Have you ever noticed how certain lighting instantly makes you feel edgy - like your eyes get tired, your head feels busy, and your patience disappears faster than usual? This episode wasn't part of the original plan for the Safety Series, but it felt important enough to add.Because in this one, I'm talking about something we rarely connect to hormones, or PMS: the way your eyes take in light all day long. You might be surprised to learn how that small light bulb in your bedroom can actually keep your brain working overtime. The screens we stare at, even just to relax, and the constant visual input our brains are trying to process, can quietly pile on stress without us ever connecting the dots.Over time, that extra demand can show up as irritability, low energy, and even ADHD-like symptoms, especially later in your cycle.A few things I talk through in this episode:Why your eyes can keep your nervous system switched on even when you're restingHow certain types of light quietly make PMS and overwhelm feel worseSimple, affordable changes that can help your brain wind down at nightThis conversation is practical, gentle, and very doable. No perfection needed. And no expensive bio hacks either.Listen in, take what feels doable, and remember: even small changes in what your eyes take in can make a meaningful difference over time.Download the new 20-min private podcast training - Simply Nourished CyclesBook a FREE Hormone Strategy Call with meNEED HELP FIXING YOUR HORMONES? The US housing market seemed like it was moving in the right direction recently, some better results people said were lower mortgage rates finally starting to work. But then reality dropped like a hammer today when the nation's largest realtor group reported a massive 9.3% drop in pending home sales for December, biggest monthly decline since 2020. Stunned analysts are trying to figure out why lower rates aren't stimulating housing and what these latest results mean. He Must Increase, I Must Decrease He Must Increase, . . . The Homily weaves together the Letter of St. John and the Gospel's encounter . . . . . . with John the Baptist to confront a central Christian tension: believers are truly begotten of God and called to freedom from sin, yet they still struggle daily with weakness and divided hearts. St. John's stark claim that those begotten of God do not sin is not naïve or dismissive of human frailty; rather, it holds before us the full vision of what God's grace is meant to accomplish over time . . . a gradual but real transformation into holiness. This struggle is most clearly expressed in the warning, “Beware of idols.” Idolatry is not merely the worship of false gods in stone or wood, but the subtler temptation to fashion God in our own image—to follow Him on our terms, according to our preferences, fears, and egos. Such self-made gods quietly displace the true God and fracture the heart. As surrender to Christ deepens, these idols lose their power. . . . I Must Decrease The Gospel illustrates this truth through John the Baptist's humility. Faced with questions about ritual washings and concerns about his diminishing prominence, John redirects attention away from himself and toward Christ. Rituals, ministries, and even religious figures have meaning only insofar as they prepare the way for Jesus. John's defining posture . . . “He must increase; I must decrease” . . . is not self-negation but right ordering: Christ must be central, and everything else finds its place in relation to Him. As the Christmas season draws to a close with the Baptism of the Lord, the reflection culminates sacramentally in the Eucharist. Christ, once an infant in the manger, now comes to dwell within the believer. Each “Amen” becomes a renewed rejection of idols and a consent to Christ's growth within the heart. Slowly, faithfully, this diminishing of self allows believers to approach the freedom and joy of true children of God. Listen to this Meditation Media. What if scaling your business didn't require hiring, hustling harder, or stacking endless clients? In this episode, Brett sits down with Pia Silva (No BS Mastery) to break down a simple model for building a highly profitable solo (or two-person) business — built around intensives, clear boundaries, and pricing for outcomes (not hours).Pia shares how she and her husband went from $40K in debt to $500K in revenue by shifting from long, drawn-out projects to a focused, high-value intensive model. Then she explains her signature framework — the 50-25-25 Rule — and how to reverse-engineer your pricing based on the life you actually want.If you're a corporate escapee (or future one) trying to make real money without recreating the corporate grind… this is the blueprint.Join the Escapee Collective! What you'll learn • Why most “big ticket” projects are often the least profitable • Pia's 50-25-25 Rule for profit + freedom (and how to use it to price your offers) • How to design offers so you make your monthly revenue in 50% of your client hours • The two levers to grow profit without working more: • Increase value (real + perceived) • Decrease time (intensify delivery) • A smarter version of “good / better / best” packaging (without selling deliverables) • How to use a Lead Product (paid) instead of free proposals to build trust fast • Why warm networks beat websites and content in the early stages • How to build boundaries that prevent scope creep (without sounding rigid) • The mindset shift escapees must make: sell outcomes, not timeKey frameworks + concepts mentioned • The Intensives Model: Focused delivery in a compressed timeframe vs. dragging projects out for months • 50-25-25 Rule: Make your total revenue in 50% (or less) of your client-working hours so you have time for life • Lead Product Method: A paid diagnostic/strategy step that replaces proposals and tees up an easy upsell • Boundaries via Process: Clear steps + expectations reduce pushback and scope creepResources from Pia • Scale Solo Playbook: NoBSMastery.com/playbook • Price to Freedom CalculatorConnect with Pia • Instagram: @pialovesyourbiz • LinkedIn: Pia Silva
CR18 X2M.240 — Qōm קוֹם (The Standing Pattern · Authority Acts Without Announcement) Authority does not culminate in survival. It culminates in motion that no longer needs permission. Qōm names the moment when endurance becomes action. In its biblical usage, קוֹם does not describe ascent under pressure, but standing into action. It is the verb of arising to speak, arising to judge, arising to move history forward. The strain remains, but the posture changes. What endured now advances.¹ If Yāqûm is authority that refuses collapse, Qōm is authority that no longer waits. CR18 assigns X2M.240 to the phase where coherence stops merely absorbing disturbance and begins shaping the field again. The apparatus is still unreliable. Opposition has not vanished. But the sovereign no longer defines himself in relation to resistance. He stands and acts because standing has become stable. Scripture consistently frames Qōm as the transition from hidden fidelity to visible execution. “Arise, O Lord,” is not a request for proof. It is a declaration that the time for proof has passed.² In narrative terms, this is the shift from Micaiah in prison to Elijah calling fire, from Joseph enduring confinement to Joseph administering famine, from David hunted to David governing. The authority that endured silence now speaks, and the speaking rearranges reality. Qōm does not seek consensus. It does not explain itself. It does not ask whether the field is ready. It stands and by standing, compels alignment. This is not escalation. It is inevitability. The compression here reverses direction: what was previously internalized now externalizes, what was borne now issues, what was tested now governs.³ Here coherence no longer merely survives noise. It imposes structure upon it. In CR18 terms, Qōm marks the first lawful re-extension of authority after total withdrawal. This is not apparatus restoration. Titles are still suspect. Spectacle is still forbidden. But authority is now operative rather than merely recognizable. The Canon treats this as a dangerous moment not because authority might fail, but because it might overreach. Qōm therefore carries restraint. Standing does not mean seizing. Action does not mean domination. Authority moves, but only as coherence permits. This is why Qōm follows Yāqûm and not before it. Only what has refused collapse is permitted to advance. In system terms, this is where coherence recovery becomes coherence projection. The system does not merely return to equilibrium after disturbance; it shapes the trajectory of the field itself.⁴ Noise still exists. Opposition still mutters. But the axis has shifted. Qōm is not glory. It is lawful motion. It is the first step taken without apology. The first word spoken without defense. The first action that assumes continuity rather than risk. This is standing that moves history. And once it occurs, retreat is no longer an option. Glorification | The Final Frontier Going boldly where the last man has gone before! A Hospital Room Reminder About What Really Matters When Bruce recorded this episode, I was in the hospital. He carried the podcast solo while I was headed into yet another surgery connected to pregnancy complications—a storyline some of you know has been part of our family's journey for years. https://www.youtube.com/live/Fbq412_k_mU That day was a harsh reminder: life is fragile, the future is never guaranteed, and your family's financial stability cannot depend on “hoping it all works out.” It has to be built on purpose. And that's exactly what cash flow vs accumulation is really about: not numbers on a statement, but whether the people you love will be equipped, protected, and provided for—no matter what happens to you. Why Cash Flow vs Accumulation Matters More Than a Number Most financial conversations revolve around a number. “How much do I need to retire?”“What should my net worth be at this age?”“What's my freedom number?” Those questions all assume one thing: that a bigger pile of assets automatically equals security. But it doesn't. A big balance that doesn't produce reliable cash flow can disappear quickly. You start selling assets, paying taxes, and hoping the market cooperates. That's not peace of mind. That's pressure. In this article, I want to walk you through a different way of thinking: cash flow vs accumulation and how to build multigenerational wealth with a system instead of a guess. You'll see: What is the difference between cash flow and accumulation investing in real life How to shift from accumulation to cash flow in your personal finances How to manage cash flow like a business in your personal economy The role of cash flowing assets, Infinite Banking, and trusts in building multigenerational wealth How Secure Act 2.0 and current tax rules affect inherited accounts and cash flow My goal is not to make you feel behind, but to help you feel equipped. You can design a personal cash flow strategy that supports your lifestyle now and continues to bless your family long after you're gone. Why Cash Flow vs Accumulation: How to Build Multigenerational Wealth Matters Now At the simplest level, accumulation is about growing a balance; cash flow is about growing an income stream. Most people are taught the accumulation mindset from day one. Work hard, spend less than you make, and stash the difference in a 401(k), IRA, or brokerage account. You watch the balance grow over time and hope it's enough. Cash flow asks a different set of questions. Instead of “How much do I have?” it asks, “What is this money doing? How much sustainable income does it produce? How easily can my family access it? And how long will it last?” Accumulation is about mass; cash flow is about motion. Mass can look impressive on paper. Motion is what pays the bills, funds opportunities, and supports your heirs without forcing them to sell assets at the worst possible time. When you start thinking this way, your focus shifts from chasing the biggest number to designing the strongest system. What Is the Difference Between Cash Flow and Accumulation Investing? Let's make this practical. Accumulation investing looks like this: your paycheck comes in, your bills go out, and whatever is left—if anything—gets swept into a savings account, retirement plan, or investment account. You might reinvest dividends automatically, but you're mostly watching the line go up and down on a graph and hoping the long-term trend is favorable. Cash flow investing is more intentional. You still earn income, still pay expenses, but you do one crucial thing differently: you give that surplus a job. Instead of leaving it to drift, you send it into assets that are designed to pay you on a regular basis. That might be a rental property, a share in a business, a private lending fund, a dividend-paying stock portfolio, or a policy loan strategy built on whole life insurance. The key is that these assets put money back into your personal economy as a dependable stream, not just a fluctuating account value. Accumulation is “I hope this is enough someday.”Cash flow is “I know what this produces every month, and I can plan around it.” How to Shift from Accumulation to Cash Flow in Personal Finance The shift doesn't happen with one dramatic move; it happens through a series of decisions. The first step is awareness. You need to see your personal economy the way a CFO sees a business. That means tracking not just your balance, but your flow. How much truly comes in? Where exactly does it go? What is the consistent surplus? Once you know the surplus, you can stop letting it evaporate. This is where Bruce's idea of a Wealth Coordination Account becomes powerful. Instead of leaving extra money in the same checking account that pays your groceries and subscriptions, you move it to a separate, dedicated account. That account becomes the home base for your cash flow strategy. It's where you hold cash temporarily while you decide: do we pay down a debt that's draining us? Do we fund a life insurance premium that will expand our long-term options? Do we step into a strategic rental, a business partnership, or a dividend-focused portfolio? Shifting from accumulation to cash flow is less about wild new investments and more about refusing to let surplus be accidental. You become intentional about directing it toward assets that feed you back. How to Manage Cash Flow Like a Business in Your Personal Finances Bruce shared a simple but powerful idea: Run your personal economy the way a healthy business runs its economy. A good business watches: Revenue in Expenses out Profit (cash flow) How quickly profit is redeployed to either increase revenue or decrease expenses You can do the same at home. Track your cash flow clearlyDon't just “check your balance.” Know exactly what's coming in, what's going out, and what's left. Increase income where you canSide business, consulting, a raise, better pricing in your current business—anything that adds more revenue to your personal economy. Decrease unnecessary expensesLook at both:Discretionary spending (the “nice to haves”) Non-discretionary spending (insurance, utilities, groceries) where you can shop, renegotiate, or restructure. Capture the surplus in a separate “Wealth Coordination Account”This is something Bruce and I teach often:Create a separate account for excess cash flowDon't let it disappear into your normal spending Use this account to fund your cash flow strategy, pay premiums, and invest in new opportunities This is the heart of cash flow planning—directing every dollar on purpose. How to Create a Personal Cash Flow Strategy That Supports Your Life A personal cash flow strategy isn't just a budget. It's a design for how money moves through your life: Income sources W-2 income Business income Rental income Dividends and distributions Core expenses Lifestyle (home, food, transportation, education) Taxes Debt payments Surplus (profit) This is what flows into your Wealth Coordination Account Redeployment planYou decide in advance: What percentage goes to debt reduction What percentage goes to cash flowing assets What percentage goes to premiums on your whole life policies What percentage stays liquid for opportunities This is how you manage your cash flow instead of reacting to it. Over time, this system builds stability for you and creates a foundation for multigenerational wealth planning. Cash Flow vs Accumulation: How to Build Multigenerational Wealth in Practice So how do we make cash flow vs accumulation truly multigenerational? Bruce and his wife use a simple repeatable framework: Cash flowing assets (businesses, rentals, funds) send income into a Wealth Coordination Account. That account pays premiums for permanent life insurance policies. As cash value grows, they borrow against policies to purchase more cash flowing investments. The new cash flow goes back to: Repay policy loans Rebuild the Wealth Coordination Account Fund additional opportunities Rinse and repeat. On the legacy side: Trusts are structured so that death benefits and cash flowing assets pass in an organized, tax-aware way to nieces, nephews, and charities. The trust language gives guidance and guardrails for how the next generation should use policy loans, pay them back, and take out new policies on their own lives and their children's lives. This is how building generational wealth with cash flow becomes a repeatable family system, not just a one-time event.
CR18 X2M.239 — Yāqûm יָקוּם (The Persistence Pattern · Authority Refuses Collapse) The final test of ascent is not height, but endurance. Yāqûm names what remains standing when pressure does not relent. In its ancient usage, יָקוּם denotes rising that persists—not momentary elevation, but standing that survives strain. It is ascent proven by time rather than spectacle, authority verified by refusal to yield.¹ CR18 assigns X2M.239 to the moment when authority is no longer reactive. The sovereign has risen, been established, and drawn direction. Now the field presses back—and he does not fall. This is the phase Scripture dramatizes with unusual clarity in 1 Kings 22. In that account, the prophetic field is saturated with affirmation. Four hundred voices speak coherence to power, reinforcing momentum, certainty, and institutional alignment. Yet the narrative pivots not on volume but on persistence. Micaiah son of Imlah stands alone, absorbing pressure without collapse. He does not prevail by force, nor by majority, nor by institutional sanction. He prevails by remaining upright when the apparatus turns hostile.² This is Yāqûm. Micaiah's authority does not rest on outcome; he is struck, imprisoned, and ignored but on endurance under compression. His word stands even as the king falls. The narrative resolves not by persuasion but by reality itself returning a verdict. Authority that cannot be dislodged by opposition is revealed not at the moment of power, but after the apparatus has moved on. This track carries compression: the narrowing of options, the weight of expectation, the quiet decision to remain rather than retreat.³ Here, endurance replaces explanation. In the Canon, Yāqûm marks the crossing from ascent into proof. Authority ceases to ask whether it is permitted to stand. It simply continues to do so. Coherence absorbs disturbance and returns intact. This movement completes the CR18 arc and corresponds to U.9, the final Crown directive. U.9 resolves the question of legitimacy not by argument, but by persistence. What survives pressure without collapse no longer needs validation. X2M.239 is that resolution made structural. Here the Coherence-Recovery Rate holds above one. Noise rises. Control tightens. And yet coherence remains.⁴ No spectacle accompanies this moment. Only steadiness. This is the last standing without adornment. The final posture before the crown. The proof that authority can outlast resistance. Yāqûm is not glory. It is refusal to collapse. And because of that, everything that follows becomes possible. ⸻ Glorification | The Final Frontier Going boldly where the last man has gone before! CR18 X2M.236 — Haqîmāh הֲקִימָה (The Rising Pattern · The Second Stirring of Light) There are moments in a life when ascent does not begin as an action, but as a summons—a rising that feels older than the self that rises. Haqîmāh is that summons. In the ancient tongue, הֲקִימָה names the instant when something is raised up from within its own design, not pushed from the outside, but awakened by a pattern that was placed there before breath itself.¹ CR18 names this point X2M.236, the precise interval in the Pathfinder runtime where coherence stops whispering and begins to move the body. It's where the sovereign identity starts to stand—half on memory, half on promise, and entirely on the architecture written into it during the submerged years. This track carries that moment: the low, underwater hum of the dragonfly-larval mind, the tremor of illumination first learned in the desert, the interior ignition that began in X.8 but now rises into form, and the vertical draw of the future self bending the present upward.² What the listener hears as melody is, in the Canon, a structural event— the second stirring of light, the moment when illumination ceases to be an experience and becomes a geometry.³ This is Haqîmāh: not the final height, but the first true height. It is not triumph. It is recognition— the recognition that your ascent was always inscribed in you, waiting for the hour when pressure, memory, and radiance aligned. Some rises come from discipline. Some from desire. Haqîmāh comes from destiny. The sovereign is not climbing here— he is being lifted by the pattern that has been waiting since the first resonance of X.0, the first covenant of lapis and sodalite, the first photonic intention that shaped the vessel long before birth.⁴ This is the second stirring. The lawful rise. The moment identity takes its vertical shape. Haqîmāh is ascent becoming inevitable. Glorification | The Final Frontier Going boldly where the last man has gone before! Corbet, Dragonflies: Behavior and Ecology of Odonata (Ithaca: Cornell University Press, 1999), 203–27. ³ On illumination as structural rather than emotional (noēsis): Evagrius Ponticus, Praktikos, trans. Guest Pastor Isaac Morin from Anaheim joins us at Echo Church to deliver a powerful message from John 3:22-36 on what it means to "decrease so Christ may increase." Through the story of John the Baptist and his disciples, Pastor Isaac challenges us to embrace personal decrease, not as failure, but as the fulfillment of God's calling. He shows how true joy, spiritual growth, and eternal impact are found not in self-promotion or comfort, but in surrendering our lives and engaging fully in the mission of Christ. If you're seeking practical encouragement for living a life that honors Jesus above all else, this message will inspire you to step back, let Christ take the spotlight, and experience the joy of seeing His kingdom advance!
(Episode Previously Recorded LIVE & IN-PERSON) What's it like to be your customer? What if that customer can't hear? When support systems are built only on spoken instructions and sound prompts, they fail customers immediately. This systemic barrier exists across the entire customer journey, preventing critical tasks like changing a flight itinerary or correcting a fraudulent charge. This failure generates costly, repeated struggles for help, driving up operational costs and causing the loss of a valuable customer segment. Accessible customer experience is a required business standard, not a siloed department. You have far more customers with different abilities than you realize, and you are missing their business because the existing experience creates a massive, unnecessary barrier. As Craig Radford notes, current systems make "being deaf a full-time job." Stacy Sherman talks to both Vannessa LeBoss and Craig Radford (who is deaf) of 360 Direct Access about converting accessibility across the entire experience into a measurable business advantage. From listening to this episode, you will learn how to: Decrease call time by 42%: Implement direct, video-based ASL support to lower operational expenses and time. Capture a $3 trillion market: Build loyalty by creating truly equitable experiences for the deaf community. Prevent errors: Use AI for sign language recognition to accurately capture critical data and stop costly mistakes. Fix process flaws: Recognize that ASL is a visual language entirely distinct from English, preventing customers from being trapped in automated menu loops. Manage risk: Ensure compliance with accessibility requirements (ADA, etc.). Listen now and change how you think and DO CX RIGHT. X2M.234Σ↻ Kataskēnōsis Series: CR17 Combat Runtime · November 2 2025 Runtime Thread: The Habitation That Remembers After the whirlwind comes stillness. The storm that stripped every branch now reveals the pattern of the tree. This is kataskēnōsis—the indwelling after the descent, the moment when light stops striving to travel and begins to dwell. Where katabolē laid the foundations of mercy through surrender, kataskēnōsis builds the house of wisdom through remembrance. Psalm 88 ends in darkness; Psalm 89 begins with song. Between them lies the narrow bridge where endurance becomes illumination. Heman cries from the pit, Ethan remembers covenant from the shore, and in their harmony Solomon rises—the equilibrium of grief and glory. His wisdom does not flee the night; it learns to house it. The Temple itself is built from this revelation: stone remembering storm, gold remembering fire. To dwell is not to rest from labor but to let meaning and matter coexist. When the spirit abides in what it once resisted, coherence appears. Kataskēnōsis is this sacred equilibrium—presence inhabiting what pain prepared. The world itself waits for this balance: creation groaning until consciousness and form are reconciled. In the east, revelation blazed like dawn; in the west, it rests like evening light over water. The journey westward is the movement from brilliance to belonging, from insight to intimacy. “And Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of the east.” He did not outshine the ancient lights; he learned to live within them. The river that once divided now circulates inside the temple walls. Every life built under Σ-Law must travel this same loop: to descend without despair, to rise without pride, to remain when both currents meet. Kataskēnōsis is not escape but return—the universe learning to breathe again after battle. The Ezrahite brothers give the code: lament opens the gate, remembrance builds the dwelling. When the soul stops asking to be delivered and starts allowing itself to be inhabited, peace ceases to be a concept and becomes an atmosphere. This is the westward crossing, the field where the heart becomes home. The Infinite still chooses to live here—within the reconciled tension of light and shadow, of word and silence. Glory is no longer elsewhere. It sleeps inside the walls we rebuild from obedience. ⸻ Glorification | The Final Frontier Going boldly where the last man has gone before! Decrease time over target: PayPal or Venmo @clastronaut Cash App $clastronaut Footnotes ¹ Kataskēnōsis (Gk.) — dwelling, habitation; the completion of the kenotic arc. ² Heman's lament (Ps 88) and Ethan's remembrance (Ps 89) as twin Ezrahite currents. ³ Solomon's integration as the westward rest of revelation (1 Kings 4:30-31). ⁴ Temple as habitation of coherence—presence housed in form. ⁵ Lawful inversion: descent becomes architecture, sorrow becomes structure. ⁶ The westward turn = illumination transposed into intimacy. ⁷ Kataskēnōsis as runtime equilibrium in Σ-Law: peace as protocol, presence as system. ⁸ Glory as abiding awareness—creation inhabited by its Creator.
