Sponsored by EasyDNS https://easydns.com/NotOnRecord In this episode, three complex sexual assault cases are dissected, each involving unique circumstances but united by the common thread of reasonable doubt. From a university romance that ended in explosive allegations and contradictory messages, to a decades old claim resurrected from the 1980s hockey scene, and a rare same sex assault case entangled with financial disputes and a disappearing complainant, the episode explores how careful cross-examination, digital evidence, and inconsistencies in testimony can expose fabrications and shift the trajectory of high stakes criminal trials. Following years of speculation, this week U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi dismissed the existence of a long-rumored "Epstein client list," and reaffirmed that Jeffrey Epstein died by suicide. This comes after months of hopes — in some quarters — that Trump would make good on his promise to reveal more details about the case and those involved in a powerful network surrounding the now-dead Epstein.Trump's own vice president, J.D. Vance, wanted to know more. So did Elon Musk, who accused Trump of being in the so-called "Epstein files." Folks in the conservative media ecosystem are not taking this well. Vicky Ward is an investigative reporter and bestselling author who has been reporting on Epstein for years. You can read her work on Substack at Vicky Ward Investigates, and her most recent book, The Idaho Four: An American Tragedy, is out on Monday. Ward joins us to talk about the "Epstein files" and how the life and crimes of Jeffrey Epstein became one of the defining conspiracies of the 21st century.

The Trump Department of Justice, headed by Pam Bondi, has announced it will not be releasing Jeffrey Epstein's client list, in what appears to be a transparent coverup for powerful figures possibly implicated in Epstein's sex trafficking operations. As Jimmy points out, despite earlier promises from Bondi and FBI director Kash Patel that damning evidence existed, the official narrative now claims there is no client list, no blackmail material, and that Epstein died by suicide. As a result we have just another example of systemic corruption and hypocrisy in both political parties and the justice system. Plus a segment on Elon Musk's early effort to create a new political party to take on the duopoly's vise-like grip on our government. Also featuring Stef Zamorano, Mike MacRae and Sam Tripoli. And a phone call from Liam Neeson!
The DOJ and FBI recently closed the Epstein case, concluding that Epstein did not kill himself, had no client list, and was not blackmailing elites. However, doesn't this directly contradict statements made by Pam Bondi earlier this year? Furthermore, doesn't it conflict with comments President Trump has made over the past eight years? Did the DOJ and FBI mishandle the case and mislead the American public, or is something more strategic at play? Meanwhile, Texas and North Carolina are grappling with unprecedented destruction following devastating flash floods. The death toll in Texas has risen to 90, while widespread rescue efforts continue in North Carolina. These two great states will need our prayers and support. Over the weekend, Tucker Carlson interviewed the President of Iran, who shared his perspective on the ongoing tensions between the United States, Iran, and Israel. One can't help but wonder if we'll ever get the full truth.

CASE CLOSED Expert Testimony Confirms Karen Read's SUV Could Kill at 24 MPH Impact BREAKING: The Karen Read murder trial reached a pivotal moment when defense expert Dr. Daniel Wolfe's testimony BACKFIRED spectacularly, actually CONFIRMING that her Lexus SUV could absolutely deliver a fatal blow at 24 mph. Despite being hired by the defense team for $24,000, Wolfe's comprehensive ARCCA crash testing inadvertently validated the prosecution's vehicular homicide theory that Karen Read killed Boston Police Officer John O'Keefe by backing into him during the January 29, 2022 blizzard in Canton, Massachusetts. The scientific evidence is now undeniable: Read's taillight fragments containing O'Keefe's DNA, combined with vehicle data showing her SUV reversing at exactly 24.2 mph at 12:32 AM, creates an airtight case for premeditated murder. Wolfe's crash test dummy analysis proves that impact at this speed would absolutely shatter the taillight and cause fatal injuries consistent with O'Keefe's autopsy results. This episode breaks down the devastating forensic evidence that seals Karen Read's fate. We examine how the physics of vehicle-pedestrian impact at 24 mph creates the exact damage pattern found on Read's Lexus, analyze the DNA evidence that proves O'Keefe was struck by her SUV, and explore why even her own expensive expert witness couldn't dispute the prosecution's timeline. The federal Department of Justice's involvement in originally commissioning ARCCA adds credibility to findings that support the prosecution's case. Former FBI Special Agent Jennifer Coffindaffer provides expert analysis on how this testimony eliminates reasonable doubt and why Karen Read's conviction for second-degree murder is now inevitable. Justice for John O'Keefe is finally within reach as the scientific evidence proves beyond any doubt that Karen Read used her vehicle as a weapon to kill the 16-year veteran Boston police officer who was raising his orphaned niece and nephew. #KarenRead #JohnOKeefe #MurderTrial #ExpertTestimony #TrueKrime #Justice #VehicularHomicide #PoliceOfficer #Massachusetts #Guilty #ForensicEvidence #DNA #SUV #TailLight #Murder #Trial #Conviction Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? Dan Bongino, now serving as FBI Deputy Director, recently proclaimed that Jeffrey Epstein's 2019 death was unequivocally a suicide, asserting, "He killed himself. I've seen the whole file. He killed himself." This definitive stance starkly contrasts with Bongino's previous insinuations of conspiracy surrounding Epstein's demise. His sudden reversal, especially given the well-documented lapses in Epstein's jail monitoring—such as guards falling asleep and malfunctioning cameras—raises questions about the thoroughness and transparency of the investigation. Bongino's assertion seems to dismiss the complexities and unresolved aspects that have fueled public skepticism. The backlash from Bongino's core supporters was swift and intense. Prominent MAGA influencers accused him of betrayal, labeling him a "sell-out" and questioning his integrity. This reaction underscores a broader distrust in official narratives, especially when they appear to contradict earlier positions held by the same individuals. Bongino's abrupt shift not only alienates his base but also amplifies suspicions about potential institutional cover-ups.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:FBI deputy director Dan Bongino drops Jeffrey Epstein bombshell that sends MAGA conspiracy theorists wild | Daily Mail Online
Tune in for the final full episode of Season 11 of the Case Closed podcast, where we're serializing the audiobook edition of The Night Shift by Alex Finlay. It's New Year's Eve 1999. Y2K is expected to end in chaos: planes falling from the sky, elevators plunging to earth, world markets collapsing. A digital apocalypse. None of that happens. But at a Blockbuster Video in New Jersey, four teenagers working late at the store are attacked. Only one inexplicably survives. Police quickly identify a suspect, the boyfriend of one of the victims, who flees and is never seen again. Fifteen years later, more teenage employees are attacked at an ice cream store in the same town, and again only one makes it out alive. In the aftermath of the latest crime, three lives intersect: the lone survivor of the Blockbuster massacre who's forced to relive the horrors of her tragedy; the brother of the fugitive accused, who's convinced the police have the wrong suspect; and FBI agent Sarah Keller who must delve into the secrets of both nights—stirring up memories of teen love and lies—to uncover the truth about murders on the night shift. Twisty, poignant, and redemptive, The Night Shift is a story about the legacy of trauma and how the broken can come out on the other side, and it solidifies Finlay as one of the new leading voices in the world of thrillers.
