This podcast is about my experience with childhood grief. I decided to use tThis podcast is about my experience with childhood grief. I decided to use the memoir I wrote in class for this podcast. Yes it's a story about the death of my melted crayons, however at the age of 8, that was the first time I experienced death. I really wanted the listener to see the stages of grief as I went through them, and I really wanted the humor of grieving over my dead crayons to be in the background, where the listener begins to realize what the podcast is really about and see the deep meaning behind it. Your most prized possessions can be gone before your eyes, its nature.
My podcast is about stress and mental health in the military. In my podcast, I have interviewed PFC Mirek who has just completed training for the Army. We talked about various topics such as depression, anxiety, and PTSD in the military.
