Hour 1 * Guest: Lowell Nelson – CampaignForLiberty.org – RonPaulInstitute.org * Utah Republican Party Nominating Convention Report. * Mike Lee (one of seven candidates) won the nomination of the party (in the first round) with 71% of the delegates' votes. * incumbent Chris Stewart won easily with 84% of the vote (against one opponent). * Chris Herrod and John Curtis (incumbent) are in a primary race. Herrod received 55% of the vote. Both Jason Preston and Tim Aalders were eliminated in the first round. * incumbent Burgess Owens won easily with 69% of the vote (against one opponent). * For the first time in our history, the state school board races were partisan. * The reason Lowell mentions the small number of delegates is to underscore the importance of being involved in the party as a delegate. Your vote there is HUGE. * The party used the electronic keypads (clickers) again this year. But the party had not included a rule that the clickers' votes be published. So Lowell made a motion that they be published, and the delegates agreed. * Lowell goes to Nashville, Tennessee: We were not required to wear face diapers on the plane. We saw smiles again, and we smiled at others. Seems the skies are friendly once again! * Newquist Event Report: There were three main speakers: Scott Bradley, Robert Brown, and Alex Newman. * Dr. SCOTT BRADLEY discussed the Fauci Facade. * ROBERT BROWN warned us of the dangers of a constitutional convention, a “con-con,” or a convention of states. But he first encouraged each of us (all of us) to be constitutional scholars. He said that deTocqueville (in the early part of our country's history) observed that most early Americans understood our history and our constitution. Encountering someone who did not understand these things was a rarity. * ALEX NEWMAN discussed the Great Reset. The Great Reset of Capitalism is authored by globalists like Klaus Schwab, who founded the World Economic Forum. * What will our society look like in 2030? Total surveillance, no privacy, vaccine passports, digital IDs, and cashless. We will have a new morality, new ethics. Transhumanism will be merging biology and technology. And we will like it. How do we know this? Because they are indoctrinating our children in government schools. * Alex suggested that Bill Gates (and other globalists) are attempting to edit the human genome. They call it “hacking the operating system of life.” These men are attempting to upgrade themselves to Godhood. Hour 2 * Guest: Dr. Scott Bradley – To Preserve The Nation – FreedomsRisingSun.com * Newquist Event: Dr. BRADLEY Spoke on the “Fauci Facade”! * The Global Covid cabal is being used to force the “Great Reset” of society to destroy your agency and liberties, destroy America your way of life, destroy small businesse, and make you a slave. * Coming soon: Climate lock-downs? – TheHill. * What would climate lock-downs look like? Most likely, cities and states would begin a gradual and discrete ramp-up of restrictions. During the early days of the pandemic, millions of Americans worked from home; this could become the permanent norm if special carbon taxes are put in place. Such taxes could be imposed on companies, limiting driving or air miles, and extend to individual employees. Drive to work in a car? You get hit with the tax. * Elites insist that climate change is the “biggest threat modern humans have ever faced.” Climate lockdowns and other restrictions will be framed as saving the people of the United States, and the world, from themselves. Today, we continue our series of “meet the candidates” and are joined by Chris Herrod, who is challenging Rep. John Curtis in the upcoming primary in Utah-3. Chris was raised in Provo, Utah, since 1972. After collage, he lived overseas and worked in Moscow and taught at a university in Ukraine, where he met his wife. He served in the Utah House of Representatives from 2007 to 2012 and was the state director for Cruz for President in 2016. Chris spoke a lot about his time overseas in Russia and Ukraine during the collapse of the Soviet Union and how he learned that socialism destroys a civilization. He believes the debt will trigger hyper-inflation like he saw in the former Soviet Union and the political class doesn’t understand its results.  He also wants to focus a lot on returning power back to western states and to expose how government is hurting rural Utah by not allowing the state to develop its resources, which would also help our national security and bid for energy independence. Chris is a passionate defender of national sovereignty and wrote a book on how open borders are the most uncompassionate policy to the very people Democrats purport to protect. In general, Chris feels that Republicans do a poor job of explaining how Democrats' economic policies hurt the very people they are designed to help.     This is our eighth episode of “Meet the Candidates” at "The Conservative Conscience." The first seven episodes were with Chip Roy, Art Halvorson, Nick Freitas, Chris McDaniel, Jarrin Jackson, Richard Moss, and Shak Hill.   Show links The importance of the Utah Convention Chris Herrod’s book: “The Forgotten Immigrant – How Tolerating Illegal Immigration Hurts Immigrants” Behind every caravan of illegals is a massive shipment of drugs   Copyright CRTV.
