Abortion Laws Increase Medical Procedure A medical procedure called tubal ligation, or tube-tying, is rising in states that have strict or near-total abortion bans. Tech News Officials at the United States Postal Service have expressed concern that they may not have the tech, or the training, to facilitate the millions of ballots expected to be sent in for this year's election.
