful truth of 1 Peter 5:7: God invites us to cast every care — every anxious thought — upon Him because He genuinely cares for us. Even as believers, we’re not immune to fear or mental struggles. Yet God doesn’t condemn us for them — He meets us there. When we choose to fix our minds on His Word and His character, He replaces panic with peace and worry with rest. The more we anchor our thoughts in Scripture, the stronger our trust in His faithfulness becomes. Whatever anxiety you’re facing today, remember: you are not alone, and you don’t have to carry it. The Lord who calms storms can calm the one inside your heart. Today's Bible Reading:“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” – 1 Peter 5:7, NIV
I greet you in Jesus' precious name! It is Friday morning, the 10th of October, 2025, and this is your friend, Angus Buchan, with a thought for today. We go to 1 Peter 5:7: ”Casting your care upon Him (Jesus) for He cares for you.” Why? Because we cannot carry it on our own. I'm talking to somebody who is very tired at the moment, who is very weary, heading up a large organisation, maybe a farming business or a merchandise business, or a position in an organisation that takes all of your time, and it is wearing you out. The Lord says, ”Stop it. I never meant it to be like that.” We cannot carry this responsibility completely on our own. “You've done well, you started well”, the Lord says. “You've built a huge organisation but now that same organisation is busy crushing you.”We see the illustration in Exodus 18, where Jethro, the father-in-law of Moses saw that Moses was literally wearing himself out, and the people. They were standing in large queues all day long for some help for answers to difficult situations. Jethro said, ”You must delegate to others.” I'm saying to you too madam. You cannot do it on your own. You have to get people to help you. Hand it over. You say, ”But they'll ruin it. My children will ruin it.” No they won't, you'll be surprised. How old were you when you started? Yes, you will have to pay school fees. That's how you learn. Did you not pay school fees? Did you not make mistakes? Of course you did. So did I, too many actually! Give your children a chance. Give that young aspiring executive a chance to take over. For the Mighty Men Conference in 2010, I had to make a very big decision when we had 450 thousand men on this farm, and the Lord clearly told me, through His word, ”It's time to hand over the baton.” I was very concerned, but I'm so pleased I did. There's over 20 Mighty Men Conferences happening all over the world as I talk to you, and I haven't been to one of them. Hand it over so that the Lord can develop it. If you keep it to yourself, it will crush you and the vision. Today, cast your cares and responsibilities onto the Lord, and He will develop them.Jesus bless you and goodbye.
Overwhelmed? Psalm 55:22 reminds us we're not meant to carry life's weight alone. In this episode, we explore how God sustains us—and how we can help carry the burdens of others, reflecting His love on earth. You Got This, Ryan

This is Pastor Tom Arnould welcoming you to the Good News Radio Broadcast. 1 Peter 5:7 reads, "...casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." In the Greek, the word “casting” literally means “to throw upon.” Our role as believers is to throw our anxieties upon the Lord. The Lord will only carry, what we turn over to him in prayer.

Cast your anxieties on THE ONE- not just anyone!!! I know it can be tempting to offload our issues onto people, but vents lead to other rooms- not better situations. If you're truly in need of relief, cast your cares on the sovereign one- the creator of wisdom- the captain of your fate and keeper of your soul. Not only does God have the power to alter your circumstances, but He has the grace to grant you peace while you're enduring.

If you're truly in need of relief, cast your cares on the sovereign one- the creator of wisdom- the captain of your fate and keeper of your soul. Not only does God have the power to alter your circumstances, but He has the grace to grant you peace while you're enduring.
Do you get anxious?Like a fisherman who continually casts his line in search of the big catch, we are called to continually cast our cares and concerns to God.“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7There are many things for us to be anxious about.. And anxiety among kids is on the rise, affecting nearly one in 10 children. Make sure you are tending to the cares of your kids, and helping them cast their cares on him.We would be wise to remember Jesus' question — can all your worries add a single moment to your life? Worry won't change our past or future, but it can ruin the present. For more encouragement and parenting advice, visit Trail Life USA or RaisingGodlyBoys.com.

The Stories Collective is back! On March 9th, we celebrated three years of sharing powerful stories, and it's amazing to reflect on just how many lives and experiences that represents. God's faithfulness has been evident every step of the way. We hope you had a chance to catch up on any episodes you may have missed during our break because we're so excited to be back!Today, we have a special episode featuring Sarah Underwood, and we believe her story will truly warm your heart. When our host, Sarah Schalow, first sat down with her, she could hardly finish asking how God had been faithful in her life before Sarah enthusiastically began sharing the countless ways she's experienced His goodness. Sarah's journey with Christ began at just five years old, and her relationship with God has only grown deeper over the years. However, her life was forever changed at the age of 12 when her father was tragically struck by a car and killed while returning home from a men's prayer meeting at their church. With remarkable vulnerability, Sarah opens up about how her family navigated this devastating loss and how she learned to rely on her Heavenly Father in the absence of her earthly one. While anxiety has sometimes threatened to overwhelm her, Sarah's sincerity in casting her cares upon the Lord is inspiring. Her story is a beautiful reminder that God is always near when we come to Him. One of the most impactful themes she shares is the importance of keeping her eyes fixed on Jesus — a practice she intentionally pursues each day. Sarah also speaks candidly about her experiences with singleness and how she continues to trust God's plan for her life, even when it looks different from what she once imagined. Her steadfast faith and joyful perspective will uplift and encourage you. We're so glad to be back, and we know Sarah's testimony will bless you. Tune in and be reminded once again that even when life doesn't go as planned, God's plan is always good.Want to share your story on The Stories Collective podcast in 2025? Today's Promise: 1 Peter 5:7 We all have worries, cares, and concerns. Sometimes life is hard. Every day, you have a choice. You can walk around worried and anxious, or you can give your cares to the Lord. God loves you so much that He invites you to place all your cares and concerns on Him. The humble person turns everything over to the Lord. The word “cast” here means to throw onto something or someone. When you cast all your anxieties on the Lord, you will find new strength, confidence, and faith as you trust the Lord's goodness to bring you through.

Sometimes, I look at the women in my life, and I can see it all in their eyes. The anxiety, the fear, and the worry are evident without them saying a word. We girls often carry the weight of the world on our shoulders and the worry that often comes with it. No [...]
