Welcome to my new podcast “ Sacking Mental Illness”. I’m your host and creator Ryan Smith and I wanted to create a podcast that tackles the stigma of Mental Illness and Mental health and how we can make this a positive instead of being views as taboo by some in the world. This podcast we’re going to dig deep and talk about topics that sometimes like to get swept under the rugs. I’m here to have open dialogue and discussions.
