Fabienne de Blois, Associate Director Fabienne has spent over 12 years working on human rights, political, civil society, and anti-bribery issues in the MENA region. She works with clients to understand and address the human rights and environmental impact of their operations. She also helps financial institutions and the public sector understand the provenance of private funds from the Middle East, with a particular focus on war economies. Septimus Knox is the Deputy Head of S-RM's Disputes & Investigations practice and oversees all the firm's disputes work in Central & Eastern Europe and Russia & CIS. His clients include international law firms, global corporations and leading business figures. He has developed particular expertise in conducting cross-border asset traces, litigation support investigations and strategic intelligence assignments. Septimus has a BA in Russian Studies from University College London. He speaks Russian and has previously lived in Russia, Italy and Southeast Asia. Amy Francis is a Senior Associate at S-RM and heads up the Digital Forensics practice. Amy has 6 years' experience of leading complex digital forensics cases including investigations into fraud, IP theft, whistleblowing allegations, various misconduct and compliance issues, and other litigation. Joseph Tarraf is an Associate Director of Cyber Security at S-RM. He helps clients across a range of cyber security disciplines, with a focus on incident response. Previously, Joseph worked in cyber security consulting at PwC and Deloitte. He holds Computer Engineering and Political Science degrees from Concordia University. Greg Foss is a Senior Cyber Security Strategist with VMware Carbon Black where he focuses on detection engineering, security efficacy, and bypasses across the diverse product line. In previous roles, Greg led a Threat Research team, built and ran a Global Security Operations programme, consulted in penetration testing, and worked as a security analyst for the federal government. Magnus Josias, Co-Founder, and COO of Krizo, is a recognised crisis management consultant. Working in the UK and Australia, he has helped some of the largest financial institutions with professionalising their set-up through digitisation, plan development and full-scale exercises. Lenoy Barkai is the Regional Head of S-RM in South Africa, and an Associate Director of Cyber Security. She has over 8 years' experience spanning security risk analysis, strategic consulting and alternative investment management.
Cvete Koneska leads the Political Risk and Security Analysis team at S-RM, providing clients with bespoke analysis of security threats, reputational, policy and political risk. She has a decade of experience in the political risk and security analysis sector, having advised clients across sectors and geographies. She has designed bespoke threat monitoring solutions and methodologies, provided in-depth country and sector assessments and helped clients understand and adapt their operations to the threat context. Cvete is also a researcher on academic and policy projects investigating post-conflict security in the Balkans. She holds a DPhil degree in Politics from the University of Oxford and a Masters in Politics and Security from University College London. Libby Benet is AXA XL's Global Chief Underwriting Officer and a member of S-RM's Supervisory Board. Before joining AXA XL, she served in the following companies in an Underwriting capacity – Zurich, General Re, and Beazley. She is a licensed attorney in the US and has practiced law. She has her BA in Political Science and her JD in law. She has her Certified Information Privacy Professional and Certified Information Privacy Management designations. Billy Gouveia joined S-RM in 2019. He oversees the US business and is a member of the Executive Committee. Billy helps clients build their cyber security capabilities, protect their data, and respond to cyber incidents. Billy joined S-RM from a tech start-up and, over his career, he has worked in management consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton, Sungard, and Protiviti.
