Thank you. Jesus said in the last days "the love of many would wax cold." The very body of Christ has become so deeply involved in this world that the love of God has gone out of them. Very few can be found that are vessels of God flowing with His love-life. We are headed into a time that America is walking the gang-plank into shark infested waters. Every one is afraid about their future. Stress is eating away at the lives of people across all socio and economic levels. No one feels safe anymore and only have expectations of harder times. Like the Egyptians who were in heavy bondage and were still expected to meet the daily quota or else. Jesus MUST become our dwelling place as there is really no where else to go. It seems that any direction you look, there is volcanic evil erupting on a massive national scale. When we have the love of God in us we can fully trust in Him. His love for us is His power that potently defends and preserves. We have His supernatual peace and protection that this world cannot provide. I believe what is coming will demand faithful obedience every moment. We are going to be put into situations that will not need the pointless, self-styled skills of chopping one another down because they do not agree with one another. No one ever comes to Christ that way. Do not put your hand in the mortal hands that turn people into images of themselves that are arrogant and mean. Instead, place your hands into the immortal hands of Jesus Christ even now. Follow no one else and He will protect you and lead you home, and will save your household for his namesake. "God is nearer to you than any thought or feeling of yours... Do not be afraid."~ George MacDonald --- Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/joanie-stahl/support
John 3:22-36 Jesus Must Increase
Pastor Lucho comes from a difficult childhood marked by poverty, gangs, and drug addiction in Lower East Manhattan. Despite moments of remorse and seeking God's forgiveness, Lucho continued to struggle with addiction. After a particularly serious arrest for attempting to murder a cop and facing up to 30 years in prison, Lucho felt a sense of peace and continued to testify boldly about his faith. With the help of advocates and a favorable outcome in court, Lucho found freedom through his faith in Jesus Christ while in prison. He emphasizes the importance of understanding the root of anger, which is fear and insecurities and shifting focus to security in God's word. The speaker now dedicates his life to spreading the gospel and helping others find their way to the kingdom of God. He also shares the importance of forgiveness, love, and obedience to God, as well as the consequences of dying without Christ.Connect with Pastor LuchoEmail ⇨ Pastorlucho@yahoo.comBook ⇨ https://amzn.to/4cxSm8ySupport our channel & Become a Partner ⇨ https://www.missiondelafe.org/ Submit Your Testimony ⇨ https://www.missiondelafe.org/get-involvedSpeak with a leader near you who can help you ⇨ https://bit.ly/483VdDA Listen on Podcast Spotify Podcast ⇨ https://spoti.fi/3RBKdq3Apple Podcast ⇨ https://apple.co/3evzCuuProduction Credits:Directed by Eric Villatoro Interviewed by Eric VillatoroEdited By David Pauta, Joshua Gayle Audio Mixed by Paul Nicholas Testimony Recorded at King of the Nations Church in Rockville, MDDelafé Testimonies is a global evangelistic project with the mission of creating the world's largest archive of Jesus testimonies. When good things happen in our lives, sometimes we'll say that we were fortunate or even “lucky” that things turned out that way. But that isn't the case with Jesus' resurrection. His resurrection from the tomb wasn't just nice, it was necessary. In fact, the NT says Jesus “must” rise again. As we search the Scriptures, what are five reasons why Jesus must rise again, and how do these reasons still impact us today? (Resurrection Sunday 2024)

another side of Jesus. So far He has pursued his disciples and been pursued by Nicodemus, a supposedly very righteous and influential man, now He will make sure He will have a divine appointment with this very unrighteous and shunned woman of Samaria. Just as Nicodemus did not understand what Jesus was trying to tell him, this woman will not get it either at first. It is amazing how simple the Gospel is, that a little child can understand and believe, yet a grown man or woman with great intelligence will not and cannot understand it. Have you come to that place yet where you believe? I hope so, if not by the time this message is over I pray you will understand the truth and truly believe Jesus is the Christ, God in human flesh and ask Him to forgive you and save you. https://www.sermonaudio.com/solo/hisloveministries/sermons/1102341115949/ Mark 8:36 "For what will it profit a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. Have you trusted Him as your Savior? He can Save you if You ask Him based on His death, burial, and resurrection for your sins. Believe in Him for forgiveness of your sins today. “And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” -John 8:32 Our mission is to spread the gospel and to go to the least of these with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ; We reach out to those the World has forgotten. hisloveministries.podbean.com #HLMSocial hisloveministries.nethttps://www.instagram.com/hisloveministries1/?hl=en His Love Ministries on Itunes Don't go for all the gusto you can get, go for all the God (Jesus Christ) you can get. In order to avoid the gospels of sin management in our culture, we must have a view of the good news and the kingdom of God that transcends just going to heaven or simply being committed to social justice. We must have Jesus be our teacher. In doing so, we will be able to enter life in the kingdom of God, preparing us for eternity. Luke and Daniel see the trend of modernism doing no favors for a vibrant view of scripture. It is our goal to widen the field of vision for modern people reading the Bible as we grapple with its ancient context, literary beauty, and symbolic underpinnings. You may have been taught to read texts with an eye for their literary and symbolic structures in English courses in high school and/or college, but rarely is this taught to seminary students or lay Christians alike when it comes to the Bible. We want to keep this eye for symbolism, repetition, and structure as we investigate the Biblical canon, linking it to modern and old examples that are extemporaneous yet connected to aid in giving the broader field of vision mentioned earlier. Come along with us on our journey to read your bible again for the first time. We hope that through the words of those that have come before us, we can give Western Christianity its imagination back.

Rev. Jacob Dandy, pastor at Zion Lutheran Church and School in Terra Bella, CA, joins host Rev. Timothy Appel to study John 3:22-36. The ministry of John the Baptist has not ended even after Jesus' public ministry begins. Yet John is not interested in any sort of competition between him and Jesus. Instead, John's ministry continues in the joy to point people to Jesus as the Christ, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world. John knows that he must decrease, and Jesus must increase. Those who listen to John and believe in Jesus as the Son of God are given eternal life. God grant John's same attitude to all pastors and Christians still today. “The Word Made Flesh” is a series on Sharper Iron that goes through the Gospel according to St. John. The disciple whom Jesus loved wrote his Gospel account as an eyewitness to Jesus' life and ministry. As we read the Word of God recorded by St. John, the Holy Spirit works in us so that we might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and so have life by faith in His name.
