Love is the most powerful force in the universe. That's a bold statement. Yes it is. If love is the most powerful force in the universe and of mankind and God is love then that makes God the most powerful force in the universe. Why? Because He created it all. God has called us as His children who follower after Jesus to walk in love. To be patient, kind, gentle, not to take into an account wrong done to us, etc.. Walking in Love doesn't come natural to the fallen man but it will come natural to the man that is born again. Didn't say it was easy but it should be natural. This weeks starts a two week series about just that, how to walk in Love.

In this episode of The Broker Link, David Ireland and Scott Christie share valuable insights on how Medicare-focused agents can successfully grow their businesses into full-service agencies. The discussion explores two primary growth models. The traditional independent agent model focuses on building a team by hiring back-office support and recruiting independent agents to expand production. The Licensed Agent of Agency (LOA) model takes a different approach by hiring employees who work under the agency while earning a base salary combined with commission opportunities. David and Scott emphasize the importance of maintaining ownership and control of client relationships while implementing technology solutions to effectively manage client data and communication. They also highlight the opportunity for agents to strengthen their business by cross-selling additional products such as hospital indemnity, long-term care, and other supplemental coverage options. The conversation reinforces the importance of establishing a strong business foundation, including forming an LLC and creating clear operational structures. Agents are encouraged to leverage brokerage partnerships for resources, training, and operational support to accelerate growth and long-term success. This episode provides practical guidance for agents looking to transition from individual production to building scalable, sustainable agencies. There is truly nothing greater than knowing Christ. Not knowing about Him. But having an intimate relationship with Him as the Lord of your life. Joseph was a man that knew of the grace and faithfulness of God even in the midst of turmoil, betrayal, lies, and difficulties. Why? Because of the relationship he had with God. And because of that relationship even in the hard times of life God still prospered him. He was not successful for success sake but because of the blessing of God being on his life. It was more than reaping what he had sown. It was the direct result of trusting God and having faith in who God says He is.

In this episode , we sit down with Harry Olson of Hugo Tree, a second-generation tree service company based in Minnesota, he talk about the real journey of building a sustainable tree business. What started in the late '90s during the Dutch Elm Disease crisis grew out of necessity, grit, and a willingness to take on the jobs no one else wanted. For years, the company stayed intentionally small, focused on hazardous removals and word-of-mouth work—until a new generation stepped in and began reshaping what the business could become. We dive into what changed when ownership transitioned, including the move from paper-based systems to digital operations, the importance of branding crews and equipment, and why marketing only works when your operations can actually back it up. This conversation goes beyond ads and websites and gets into the unglamorous but critical side of growth—quality control, equipment investment, hiring experienced people, and protecting your reputation in the community. If you're a tree service owner navigating growth, dealing with long backlogs, or trying to balance marketing with operations, this episode offers honest insights from the field. No shortcuts, no hype—just real lessons from a company that learned how to modernize without losing the values that built it in the first place. What if the greatest announcement in human history wasn't given to kings, scholars, or warriors—but to ordinary men working the night shift? In Luke 2:8–20, the first people to hear about the birth of Jesus weren't the powerful or prestigious—they were shepherds keeping watch in the dark. In this message, we look at how God used these unnoticed, rugged men to teach us what real strength looks like: staying alert, recognizing our desperate need for a Savior, obeying quickly when God speaks, and returning changed because of an encounter with Jesus. The shepherds didn't just hear the good news—they moved with haste, shared what they had seen, and worshiped with transformed hearts. Their story reminds us that real men don't wait for perfect circumstances… they respond in obedience and lead with courage. How is God calling you to respond this Christmas?
