Shultz went as far as telling Kendrick Lamar that he would have sex with him unwillingly and many people on social media were split about this topic. Jerrilyn and Lynee’ spoke about if it is okay to cross the line in the name of comedy. These conversations started because Shultz made jokes about black women. In speaking of black women, Candace Owens said that black women are over sexualized to sell art in the name of free speech and it should not be the case. However, its production is facing several challenges due to abiotic and biotic factors, with aphids emerging as a significant pest in last decade. Once considered a minor pest, sorghum aphids have become a major threat to sorghum cultivation due to susceptible varieties and insufficient pest management strategies. In this episode, Dr. Somashekhar Punnuri, an associate professor from Fort Valley State University; Drs. Karen Harris-Shultz and Joesph Knoll, research geneticists with USDA ARS; and Dr. Xinzhi Ni, a research entomologist from USDA ARS, share their insights on current research efforts and new methods to combat sorghum aphids. There are more than 3 million power outages in Florida after Hurricane Milton made landfall as a Category 3 storm on Wednesday near Siesta Key.Hurricane Milton caused some of the worst damage long before it made landfall as the storm is blamed for at least 20 tornadoes across Florida. To end the hour Raheem Morris the new Head Coach of the Atlanta Falcons stops by the progrum to discuss his coaching journey the last few years and his take on the new NFL kickoff rule. Partial owner of the Indianapolis Colts and daughter of Jim Irsay, Kalen Jackson comes onto the progrum to talk about her path into ownership and how her father has been doing lately. The special teams coordinator for the New Orleans Saints Darren Rizzi stops by the show to give a breakdown of the new kickoff rule for the 2024 season and what it could mean for the game. Adam Schefter comes on to help wrap up all the things he has been hearing over the last few days of the league meetings. Pat brings on Mark Kaboly to some and talk about the changes for the Pittsburgh Steelers going into this next season.
