Hey Tanner Fans, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Today, in honor of Andrea Barber's Birthday, I'm covering Full House S8E19: Taking The Plunge, which aired on February 28, 1995. In this episode It's D.J. to the rescue when she learns that Kimmy plans to elope with her new boyfriend, hoping that marriage will solve all her problems. Joey gets an opportunity to meet the Queen of England. This was a fun time covering this one, from DJ reeling from her rejection from Stanford, to our first official meeting of Dwayne, Kimmy's new boyfriend repeating his famous catch phrase "whatever" , to Joey's wacky adventure meeting the Queen of England, his supposed assassination attempt by camera "nobody move, I just gotta get one shot" (horrible choice of words, Joey) as he pulls out Michelle's camera like he's got a gun tucked away in his suit and finally to the create your own wedding with Kimmy and Dwayne dressing up as Friday the 13th, but honestly the officiate performing the ceremony looks like a mashup of the three big horror franchises of the 80's Freddy Krueger (the striped shirt), chainsaw (Texas Chainsaw Massacre) and the mask (Friday The 13th or and this is because part of the mask has a piece missing towards the bottom, makes me think of Phantom Of The Opera). I also found out you can have a Create Your Own Wedding Theme. Depending on what you want, they range from $700-$1300. I also found instructions on what to do if you meet the Queen. I was also thinking how cool it would have been if Stephanie had brought up Prince William who was the same age as her and me, 13. Like "Hey Joey, see if you can find out what Prince William's favorite food is from his Grandma. Thanks to Stephanie's mention of the Clapper and my searching Amazon for it, we are now the proud owners (well, actually Jeremy is) of a Darth Vader Clapper. Thanks, Stephanie I also look up the tv shows that had characters eloping: my favorites were: Nathan and Haley - One Tree Hill Corey and Topanga - Boy Meets World I also discuss where I know Scott Menville (Dwayne) from, The Wonder Years as Wart, Wayne Arnold's best friend (Kevin Arnold's older brother). Scott Menville delivers a great performance in The Wonder Years S6E1: Homecoming as his character comes back from the Vietnam War, forever changed. Join me on July 25, as I cover in honor of Juan Pablo Di Pace's Birthday (Fernando) Fuller House S4E9: Perfect Sons, which aired on December 14, 2018. In this episode Fernando's mother pays a surprise visit, so he presents that he Kimberly live here, have a baby and have D.J as her maid and Steve teaches Jackson how to drive. Max makes a memorable debut on "Wake Up San Francisco" when he got a B. Have a great holiday weekend everyone! To EMAIL The Podcast Go To: omhcfhfhpodcast@gmail.com

It's D-mo's 40th Birthday celebration on Solid Cat! We start with Shakespeare and we finish with German Expressionism, but in the middle... we're podcasting in the daytime (shock), Val sounds like a southern belle when off air, and Val is the personification of the Dead Sea. Romeo is a whiny little bitch. Zoe interrupts us, repeatedly. We people watch at the theatre. We talk Wonder Woman, and the Great Alaskan Bush Company. We have hot volleyball players and accident penis amputations. For his birthday, D-mo had a celebratory birthday at Jack in the Box. There is a muscular guy at the pool, and we discuss Howard-Hughes-isms. Val has a hippie mom and a sailor dad. We hit two museums and reference a third. We recite our General Apology, and share some motivational memes. "Why am I slow clapping?" This is Solid Cat.
It's D&D time! Tricia dives into the world of Role Playing Games with expert guides from One Shot podcast, Greta gives Veronica Mars homework and The Atlantic's Olga Khazan highlights how women rank around the world when it comes to STEM jobs, the Second Shift and more.
