    Karolina Dubiel is the CEO of a global non-profit, a Civil Air Patrol cadet, and holder of a Student Pilot Certificate. In an effort to introduce more young girls into traditionally male-dominated STEM fields, she founded and personally manages the Girls in Aerospace Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on bringing aerospace opportunities to women worldwide, impacting over 15,000 young women to date with events, webinars, and programs. As an award-winning amateur web developer, she specializes in simple, usable applications centered around daily tasks.     Anouk Yeh is a sixteen-year-old writer and organizer from the Bay Area, California. She is the founding Executive Director of Celebrating Differences Organization, a nonprofit focused on promoting neurodivergent awareness and inclusivity that serves 5 locations across the nation. Outside of Celebrating Differences, Anouk is a nationally recognized spoken word poet. She was the 2018 Cupertino City Youth Poetry Slam Champion and a 2020 National Student Poet Program semifinalist. She has spoken after prominent figures including Congresswoman Anna Eshoo, California State Controller Betty Yee and peace activist Ela Gandhi and has been published in the Los Angeles Review of Books, the Reappropriate Journal, Times Herald and more.     Inequality In The Healthcare Sector, Advocating For Those With Disabilities, and Menstrual Health with Stuti Chakraborty

    Stuti Chakraborty is currently an intern at Christian Medical College, Vellore. She is also a country representative for Healthcare Information for All, part of the SDG 3 working group for the United Nations Major Group for Children and Youth, a country correspondent for YourCommonwealth, a communications team correspondent for the Global Healthcare Workforce Network, and a country correspondent for IHP Global. She recently started working with Global Health Mentorships as a content facilitator and has also been a pioneer member for the launch of the India Chapter of Women in Global Health as a Chapter Officer over the last few months. She was also the only youth speaker from India to shed light on the topic of ‘Gender Equity in the Healthcare Sector' for the GHWN Youth Hub Online Conference hosted in December 2019. She has represented her country across several platforms in the past including being a youth representative from the UN MGCY at the Global Conference on Primary Healthcare held in Astana in 2018. In her work, she advocates for young people's health with a special focus on the rights of Persons with Disabilities. She wishes to pursue research in the field of neurosciences in the near future. As a young healthcare professional of physical medicine and rehabilitation, she has been able to provide health education to over 15 rural areas on topics of disability, menstrual health and stigma and gender-based violence. She was the first student in her university to initiate a foreign student exchange program after 10 years and has taken up various scientific research led initiatives such as founding the research newsletter and being the organizing head for her college national symposium in order for encouraging more students to get interested in research at the ground level. She is currently co-leading on kickstarting a national level campaign on maternal mental health along with two other friends after observing several mothers go through postpartum depression during her clinical rotations throughout medical college.     Today, I had the amazing opportunity to speak with Simran Kapoor, the Founder and President of The Bottle Project. The Bottle Project is a youth-led organization that follows the idea that there is a bottle inside each individual that collects their thoughts. Her mission is simple: to fill the bottles of those around her with positivity. Through the rhetoric of the bottle, she hopes to establish a sense of positivity and individualism in youth, reinforcing the idea of positive mental health. During our conversation, Simran discussed her thoughts regarding the stigma surrounding mental health, self-care in quarantine, starting a nonprofit organization, and more.     Nyla Choates is a 17 year old youth activist from the Bay Area. She recently organized her own local Black Lives Matter protest in Milpitas, after she realized that it was time for her city to break silence. She was able to have not only a powerful protest, but a peaceful one with thousands of people in attendance. Nyla is extremely passionate about fighting systemic racism within the education system. To combat this, she recently started her own nonprofit called My Roots Are Rich. The mission of her nonprofit is to empower, inspire, and educate people by reinforcing the rich history of African Americans. Nyla's favorite quote is “ You have to be the change that you want to see in the world.” She wants to be the change.     Tobi Bankole, the Director of Outreach for Students for Black Lives, is an incoming freshman at Stanford University, where she plans to study Political Science and Creative Writing. She was born in Hull, England, and raised in Virginia to a Nigerian-English family. She is passionate about intersectional activism, literature, and politics. Myanno Miller, Director of Operations for Students for Black Lives, is a Los Angeles raised incoming freshman at Northwestern University planning to study International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies. She is half Black, half Burmese and was born in Tokyo, Japan. She has been in Model United Nations for six years and hopes to continue through college.
