Today’s insightful guest is Clint Collins, a fellow property management entrepreneur, and a friend of mine! Clint has been in property management for over 15 years. Like many people, he got started by buying his own properties and figuring out how to manage them. He got so good at managing his own properties that other people started asking him to manage their properties, and he grew from there. He sold his company last year and has been consulting since then. Clint and I frequently geek out and brainstorm on the phone about Strategic Coach, a program we’re both in.
