¿Es abogar por si mism@ un mecanismo sanador? Este tema es muy interesante, ya que nos quita ciertos tabús, como por ejemplo “cómo voy a hablar de ciertas cosas que no me gustan con mi pareja”, cómo podemos enfrentar situaciones incómodas, cómo este sentimiento al ser expresado puede liberar distintas culpas y penas que hayamos tenido y cómo las personas pueden transformar su entorno con una serie de pasos a seguir. También se estudian los posibles impactos positivos y negativos del tema, así como los aspectos que hay que considerar a la hora de querer cambiar algo en nuestras vidas. Al mismo tiempo, se dan muchos consejos y distintos escenarios que a nivel psicológico se recomiendan a los pacientes, todo con la finalidad de que estos sean libres y que puedan comunicar sus emociones no sólo de mejor manera, sino que hacer esto de forma oportuna.
