Paul Gorst, Ian Doyle and Dan Kay join host Matt Addison for the Blood Red podcast to look back at Friday's lively Jurgen Klopp press conference and ahead to Watford vs Liverpool on Saturday. With Fabinho and Curtis Jones joining Thiago Alcantata on the sidelines, rightly riling Klopp in the process, could the match with Watford, for whom Claudio Ranieri will be taking charge for the first time, offer an opportunity to Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain? And, on the opposite side, will Ismaila Sarr take the chance to impress his new manager Ranieri as well as Liverpool, who have been linked with the Hornets winger? Both questions are discussed before the panel pick Klopp's team for him and make their score predictions.Get exclusive podcasts direct to your inbox every week for FREE by joining the Blood Red Club. So, you've created an amazing product, but if you've ever wrestled with how to style it, you should have a quick word with my guest today. Erika Firm describes herself as an "artist, surface designer, graphic designer, brand builder, magazine hoarder, kitty squisher, wife, and mother," but that doesn't begin to scratch the broad scope of her experience and expertise.Erika's stationery range, Delphine, differentiated itself from the many other letterpressers at the time by approaching paper as not just a surface, but a distinctive design element in its own right. Since closing Delphine's doors, Erika's talent for delving deeply into the analog world of paint, pen, ink, and paper — as well as the wondrous results she reaps — have been much in demand. Her client list reads like a who's who of the gift and stationery industries, and includes American Greetings, Anthropologie, Cardstore, HP Smiles, Ink, Keka, Knithouse, Maison Belle, Minted, Postable, Revel & Co., Revel Paper, Simply to Impress, Snapfish, Society6, Tiny Prints, Wedding Paper Divas, and Zazzle, among many others.Erika's artful eye for presentation is legendary; when she sends me images, the question is never, "Will there be something I can use?" but rather, "How will I ever pick a favorite?" The design wonders that are generated from her four-generation home in Charleston, South Carolina — Erika resides with not just her husband and son, but mother and grandmother as well — are not just a testament to her talent, but the true potential of paper.**Thank You Sponsors**Please be sure to support these all-American, women-owned houses of paper.Girl w/Knife is your incredibly sharp new stationery BFF. Check out this award-winning, ultra-polished range that everyone's talking about — it slays on several brilliant levels!Kitty Meow Boutique was founded on the idea that your paper goods don't have to be a snooze fest. These stylish, laugh-out-loud selections are by turns sassy and sweet, all the while maintaining a consistent cool.

The Jets dropped their season opener by a score of 19-14 against the Carolina Panthers but the news wasn't all bad. Rookie QB Zach Wilson struggled early on but despite facing consistent heavy pressure managed to string together a couple of scoring drives while completing 66% of his passes after a 2-10 start. Wilson showed many of the traits that made him the second overall pick in the draft and Jets fans have plenty of reason for optimism. We'll cover the atrocious play of the O-line but also the surprisingly good play of the young cornerbacks. Will Bill Belichick and the Patriots look to mimic what the Panthers did on offense and work the short pass game to their running backs? If so, the Jets may have already made a move in free agency to counter it. JetNation Radio would like to thank our sponsor MILE Social. The Barca Breakdown discusses Barca's first Champions League game against Bayern Munich at the Camp Nou. Without Fati, Dembele or Aguero, our attack was depleted and all Barca fans knew that this Bayern team were better with Lewandowski and Co. Yusef's skepticism predicted a 5-1 loss, while Adam's false hope predicted a 3-2 loss. Despite the ill faith, Barca failed to put one in the back of the net at home and allowed 3 goals. Barca's first quarter performance was impressive, with good ball movement, possession, and open space. This all changed when Muller scored off a deflection of Eric Garcia, leaving Ter Stegen helpless. The rest of the game is slowly turned downwards as Koeman's Barca seemed to have little tactical planning to deal with Bayern in an effective way. This comes from a failure of slowness and a lack of creativity from Roberto and Luuk De Jong. While the score line was not flattering, some stand out performances from Ter Stegen, Araujo, and Frenkie De Jong were only visible on the pitch. Along those lines, Coutinho appeared in his first game back after a long injury and loan to show he was still capable of taking chances. It was nice to see some youngsters (Gavi, Demir, Balde) and get some play time for the future of Barca. Ultimately, we question what could have happened if we had a healthy squad with the likes of Dembele, Fati, Depay (and Aguero) in the front. Even if we had these star players to bolster our attacking potential, would Koeman have been tactical enough to utilize these players to their full potential in the barca style? This is a question we can track as the season continues and our squad reaches a healthier status. Please like, comment and subscribe to our channel! To get the lowdown on AC Milan, the visitors to Anfield for tonight's big Champions League opener, Matt Addison speaks to Get Italian Football News editor Kaus Pandey. The match marks Milan's return to the group stages of Europe's premiere club competition for the first time since the 2013-14 season. It will also be the first time the teams have met since the Rossoneri beat Liverpool in the 2007 Champions League final to avenge their infamous defeat two years earlier in Istanbul. But what level are the current Milan team at? Kaus answers that and discusses midfielders Sandro Tonali and Franck Kessié, who have both been linked with moves to Liverpool, whose right-side could be kept busy this evening. Kaus explains that and also talks Zlatan Ibrahimović, the 39-year-old superstar who now looks set to miss the match through injury, plus the fellow veteran forward could replace him in the Milan starting line-up, Olivier Giroud.Get exclusive podcasts direct to your inbox every week for FREE by joining the Blood Red Club.
