Church Membership is a DECLARATION OF WHO YOU ARE, A DECLARATION OF WHERE YOU STAND, AND A DECLARATION OF HOW YOU WILL LIVE.
When God's sovereign plan for the church is presented, no one is found who is worthy to carry it out. Then John is introduced to the one who is worthy, The Lion of Judah, the Root of David, the Lamb slain for the redemption of sinful humanity!
God is enthroned, sovereign over all creation, and we are to join in worship.
In love, Jesus rebukes and disciplines the church of Laodicea for their complacency and self-sufficiency.
