Dear Hillside: Not long ago I read about an unfortunate soul who tried to escape a DUI investigation by dropping off the roadway and scampering for freedom. The problem? The state was Louisiana and the terrain was swamp. A swamp filled with gators. What you imagined happened happened, though it could have been far worse as the man only suffered minor chomp wounds. I'm tempted to laugh but I dare not because if I'm honest I have to admit I've ended up in my own “swamps” from time to time. And to escape the “gators” I've needed the particular grace James prescribes in this week's passage. I (Dan) am looking forward to sharing with you what God gave me in the “cold plunge” verses James 4:1-10. However, a growing number of firms are embracing a more comprehensive approach, creating strategic partnerships that allow them to serve clients throughout the real estate lifecycle.  This week on Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio, Michelle Hewell, owner and broker of Foundation Partners Realty, joins host Carol Morgan to discuss the firm's brokerage model designed to bridge the gap between traditional real estate services and the evolving needs of builders, developers, investors and homebuyers.  Relationships Remain the Foundation of Real Estate Success  While technology continues to reshape the industry, one truth remains unchanged: long-term success depends on trust, communication and consistency.  “I’ve learned that this is ultimately a people business,” said Hewell. “Whether you’re working with first-time homebuyers, developing a subdivision or helping an agent build a career, those relationships matter.
