Send us a textHAPPY THANKSGIVING Y'ALL! I totally forgot to talk about the fundamental idea of Thanksgiving in this episode, what a missed opportunity! Be grateful for all that we have, in spite of all the f'd up origins and backstories of our past.No matter what our life circumstances are. You have everything you need deep down inside! There's no other way to cheat and get away with it in life than to be grateful."For to the one who has, more will be given, and he will have an abundance, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away." - Matthew 13:12Gratitude is the only way to win. It's what gives meaning to life and will help you in any situation! This combined with the ideals of Marcus Aurelius' Stoicism will make you impervious and unstoppable in mind and spirit.Thank you!Support the show

Pastor Mark challenges us to choose calling over comfort. Based on Matthew 14, this sermon reminds us that true faith begins where comfort ends—and that the safest place to be is wherever Jesus is.
You don't win the game of life by staying in control—you win by letting Jesus lead. In this message, Pastor Mark shares how surrendering control brings true peace, joy, and freedom in Christ.
The Game of Life is one of my least favorite games to play. It has zero strategy and few decisions. And, with these decisions, you must make the most optimum one, or risk (another classic game) losing the game. One of the later editions adds in the gambling aspect, but still, it is not enough to save this 1960 Milton Bradley classic.I begrudgingly bought The Game of Life: Rivals Edition. I was not looking forward to playing it. After the modestly entertaining Monopoly Rivals Edition, I had a little more interest in playing Life: Rivals Edition. So, I grabbed Edward, who likes The Game of Life, and made him sit down and play the Rivals Edition with me. Let's see how it went.Directing people to the get the games tab
I don't know how many games they will win, but if they follow that creed, they can win at the most important game which is the game of life.
In this episode of The Game of Life series, Pastor Mark unpacks what it really means to “keep score where it counts.” Drawing from Romans 12:10, he invites us to rethink success—not in terms of wealth, status, or achievements, but in the depth of our love and relationships. What if the real competition in life wasn't about getting ahead, but about outdoing one another in showing honor? What if the greatest victories came through small acts of kindness, generosity, and grace?Through practical examples and heartfelt teaching, Pastor Mark helps us see that when we love God fully and love others deeply, we're winning in the only game that truly matters.Listen in and discover how to live with purpose, measure your life by love, and keep score God's way.
Life can feel like a game—filled with goals, strategy, and the desire to win. But in the end, Jesus reminds us that everything goes back in the box. In this opening message of The Game of Life series, Pastor Mark Reynolds unpacks Jesus' parable of the rich fool and challenges us to think about what truly matters. What does it mean to “win” in God's eyes? How do we measure success in a world that keeps score differently? This sermon invites you to live richly toward God—through generosity, compassion, and trust—and to invest your life in what lasts forever.

A Candid Conversation on the Mental Game of Life This episode of the Rich Mind Podcast explores the single most important factor that separates the good from the great: a winner's mindset. Using the world of professional sports—from Tom Brady and Baker Mayfield in the NFL to the top players in golf—Randy and Greg dissect what it truly means to have the mental edge. They argue that at the elite level, physical talent is a given; the real differentiator is the internal programming, discipline, and unshakable belief that allows champions to perform under pressure. This conversation translates the lessons from these top athletes into practical advice for your own life, covering the importance of a strong "organization" (your inner circle), consistent practice (reps), and the powerful mindset of a champion that you can apply to your career, relationships, and personal goals. Key Takeaways: In any competitive field, including business and life, the ultimate differentiator is not physical skill but mindset. A winner's mindset is developed through disciplined practice and a relentless commitment to excellence, as exemplified by athletes like Tom Brady. The success of an individual is heavily influenced by the mindset of the entire "organization" they are a part of, from ownership down to the players. True champions, like Tom Brady, often prioritize winning and team success over individual accolades or maximum financial gain. The principles of a sports mindset—putting in the reps, having confidence, and focusing on the fundamentals—are directly applicable to achieving goals in any area of your life. Surrounding yourself with the right "organization"—your inner circle of friends, family, and mentors—is critical for your personal and professional success. Developing a winning mindset requires consistent practice, even when you don't see immediate results, and having the resilience to learn from "bad reps." Questions Answered in This Episode: What is the single biggest difference between good athletes and legendary champions? How did Tom Brady go from being the last draft pick to the greatest of all time? How does the culture of an organization impact individual performance and success? What can we learn from the mindset of elite golfers about performing under pressure? How can you apply the principles of a winner's mindset to your own career and goals? Why is the "who" you surround yourself with just as important as the "what" you do? How do you build confidence and put in the "reps" for your own life goals? What is the connection between mindset coaches in sports and personal development? Key People, Concepts, & Terms: People: Randy Wilson, Greg Junge, Tom Brady, Baker Mayfield, Peyton Manning, Joe Dispenza, John Daly. Concepts: Winner's Mindset, Mental Game, Reps (Practice), Confidence, Discipline, Organizational Culture, Inner Circle, Peak Performance. In this special solocast of The Athletics of Business Podcast, host Ed Molitor takes us on a personal and powerful journey through the life, lessons, and lasting legacy of legendary coach George Raveling. This isn't about hearing what you want to hear; it's about hearing what you need to hear. Ed shares how Coach Raveling's words and philosophies shaped him as a young boy, carried him through dark times, and continue to guide his leadership and parenting today. Through stories of cassette tapes in a hot car, life-changing camp speeches, and powerful lessons on accountability and resilience, Ed paints a vivid picture of a man who impacted thousands, from athletes to leaders to everyday people, striving to be better. In Loving Memory of George Raveling - Extract from letter by The Daily Coach On September 1st, the world lost a remarkable person: George Henry Raveling, our mentor, co-founder, and beloved "Coach." He passed away peacefully at 88, surrounded by his family, after a courageous battle with cancer. Coach Raveling was born in 1937 in a world that didn't recognize his humanity. Despite the challenges of segregation, he overcame adversity with determination and made a significant impact on countless lives. His legacy is more than just his success in sports and leadership; it's about the people he touched and the transformations he inspired. Coach was a gentle, compassionate, and humble soul. He believed in the importance of relationships over victories. His life was about guiding others, offering wisdom, and caring for people, no matter their background. His approach to leadership was uncommon, challenging the status quo and always staying true to his values. He was a friend, mentor, confidant, and source of inspiration to many. His wisdom and kindness left a lasting impression on all who knew him. Although we are deeply saddened by his loss, we celebrate his 88 years of life—years full of purpose and meaning. Coach's story reminds us that it's never too late to pursue what lights up our soul and make a difference in the world. His mantra, “If it is to be, it's up to me,” embodies his relentless spirit. Coach Raveling's impact transcends accolades. He was simply a good person who lived fully, helping others along the way. He will be remembered for his resilience, curiosity, love for life, and the legacy of kindness he leaves behind. Our condolences and love go to the Raveling family and all who were touched by Coach's life. We will continue to honor his legacy through how we live, love, lead, and treat others. Rest in peace, Coach. You will always be adored and missed. Our Host Ed is a coach down to the very smallest molecule of his DNA. Whether he's a husband and father at home or working with a client in the business world, he is an energized, passionate, and near-obsessive coach who is fully invested in showing up with all he's got to help you show up with all you've got. His approach insists on presence. He knows no other way to catalyze change except by getting on the court with you, playing side-by-side, and encouraging you to keep pushing, especially when the going gets tough. In the last 30 years, Ed has developed his leadership skills in both athletics and business. From working as an NCAA Basketball coach at Texas A&M, DePaul NIU, and Lewis University to becoming the Vice President of a national recruiting firm, Ed Molitor has experienced the potential and pitfalls of leadership at every level. As the founder and CEO of The Molitor Group, today Ed guides emerging and established leaders across biopharma and biotech to apply the proven lessons of coaching in their pursuit of inspiring and driving their team's performance. Through personalized training, workshops, keynote speeches, his writing, and as a podcast host, Ed seeks to empower individuals and their organizations to achieve victory through a focus on transformation, fundamentals, compassion, mental toughness, and vision. Ed graduated from St. Ambrose University with a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Economics where he was a member of the Men's Basketball team serving as the co-captain his Senior year. Before St. Ambrose, he studied business at Creighton University where he played on the Men's Basketball teams which included a 1989 MVC Regular Season and Tournament Champions, NCAA Tournament, and a 1990 NIT Tournament. What You'll Learn in This Episode “If it is to be, it's up to me.” How Coach Raveling's famous mantra instilled ownership, responsibility, and resilience. The importance of telling people what they need to hear, not just what they want to hear. How leadership is less about wins and losses and more about relationships, impact, and transformation. Personal reflections on parenting, leadership, and carrying forward Coach Raveling's legacy. Why his influence extended beyond basketball shaping culture, mentorship, and even history (including his role in the March on Washington and the creation of Air Jordan). It is easy to understand why the ego mind has no freedom. Neither does it have originality or courage, nor even the ability to love, in the real sense of that word. The secret to leading a fulfilling life is simple: your soul must awaken and extract itself from the limitations of the ego straitjacket. Once free, the soul can easily transform its personal identity to accurately reflect its divine nature of limitless potency. This is the goal of the spiritual quest.
Welcome back to The Alpha Male Coach Podcast, brothers. In this powerful episode, we return to the “Life Is A Game” series and uncover Rule #4—how to keep score in this game we call life. We've talked about the board, the teammates, the opponent, and now we get to what really matters: the purpose of the game and how we measure success from a quantum, spiritual perspective. The question at the center of this episode is: Why are we here? And more importantly, how do we know if we're winning? This isn't about material victories or external rewards. Scoring points in life means transforming who you are. It's about shifting from reactivity to proactivity, from being an effect of the world to being a cause in the world. Every moment you catch yourself reacting—and choose to create instead—you've just scored a point. We explore the binary nature of this spiritual game. Every choice is either tipping the scale toward expansion and consciousness or toward contraction and unconsciousness. The opponent's job is to pull you into reaction. Your job is to transform that instinct into a conscious, intentional action. It's that transformation that earns the points.Through deep teaching and clear analogies, I walk you through this process using the Model of Alignment, a tool to help you see your patterns and interrupt them. Whether it's in your thoughts, feelings, or actions, there's always a moment to step in and reclaim your power. I give you four scenarios—four different men facing the same million-dollar temptation—to show how transformation isn't about what you do, but who you're being when you do it.I also share how spiritual transformation connects you to the quantum field, where manifestation begins. The greater the transformation, the greater the power you access. This is where you become a conscious creator, a player in the game who knows how to score big, not by trying harder, but by aligning deeper. You'll learn why buffering (those small, unconscious habits and distractions) is low-hanging fruit in your development and how addressing it gives you an immediate opportunity to train your transformation muscle. This is how we expand our consciousness, this is how we elevate. This episode is not just a lesson—it's a call to action. No special practices, no big life changes needed. Just awareness, honesty, and the willingness to interrupt the default and become the creator of your life. That's how we win, and every time you do it, you raise the vibration of the whole team. You're not just playing for you, brother. You're playing for all of us. The game is on. The rules are clear. It's time to score some points.Until next week, elevate your alpha.

In this episode, we dive deep into one of the most transformative spiritual practices: doing the opposite of what your ego tells you to do. This teaching isn't just about being contrarian—it's about understanding that the opponent, the ego, is a force that contracts your consciousness and diminishes your vessel. And just like any force—like gravity—it can be resisted. Not with hatred or struggle, but with awareness, with repetition, and with action rooted in love and higher intention. We begin with the recognition that modern life is full of subtle temptations to remain asleep: to complain instead of appreciate, to judge instead of love, to react instead of respond. These are not just behavioral habits, they are spiritual exercises handed over to the ego. But when we choose to do the opposite—to act with consciousness instead of compulsion—we begin the process of inner expansion.Drawing from my past experience as a fitness trainer and coach, I offer a powerful metaphor that brings this lesson home. Just like physical strength is built through resisting gravity—through deadlifts, squats, and bench presses—spiritual strength is built by resisting the opponent. The force of the ego, like gravity, is not “bad.” It exists to serve your growth. When you lift against it, you get stronger. But when you surrender to it, you atrophy—physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically.I share stories from my time volunteering with hospice patients to illustrate this even further. When the body is no longer resisting gravity, when movement ceases and the vessel weakens, we see what happens in the absence of resistance. The same happens in consciousness: when we stop working against the ego, our inner strength fades. We lose access to joy, love, gratitude, confidence, and generosity—not because these energies aren't real, but because we no longer have the capacity to hold them.Brothers, everything is energy. Everything is consciousness. Reality itself is a projection, a 3D hologram flowing from the fourth-dimensional source. You are not here to be a passive observer of that projection. You are here to master the game—by knowing the rules, studying your opponent, and practicing your strategy. The Academy for Conscious Expansion exists for that very purpose. Just as a coach guides your physical form through training, I've built a space to guide your consciousness through transformation. And while this podcast offers the universal rules and teachings, the Academy offers the tools and mentorship to begin applying them directly in your life.So if you're ready to do more than understand—if you're ready to practice—then your path is right here. Begin by doing the opposite of what your ego suggests. Step into the arena, lift the weight, and watch your vessel expand. This is how you elevate your alpha.
In this powerful episode, we dive deep into the nature of the “opponent” — the ego-driven force within us that perpetuates selfishness, pain, and separation. The core message revolves around how this opponent continuously pushes us into patterns of egocentricity, fear, doubt, jealousy, and suffering, keeping us trapped in a cycle of repeated pain and ignorance. But the good news? The Source has already given us a way to rise above this force and reclaim the pure consciousness and everlasting happiness that was originally ours. The episode breaks down four crucial ways the Source empowers us to overcome the opponent:First, we are able to feel potential pain without having to experience the full blow of actual pain. This is the mercy built into the game — a protective measure allowing us to confront challenges without being destroyed by them.Second, we can let the ego take the hit instead of the soul taking the hit. The ego is a false self, a mask crafted by the opponent to keep us trapped in selfishness and suffering. By allowing the ego to suffer and absorb the pain, the soul remains unharmed and free to move toward greater awareness and freedom.Third, the game asks us to choose short-term pain over long-term suffering. This is the essence of renouncing selfishness. Though letting go of ego-driven desires hurts — and it hurts deeply — this initial pain is a shortcut to breaking free from the cycle of long-lasting pain, disease, emotional turmoil, and repeated lifetimes of suffering.Fourth, constant awareness of the pain and its purpose is essential. Recognizing that the pain inflicted by the opponent is a signal, a challenge designed to lead us toward greater consciousness, helps us endure and even welcome the discomfort. This awareness transforms pain from an enemy into a guide. The episode further unpacks how selfishness is not simply a human flaw but the opponent's primary tool, disguised under countless expressions like jealousy, anger, fear, and doubt. It's the force behind every global and personal problem — poverty, disease, environmental destruction — reflecting the collective ego's effect on the world.Yet, the opponent isn't an evil entity but rather a force working for the Source's ultimate purpose: to push us to grow and earn our way back to pure consciousness — a state of love, abundance, and joy. It's a challenging journey, often taking lifetimes, but one worth every struggle. The episode closes with a call to brothers everywhere to renounce selfishness, embrace selflessness, and face the ego's challenges head-on. To welcome humiliation, embarrassment, and the “death” of the false self as the path to true freedom. To understand that the external world is a mirror of our inner state and that miracles happen when we overcome our ego-driven nature. In embracing this truth, we find the power to break free from the opponent's grip and elevate our alpha — our pure consciousness — toward the happiness and peace that awaits us beyond the game.
In this multi-part episode, we go deep into the game of life — not as it appears on the surface, but as it truly is in the unseen world of consciousness, energy, and soul design. This isn't about philosophy or religion. It's about remembering. It's about returning. It's about rising. In Part 1, we begin with the “who” — who you truly are beneath the illusions. You are not the body. You are not your thoughts. You are not your beta condition. You are the vessel designed to receive and radiate endless energy. You are the alpha state, the spark of the Source, sent here not to suffer but to succeed — to remember your divinity, to overcome the illusion of separation, and to return home with more than you left with.In Part 2, we dive into the “why” — why you came here. We explore the divine intention behind your descent into this realm of contrast and duality. You didn't fall by accident; you came to transform lack into abundance, pain into power, and illusion into truth. You came to earn what was once given freely — to become a creator like the Creator. And we introduce the key player in this journey: the opponent, the force that appears negative but ultimately serves your elevation. In Part 3, we explore the “how” — how the fall happened, how the opponent infiltrated the vessel, and how low self-worth became the greatest lie ever told. Through metaphor and story, we uncover how temptation lured us into short-term pleasure, how shame disconnected us from the Source, and how the ego — the voice of the opponent — became the dominant operating system for humanity. But this isn't a story of defeat. It's the beginning of the awakening. This episode sets the stage for learning how to play the game — to know the rules, develop your strategy, and practice with purpose. Because when you do, brother, you win. And when you win, you earn the energy, the light, the love that has always been yours.Next week, we go deeper into the opponent's use of pain — and how to transcend it.
Life, as we experience it, isn't random. It's a game. And here's the catch: we're not just players; we signed up for this. We agreed to step into these bodies, with all the limitations and struggles, because we knew that the deeper our experience, the closer we would get to the light we all seek. That light is our true nature — pure, endless, radiant energy. But there's a catch: we don't just get to have it handed to us. We have to earn it.Now, I know this might sound like a lot of philosophical fluff. But bear with me. The reason life feels hard sometimes, why we're constantly facing challenges, is because we're learning how to interact with the energy around us in a way that brings us closer to that light. Every challenge, every setback, is an opportunity to choose again, to let go of fear, to move through resistance, and to step into something higher. You've heard of the ego, right? It's the part of us that wants control, that wants to keep us separate, that always wants to react from a place of fear. It's not the enemy, though. It's a tool — a part of the game that helps us grow. But here's the thing: when you're aware of the ego, you don't have to be ruled by it. It's like any tool. You can use it or you can let it use you. The more you choose love over fear, the more you expand your ability to give, to love, to be present, to hold space — and in that space, you find light. And here's where it gets really interesting: giving is not about overgiving, people-pleasing, or pretending to be selfless. True giving comes from a place of wholeness. You cannot give what you don't have. So, if you're feeling drained, or if you're giving out of obligation, that's not true giving. It's a transaction. And you're missing the point. True giving is when you're full of your own energy — and when you give from that place, it doesn't deplete you. It amplifies you.Let's talk about the vessel for a moment. The vessel is you. It's me. It's every human being walking this earth. We are all one, even though we look different and act different. When you interact with someone, you're interacting with another piece of your own soul. Every judgment you cast, every act of kindness, every word of encouragement — it's all happening within the collective energy of humanity. The more you embody love, the more the collective energy rises. And you rise with it.Remember: this is not about bypassing the hard stuff. Life is a game, but that doesn't mean it's all sunshine and rainbows. It means that the struggles, the pain, the challenges, are all part of the process. They're part of the game. And when you face them with conscious awareness, with presence, you earn the light — and that light becomes a part of who you are.So, my invitation to you: stop trying to escape the game. Play it. Show up. Step into the fullness of your experience and know that every choice you make is a step closer to who you really are. The light is waiting, and it's always been within you. The only thing left to do is to choose it.

In this powerful and illuminating episode, Kevin takes listeners on a journey into the heart of what he calls “the game of life”—not as a metaphor for competition, but as a spiritual blueprint for awakening. With his signature clarity and energy, he unpacks what the game truly is, how it works, and most importantly, why we're playing it.At its core, the point of the game is expansion. Not just intellectual growth, not just material achievement—but a deep, soul-level expansion of consciousness, energy, and alignment with truth. Kevin explains that we didn't come here to suffer, chase status, or fix the world. We came here to remember who we really are: limitless, eternal beings playing a temporary role. Life is not happening to us—it's happening for us. And once we're ready, it begins happening through us.He describes three levels of awareness in the game: first, where we feel like victims of life (“It's happening to me”); second, where we begin to see life as a teacher (“It's happening for me”); and finally, the level of divine embodiment (“It's happening through me”). As we level up through these stages, the game becomes clearer, lighter, and more joyful—even in the midst of challenge.Kevin challenges listeners to stop sleepwalking through life. The default setting of the game is ego: fear, scarcity, control, validation. But that's not the point. The point is not to win in the eyes of the world, but to wake up and play consciously. To recognize every challenge as training, every trigger as a tool, and every relationship as a mirror. To dissolve the illusion of separateness and remember our true nature as love and awareness. The game isn't random. It's beautifully designed. You chose your role. You chose your circumstances. And even though you've forgotten the rules, they're always guiding you back to truth. Kevin explains how your soul knows the path, and when you surrender to that inner wisdom, life begins to flow in alignment. Miracles become normal. Peace becomes your baseline. Joy becomes your natural state.Using the metaphor of a sport, Kevin explains that each person has unique gifts and limitations, and the goal isn't to compare or compete—but to master your own position. The more you expand your vessel—the capacity to hold energy, truth, and presence—the more naturally you uplift others just by being who you are. That's the real win: expansion that leads to impact. This episode is an invitation to stop playing small, stop reacting from ego, and start engaging with life as a conscious, empowered soul. You were never meant to just survive—you were meant to remember, expand, and radiate light into the world. At the end of the episode, Kevin announces the launch of the Academy for Consciousness Expansion (ACE)—a redesigned teaching platform that offers deeper trainings, community connection, and one-on-one mentorship to help you master your own game.
